My experience with this clinic was so incredibly comforting. It was the best way to go about a not-so-great situation. They decorated every single room beautifully and really try to make you as comfortable as possible. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ellen, a counselor, was so amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay and taken care of. I’m hoping I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will absolutely be coming back, and most certainly be referring them to anyone I know who needs them.

I can't say enough great things about this place. I went in for a tubal ligation. After YEARS of trying to get my voice heard on the fact that I do not, and will not ever, want children this place finally listened. Everyone that works there are so kind. I was absolutely terrified, like shaking/heart rate through the roof/throwing up terrified, as this was the first surgery I had ever had. But all of the staff members did such a wonderful job comforting me, I am so incredibly thankful for their kindness and sincerity. Getting a bit emotional writing this, that's just how wonderful they were. Dr Sacks did a great job on my tubal, I don't remember any of it which is exactly what I wanted 😂 I'm recovering now and I haven't been this happy in a good long while. Thank you for listening to my choice to be childfree, and empowering me by performing this surgery. You guys are amazing!!!!

This amazing place deserves 1 trillion stars. From the women in the front to the nurses to the Doctor. They are all amazing and take the time to speak with you and answer all of your questions. At no time did I ever feel rushed(and I asked a lot of questions, I was very nervous). The service and care goes beyond the word excellent. THANK YOU ALL!!

This clinic made my first experience go so smooth. The ladies, staff, doctors, all treat you with tender love and care. They know every single woman walking through their doors are dealing with sadness, anxiety, fear, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with any decision you decide to make. You aren’t just another patient walking in, the counselors are dedicated to making you feel heard and understood. Something I really took note of is the security outside of the facility scanning the small parking lot and entrance of the facility (to keep from protestors harassing women who come in)… that itself speaks volumes. They really care about your mental/emotional state in this clinic and the counselor’s and nurses walk you through the process every step of the way. I am truly glad I found this clinic. Thank you ladies, staff, and doctors for all that you do and the quality of services you provide.

My experience was in December of 2021, I am ready to speak on it and how this clinic was exactly what I needed. After being assaulted at a young age of 19, I needed to seek help for termination. I had gone to the Palm Beach Women’s Center both in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens for ultrasounds and to see my options/get the procedure. It was confirmed to be a crisis pregnancy center (google it), and pro-life agendas were heavily pushed into me including statements like “termination can increase chances of breast cancer, anxiety, infertility, depression, PTSD, sepsis” etc. which are all blatantly untrue. I was asked about my “religious beliefs” and adoption was pushed more than my VERY clear choice for termination. Imagine a young girl at 19, that had just been assaulted and is now pregnant with their abusers child and seeking help from other women, being told that she should not terminate and that she could quite literally die if she chose to do so. I was defeated and even more distraught than I already was. Fast forward, I schedule the procedure with the Presidential Womens Clinic. I hardly make it through the door without breaking down, and could barely get my last name out. From the start, I was comforted and empathized with. After a lot of back and forth from the waiting room, I was met with a woman whose name I can’t recall. We sat in a private room and spoke of exactly what was going to happen before, during, and after the procedure. I told her of my experience at the crisis pregnancy center, and she assured me that I would be completely fine and that I had been manipulated and lied to by those women. Every single woman in that building had nothing but support to give me, especially Kizze (I apologize if spelling is incorrect). I tear up when I remember flashes of my post-op and how she practically carried me to the dressing room with a blanket wrapped around me to help me put my clothes back on, as I could hardly walk straight from the anesthesia. Both Kizze and another woman were underneath both my arms on either side of me to walk me to my friends car. I wasn’t left alone once during my experience, from the private meeting room all the way to the car when I was set to leave. I will forever be grateful that this clinic and these women exist. And I’ll never forget that even when you feel the world is against you as a woman, there will always be another woman there to help carry you through (both physically and metaphorically). Thank you to the doctors and nurses for your incredible comforting skills and empathy.

First time visiting the clinic,,, and I can only say that they do an excellent job, each person who works there is super attentive, sweet and understanding, they made me feel super comfortable,,,

Thank you to all the staff members and Doctor for helping me. It’s not the best of circumstances but I truly appreciate their calmness and judgment free atmosphere. I was scared and nervous but this facility is truly the best with ALL certified staff. I am grateful they did an ultrasound of my stomach. They did a general check up( weight, height, BP, blood sugar) first. You’re given 2 pills that expand your cervix, as they’re dissolving I spoke with the counselor, she explained the process to me, processed my payment and addressed all my concerns. One of my biggest was the risk of scarring or a hysterectomy. She explained that is a risk however, 0.1% risk at this facility. All staff are certified or higher, they use advance medical devices/instruments and demonstrate excellent results. After concluding with her, I sat for a moment or two before being called back to undress. The Doctor is a hoot, cracking jokes before the procedure. I appreciate that because I had been crying moments before. The anesthesia is given and before you know it it is completed. You will feel loopy afterwards so one of the staff members will help you dress and walk you to your vehicle. I experienced no pain, no cramping, light spotting, and was loopy for maybe 6 hours after the procedure (without having consuming food- im sure the amount of hours will reduce with consumption). The only thing I wish they could have given me was a second original picture of my ultrasound as a memorabilia instead of a paper copy . Other than that perfection is here . Thank you once again for making this hard decision less stressful.

If I could 0 stars I would. This place was traumatizing. Dr Sacks never looked me in the eyes or even attempted to answer my questions I had. He rushed me to sign a form and said someone would call me to answer questions and that I could leave. All with having tears in my eyes. The director was impersonal. This office felt like it was all very routine and as many people they can fit in the office as possible. I felt like a money grab. Their wait times are like three hours and you barely talk to anybody you sit in a few rooms by yourself only with your thoughts. The forms to fill out take about maybe 10 minutes in total. For a huge decision and for some people like me that this is not an ideal decision, this happened to them. Think twice about where you go so you can avoid a traumatizing experience.

This was a great experience! Gigi was by far someone I’ll never forget. She was so warm and genuinely sweet and kind. The entire staff was kind from the moment I walked in and through out my procedure. Everyone was so kind and informative and helped me through my whole process. All my questions were answered and I felt more secure about my decision. It was a very professional and clean office and extremely organized. I’ve been to other clinics and this by far is The Best ! I am very grateful for the experience and their honesty on the situation. If you’re looking for somewhere to go, this is a wonderful place. Thank you ladies, and Dr. For such a wonderful experience during such a difficult time. I’m grateful for you all. May God Bless you and your work helping us in such a traumatic time.

I have never being to this place, but I am rating it a 1/10. PLEASE FORGIVE ME, but i am so not sorry. These reviews giving me uncertainty, doubtful feelings, there are too many good reviews. Too good to be true. It can’t all be positive, there have to be some negatives. There’s always gotta be a balance in everything. Nothing is perfect. Im not criticizing the place people, maybe they really practicing all good qualities, but you just have to be logical and realistic with yourselves sometimes.

I can't thank this staff enough for being absolutely amazing during my procedure. I had a fetal demise at 17+6 and they were the most caring people I ever could have asked for during this time.

I must say my experience with this center was wonderful the staff treats you so well with your decisions and understand how you feel about your decision the doctor was great you can know he reviewed your documents because he is able to give you recommendations and make you feel comfortable loved the service thank you all

The nurses at the office are such angels. They make you feel safe and secure and they are supportive .all the things you need for a difficult situation. I wish I could have the nurse that took care of me always.

Presidential is by far one of the best healthcare clinics I have ever been to. The attentiveness, care, and compassion is unmatched. Dr. Levich is knowledgable and straight forward about what to expect and how to manage symptoms, etc. She's a fantastic physician and answers all your questions honestly. The staff is incredible. My ultrasound tech, phlebotomist, and nurse were all so caring and sweet and relieved all my anxiety. There's financial options for everyone and they make sure that you're able to get the care you deserve. I cannot thank the staff at Presidential enough for making my experience so wonderful!

I can’t thank all the staff enough for making this difficult time turn out to be a pleasant, comfortable experience. The nurse linda has the most compassionate heart and truly cares about your health and well being. Dr. Sacks did a wonderful job with the procedure, I was asleep and did not feel a thing. Afterwards you go to a recovery room with amazing nurses who give you drinks and crackers and help you relax while coming off sedation. When you are stuck with a situation like this you may feel scared, guilty, sad but I promise if you come to this center you will be shown nothing but support and kindness. I am so grateful I chose this center to help me.

My experience here was pretty good. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Natalie was amazing. A couple of drawbacks I’ll include is that one of the ultrasound tech’s was a bit insensitive and had horrible bedside manner. I did not ask her name nor did she tell me. She was pressing pretty hard on my belly and I asked her why did it hurt and she said “some people are just sensitive” and then proceeded. I did not appreciate that. Another drawback is that I went the surgical route and I was not told until the day of my procedure that I would have to begin taking the medication “misoprostol” AFTER my procedure which was pretty odd to me. They stated the reason for this was to help your uterus contract back to its normal size. However, I did some research and did not find any studies to support this claim. Furthermore, it made the cramping after the procedure much more uncomfortable and to me, defeats the purpose of going the surgical route. I was so nervous and forgot to ask for a better explanation from the MD. The whole ordeal was painless until having to take misoprostol after my procedure (4 pills every 12 hours). Again, very odd. However, they do prescribe ibuprofen that sorta helps. All in all, it was a pretty good experience and clean facility, with positive images and quotes on the walls. I would recommend to a friend.

If you are searching for a place and ready this review, believe me this is the place for you look no further. No questions ask no judgment best emotional support bestest care and all the love you may need at that difficult time of your life. They are people sent from heaven that's how humble and caring they are. You would feel like they have been knowing you for a while. No stranger feeling no rolling eyes they provide with the best care to make you feel comfortable and help you to the extent where you may not find support within your own love ones. Affordable, reasonable and mostly provide a staying place for out of state patients also have financial help available. They are the best look no further.

I was so stunned with both of my appointments with how much these people care about you. They are so so so compassionate. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and making me feel like a person. They truly care about you and no matter how scared you are, they will reassure you again and again. I didn’t feel a thing during my procedure. I was terrified at first and couldn’t stop blubbering lol but they were so great and validating. Extremely good bedside manner and very informative. Doctor sacks was great at comforting me as well. Thank you guys for making my experience much easier as this is a rough situation to deal with. This place is BEYOND PHENOMENAL ! They take so much care of their visitors. I felt super safe and I had no pains or cramps. They provide after care to make sure everything goes good after your procedure. They walked me to my driver to make sure I was safe which is such a plus for me. I could go on and on but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LADIES. Don’t look any further. You’re welcome🙂

If you want to go somewhere clean, nice, respectful and very caring, I highly reccommend this place. I been here twice and drove all the way from miami . All i can say is both times they were very kind and caring and also let me know i didnt have to make the decision i can think about it and come back, there not like other places where they rush you and want to get you in and out and want to take your money, this place takes there time and treats you with lots of care and respect and even offers you all types of resources.

Everyone was so kind and amazing. Judgement free zone. Learned some good education from the staff here. Definitely a place where women empower women. Hopefully, I never have to have another procedure but if I have to I will definitely come back here again. Much love. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience was worth one… definitely a judge free zone!! While u wait, they’re always playing a catchy film to watch, unlike other medical places that have u watch talk shows that nobody cares about .. these people are so nice and understanding. They took their time to understand my fears and they helped me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous at first but was calm by the time I was getting ready to see the doctor . He is very nice … it was painless and honestly, I don’t remember too much of it lol. I’d recommend to anyone

This clinic is by far the best. The cleanliness, the kind and patient staff and doctor. All around 10/10. The doctor was so kind and patient and understanding to my situation and so were every nurse I came in contact with. If you’re having doubts this is your place, you will feel at ease

Honestly this clinic it’s literally amazing and the staff it’s incredibly professional, they all make me feel so comfortable and secure. The Dr it’s the best and always super professional and honest. when I went in, I was so nervous and extremely anxious. Every step on the way with the staff made me feel so comfortable, and that I was surrounded by friends. When I came home, I keep telling people with great excitement how nice the staff were and how care I felt by them. This is a great place to go to feel supported.

This place is absolutely amazing! All the staff are so amazing and compassionate they really are here for us. The time is not a big issue either you are in and out! I will be sending the staff some crumble cookies as an appreciation for them later on this week! I had the surgery/procedure done and they really make you feel amazing! I really wish I could have went back after I was done to hug and thank all the women. Went to the clinic in a sort of emergency situation they took care of me urgently. I was scared and hysterical about my situation, but they were understanding and the doctor was kind while also educating me on the situation. The staff and nurses were all very kind and sweet and walked me to my car when my situation was taken care of
