Dr Kaye and the staff at the Flagler office are top notch! Just all around outstanding customer service from the time I entered the office. I was greeted and assisted right away by a very pleasant front desk staff. Even the young gentleman that took my vitals was kind and welcoming. I didn’t feel like a first time patient; they treated me as if I was a patient of the office for years. I received a call within 48 hours of my visit with an update of my labs and care plan. Kudos to the lab technician as well; she even made sure my bandages matched my top! I’ve seen several doctors and Dr Kaye is most definitely on my top 5 list. His concern, patience, and knowledge is simply amazing. I do highly recommend this office and glad I gave them a chance.

Staff is nice, kind & patient. My referral expired they made sure that the necessary steps were taken to help me obtain a new referral from my primary doctor so that I could keep my scheduled appointment. That says a lot about their care and concern for their patients. Also the location and area is nice. Also thank you Dr. Morolake Amole for all you do.

Dr. Amole is hands down, THE BEST! She is knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. Office Manager, Mrs. Edwards is great. She's professional and friendly. I feel confident with being in their care. Mrs. Patricia is so kind and very gentle when she takes blood. She really should teach a class!

The doctors actually talk with you rather than their computers. The additional staff members, also are very helpful with nutritional counseling and additional medical management. You can get your bloodwork done in house as well and do not need to visit an outside lab. Very professional office, well managed. The office looks a bit tired but it is an actively used space for good reason. You will find your experience to be very positive should you make the good decision to use this practice. Dr. Kaye is very caring. The view is great too!

Dr. Amole is AMAZING! She is very patient and genuinely concerned about the health and well-being of her patients! However, the front desk receptionist is nonchalant and borders on being extremely rude! It’s unfortunate that she on the front line because she does not represent the entire staff!

Love, love, love this practice! I've been coming here for 10 plus years, and never had a bad experience. From Brenda in the lab (she's absolutely AMAZING!) to Arsenio the nurse, Stephanie in scheduling, and of course my absolute favorite Dr. Kaye, this is the most wonderful group of professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I almost gave PBDES a 4 star, but after thinking about it, I decided on 5 star. I had my first visit with Dr Amole yesterday and I was blown away by how thorough, informative and welcoming she was. She was so patient, kept asking me for any other questions that I might have. During my visit, I kept thinking “why can’t every doctor be like her?” After just one visit, I can tell that she’s the epitome of what a doctor is supposed to be. The place is very clean and you can tell it’s ran properly. The only problem I had was the person in the lab. She wasn’t friendly, barely spoke and seemed rather annoyed. She fought with end of the tourniquet (blue rubber band used to compress vein) prior to drawing blood…when she could’ve just tucked it under band. Also, after she was through, she pulled the tourniquet too hard/quickly causing it to sting me. I think she needs to create a more inviting environment and understands that she is working in a profession that requires showing “care.” S/N, I hope she isn’t the only one that works in the lab, being as for awhile I will be getting blood work done every 6 weeks. I also hope she was just having “one of those days” because I can be very vocal (professionally) and I will bring her behavior to her attention. Sorry for the rant guys, but aside from that, I had a great visit and I’m happy to have Dr. Amole as my doctor!

Dr. Kaye is interested in his patients’ concerns and intelligent in his advice. His office is generally well organized; bloodwork is performed a week before your appointment so information is timely. I trust Dr. Kaye and recommend him.

Dr Kathrine Reynolds is very knowledgeable, yet humble, kind, compassionate and warm. She likes to make a proper diagnosis before prescribing any medications. She does not rush through the visit and give you the time that is needed. Her nurse is very kind, intelligent and informative. Thank you so much!!

Staff works incredibly slow and oftentimes are unresponsive. If you have any questions, expect to call several times. My most recent visit will be my last as the doctor did not believe me when I discussed some symptoms I was having. He brushed it off and did not help. I went to another endocrinologist who did believe me and was able to provide the help that I needed. Additionally, medical summaries/records are not well written-- they are unreasonably brief and do not elaborate on anything that was discussed during the visit.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Morolake!! Patient, concerned and on point with my thyroid issues. The front office still needs work, I give the front desk 2-stars. They are bland, little to no eye contact. I’ve been in the medical field for 30+ years and only because the people who work in the back office are AMAZING, is the very reason I am still a patient. I have ease with my appointments because I’m flexible with when I can come.

I learned so much valuable information from Dr. Kaye about the intricacies of my supplements and my diagnosis. I’ve already improved how I take my vitamins and minerals. I like it that doctor Kaye doesn’t just tell me what to do, but tells me what’s up and helps me decide what’s best for me. He gave me the time I needed and info I need that the best Internet sources didn’t have. The office is an efficient and kindly place I’ll enjoy going to. Great doctors and staffers. And beautiful vistas from the windows & garage.

The service welcoming and the eprofessionalism in patient they show, I don't ever wait long to be seen. Dr. Morolake don't give up on trying to find a way to help with my Diabetes problem she said we going to find what med. to help She show the confidence patient need to know .they're going to get better.

Dr. Kaye is Awesome, patient and kind. I drive an hour & half to see Dr. Kaye. The doctor's where I'm located didn't seem to care or want to help. I Googled top endocrinologist in FL and Dr. Kaye has great reviews so I gave him a try and I don't regret it at all. I will continue to keep driving to see him. He listens to what I have to say and truly cares. He has changed my life for the good. I can't thank him enough.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Amole she is the BEST endocrinologist ever!!! She changed my life.. I have been her patient a year and counting. I was pre-diabetic, battling obesity and she changed my life. My journey began last year September I was 230 and now I’m down to 160, Dr. Amole was patient, she educated me, and stepped in my conner. Dr. Amole’s nurse Octavia has also been super kind and helpful.. she had my back and helped me to transition this was the best decision ever!! Thank you.. Dr. Kaye is highly knowledgeable and let the patient talk/express the concerns. Even when my insurance didn’t cover, I self - paid to be seen by Dr. Kaye. The staff, Arsenio is lovely and caring! Everyone is very professional and pleasing!

I am seeing Dr. Amole for Osteoporosis and I am very pleased with her as my Doctor. Dr. Amole listens to me, we discuss different treatment options and together we come up with a game plan. It’s so nice to have a doctor who takes time with you, listens to you, and is Professional, Courteous and Cares about my well-being.

Dr Kaye and the young man that took my blood and pressure were awesome. Dr Kaye was fully engaged with me and responsive to my questions. Also, to my shock, he was willing to try a vitamin supplement, before any invasive procedures. The icing on the cake was the TV in the waiting area that showed informative public service announcements on health matters.

Dr. Kaye was outstanding. Pleasant bedside manner. Spent sufficient time with me to answer questions and educate me on Type 2. It was a pleasure working with Monika the dietitian. Great educator and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend these folks.

My PCP wanted for me to follow up with a “really,really smart Endriconologist “ Dr Kaye is who she wanted me to see. Yesterday was my first appointment with him and he is outstanding, took his time r playing the situation to me as well as next steps. I was fortunate to become a patient of Doctor Kaye in August of 2022. We are thrilled that my wife will soon become Dr. Kaye’s patient as well. Thanks to the Doctor’s amazing knowledge and understanding of the very latest medicines and his explanations and insights, I have lost over 55 pounds. Under Dr. Kaye’s care, my insulin has been reduced by 95% and my last A1C was 5.7!! Prior to meeting Dr. Kaye, I was never less than 7.5 and had been as high 13.0. I am exercising and eating correctly thanks to the on-staff nutritionist, Angelina Comfort, who is a genius. The entire team is helpful, kind and immensely competent. This is a storybook success.

Dr. Kay's office. Well I found Dr Kay to be very professional warm not overly friendly but kind He listened to me and offered professional suggestions.
