This is our second time coming into this store. Both times the staff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t rush us when we were trying to decide on a watch. They adjusted our bands within the time they said it would be done and while we waited, they cleaned my rings for free. We will go there for all our jewelry needs, watch batteries, jewelry repair, or purchasing a watch or other jewelry. It is worth the drive from Calabash to MB.

Very happy with the service I received today. My American Eagle coin fell out of the bezel. They repositioned the coin and secured it back in the bezel. It honestly looks better than it did when I bought it. Service was the same day and the price was reasonable for the quality of work. They cleaned it as well and it shines better than new.

The prongs on my engagement ring were wearing away, my husband brought it to Fast Fix and they took care of it a quickly and had it ready it just a few hours, the ring look amazing. Had my wife's wide wedding bands size reduced. The job was completed in an hour. The ring size is now perfect and after they cleaned and buffed the ring, it looks like knew. They even cleaned my ring while I was there for free. I have used this store in the past and won't hesitate to use them again.

Awesome customer service, walked in with a piece of a shell that was heart shaped to creat a pendant I’m memory of my son who passed Nov 03 2021. Asked how much - she gave me 2 options, both reasonable. Asked how quickly they could turn it around - got a a text a day later Nov 03 2022 indicating it was ready. Looks awesome, greatly appreciate the workmanship and the urgency!!!!

This place was so awesome I took a ring and necklace in for repairs and they finished both within a couple hours and they were done right. A little pricey but I’ll have to say in their defense they were so professional fast and convenient. In fact they done such an awesome job when I went to pick up my jewelry I ended up getting my son’s necklace fix while we waited. I will use them again so if you have broken jewelry get it over there so you can enjoy it again.

Working with Fast-Fix was a great experience. It was my first time using the business. The people who work there are kind and helpful. I asked a lot of silly questions but they did not make me feel silly. They give good advice if you need it, also. The shop is clean and organized. You can watch work being done as the counter lends itself to view of the workshop as the founder intended (see website, About). I had an antique ring resized. It looked unrecognizably better, too when I picked it up. I also had a gold chain repaired and shortened. They give realistic delivery time estimates and deliver on that commitment, even sending you a text when your order is ready. They actually buy gold, too, which I didn't know from the website. That's a nice feature if you ask me. Their store also contains new items for sale. They even do beautiful custom design work, CAD. Bring them your heirloom and idea and they work with you. I don't think I could have had a more pleasant experience, and I will be bringing more items in. Thank you.

These guys were amazing and very knowledgeable. We are here on vacation and I broke a prong. They were very understanding and accommodating and explained to me in detail how they were going to fix it using a laser versus a torch as previously done. They were able to get it done within hours and corrected the other three prongs In the meantime. Price was very realistic. Now I guess we will have to vacation more often to Myrtle Beach for my annual ring check up.

I brought in 3 watches. My g shock needed a battery and I had links taken out of two other watch bands. The associates were friendly and a pleasure to interact with. This shop is a total rip-off. The owner prays on tourists to charge exorbitant prices for jewelry repair. Had two .925 1/8 inch rings added to a bracelet (approximate cost of $2.) I ordered 2 rings on each side and then the order was changed after we left to one ring on each side and still charged $65 dollars! for what should have been about $45 for 4 soldered rings. Tiffanys charges less for jewelry solder repair. Like I said, stay away from this guy. There are tons of great jewelers in Myrtle Beach, right in the same mall is Kay Jewelers and much better prices. Unfortunately, I didn't use them this time.

Our experience with Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair was extremely good. We brought in watches and rings for batteries and repair. The watches were cleaned and looked like new. The rings needed to have prongs replaced and a baguette replaced. The rings are white gold and were showing a gold tone. We were told that they could bring back the white gold look through a rhodium process. The rings look better than they did when we were married 38 years ago. We highly recommend Fast-Fix for their high quality work and extremely personable, knowledgeable employees.

I hate to leave low reviews for businesses where the staff is super nice but this is one exception where I think it’s important. I took my wedding ring in to get resized, which they did great with but when I dropped it off, it was yellow and when I picked it up it was bright white. When I spoke to them about it, I was told it was a white gold ring and they had replated it with rhodium to make it white again. The problem is that when my husband bought it for me it was yellow, we never knew it had been white gold, and I don’t wear white gold at all. They took the ring back in and buffed it out to get more of a yellow hue again but not its a lighter shade of yellow than it had been and is splotchy with random white spots. They essentially ruined the single most important piece of jewelry and I haven’t even had the ring for a year 😞 they were extremely nice, but they never had even asked if I wanted it dipped in rhodium, they just did it without asking or permission when it was only supposed to be resized. I would not recommend bringing important or special jewelry here for work done.

Fast -Fix is the best! The staff are all wonderful! They fixed a pair of sunglasses that were my favorite, the original screw fell out and they replaced it , it was tighter and more secure. I am very satisfied! I highly recommend Fast-fix!!

I am very pleased with the work you done for me. The ring you fixed for me turned out beautiful, I almost didn't recognize it. I would recommend them to fix any jewelry you need fixed. They done a few pieces for me and I have not been disappointed with any of them.

The sales associate was very kind and helpful telling me what needed to be done with my strand of pearls. I also needed a battery for my watch. The wait time was a hour for the watch, but I got a call in about 20 minutes. The prices were reasonable also. I will return to this store to get a bracelet repaired after the first of the year.

A friend gave me her late husband's Citizen watch and I needed to have the band lenght adjusted. They were able to make this adjustment within 30 mins. I appreciate the excellent job and service they provided. I will certainly use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I traveled one hour to drop off 5 watches for batteries. I was told 2 hrs wait. I came back at that point. After waiting on line for 10 minutes, I was told 10-15 minutes more. I left and came back to wait on line again for 15 minutes this time. When I finally was served, the manager and clerk were frantically working on my watches. What happened during the 2 hr wait time? Upon checking out I asked if they were all working. Insulted the clerk then the manager said there was no Warrenty. Well guess what….. I just threw away 1/2 day and 30$. Two are still dead.

Very fast turn around had my Invica watch repaired . Also a new battery was installed. The fixing price was also right on . $50 for a job well done! I would recommend this Business to everyone.

I have had two pieces of jewelry repaired at Fast-Fix. While both pieces were fixed, I got them back in better condition. They took the time to clean and shine in addition to the work to fix. I also felt like prices were good and fair.

They are always very friendly knowledgeable, I go there often. They are also reasonably priced, and I love how they have an in house appraiser so your jewelry is not mailed around. I also had my wedding set repaired while it was there for appraisal and it looked like brand new again. I highly recommend this business :)

I went to Reeds to see if they could prepare my necklace but actually had to send out for repair that took two weeks. I went down to fast fix and they prepared my lovely necklace the same day ... good because I was leaving on a flight the next day and wanted to wear it. My necklace was my birth stone my boyfriend got me one year ago. The workers there were professional and friendly. They also cleaned my pendant and it looks like sparkling stars . Definitely would recommend

I was there to have my battery replaced while under warrantee.The 2 sales gentlemen i dealt were very nice however it was not my battery but rather the watch itself. I was told I could bring in another watch using the same battery and they'll place the battery into the other watch. Very good business to deal with.

The item was fixed perfectly and was actually ready before the tim I was told which was about a hour and a half. Price was also reasonable. I would recommend this business.

Used fast fix at coast grand mall twice now. Both times they exceeding our expectations. Not only did they quote and charge us 3 times less than another big name jewelry store for restringing pearls they got it back to us way sooner than other stores were offering. 10/10 would recommend to any other person needing help with their jewelry.

My experience was quite pleasant, unfortunately I got off late and had to pop in near close but they didn't seem to mind. I got a new bracelet for my citizen watch and they had the brushed gold to match my case, which was awesome. The guy that resized it for me was very laid back and patient helping me get it fit properly, and the other guy in there was very personable and knowledgeable about watches. I would definitely recommend.
