    INFINITI of the Palm Beaches Parts Center 3101 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Went to get my husband truck painted and we’re told to pick up the truck on 9/22/2023 . We went in put up the truck and took it on 9/23/23 to the window tint shop. While picking the truck up the guy stated, do y’all know they truck is two colors. My husband and the guy starts looking at the truck. The guy say they never paint your bumpers, door steps, rack nor inside of the doors. I reach out via email. On Monday I spoke with the body shop and others. I was told the painter forgot as the QX56 is a big SUV. I was instructed on today 9/26/23 to bring it back in the morning to get loaner and they will correct the mistakes they made. However, I’m there at 7:20am, one of the guys see me and tells me to knock on the door the lady is in there. I knock, the lady Rita looks half way out and yells in a very RUDE Voice we don’t open until 8am. Me I leaves and go over to the Service department and speak with Jerrick who called the Manager , who then instructs me to return back to the body shop. I goes back over and the young lady opens the door while walking away. She states we don’t open until 8am in a nasty way with her body language. I say to her I were instructed by your Manager to return over here. She then says other stuff Rudely as if I was a bother to her. I stated to her can I speak with her Manager she , replies you want his number he’s not in ( 8:02am). I starts to email Jerrick and Sal Degraco. While sending the two ladies pictures because they are very unprofessional. Now Robert who I had been told by the day before to come at 8am. Robert, talks with me while asking the young lady to call and see will Hertz answer. They young says to Robert they haven’t answered but I will try again. While Robert is talking to me , RITA yells he’s not my Boss and walks off. I goes outside and Robert comes out and says Hertz want be here for another 20-30 minutes as the person is stuck in traffic. I drive back over to Services to speak with Jerrick who was in a meeting 8:30am, they Service worker Alysha comes to see how she can help and provides the help needed. Now I’m at work one hour later. What a inconvenience for me when it is they fault. I will never recommend this company for anything . They do have some workers in Service that is very respectable and kind. Alysha, Danny, Tameka . Just to make a few. I think them for the proper engagement with me and other customers. I wish I could upload the videos but it only allows pictures

    So I was quoted by a local mechanic $279 to change my serpentine belt. Seemed kind of high so I called Infiniti of the Palm Beaches to get a price. I was shocked that their price was $60 less than the mechanic. So I made an appointment for 8am. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted and directed to the clean comfortable lounge. I then met my service advisor Anthony who was kind and professional. Car was completed much sooner than expected which I was happy about. I know most people think that dealer service is high price and that you’ll be sitting in the waiting room for hours. I was quoted $100 for a full synthetic oil change using Mobil1 and tire rotation, which is just stupid cheap. I’m glad I took a chance and ended up here, as Anthony and staff provides exceptional service, value, and professionalism . They’re my new go to for servicing my G37x

    10/10 RECOMMEND! The level of detail, care and attention that goes into this client experience for buying a car is astounding! Darrion was excellent, he was my sales representative. He took the time to listen to my concerns and also helped educate me on the different models - Infinity SUVs that I was interested in buying.     Brian is my Service Advisor. It was my first time at this dealership since moving from out of state. We needed an oil change as well as anything else needed on the car. I was happy to hear from Brian that my vehicle is in excellent shape. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and made a good impression on me. Brian and his team in the shop are awesome. I highly recommend them. We will be back for our next service!

    Dealership experience was fabulous when we were looking at cars. The purchasing of the vehicle was seamless and quick. Salesman (Max Hager) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.     I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. Andre was so helpful and made the entire process easy and even FUN! Also, Jessica in the finance department was an absolute pleasure and explained all my options. The car is wonderful.     I came back to Schumacher where I had previously leased a vehicle, but went with a different car brand. From Volvo to Infiniti. Andre was very helpful in answering my questions, showing me some different Infiniti options as well as a test drive. He took the time to take my Volvo to the Volvo team to have it inspected and start the turn in process to lease the new Infiniti. His attention to detail and simple process made the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciate everything Andre did and the Infiniti team helping him.

    My service advisor Anthony Carroll is amazing! The place is clean. The waiting room is comfortable. The only bad thing I would say about this place is that they don’t always have a loaner ready for you. But in the past getting a loaner was no issue whatsoever, so this put a damper on my experience.

    Since my online interaction with Tyler of Infiniti at Palm Beaches, my experience was nothing less than amazing. Tyler was exceptionally communicative and helpful. I drove over 2 hours to complete my purchase here and I will definitely be returning when it is time to upgrade again. After I completed everything with Tyler, I finished up the finances with Jessica. Jessica was just as exceptional. She explained everything to me well, was honest, and thorough. This process can be so stressful, especially at this time. But Tyler and Jessica made this purchase so pleasant overall.

    Ira was the most amazing salesman. He took me to look and test drive 10+ cars and SUV’s, all with a car seat in hand. He knew every detail about the new car and was the most patient person I have ever dealt with. Ira definitely made me feel like family. That is an extremely rare occurrence this day and age.     I made the mistake of purchasing a used 2019 Infiniti QX60 out-of-state in Ohio. Less than a week after the car was transported to Florida the brakes begin to make a very strange sound. I knew something was not right and immediately took the car to the nearby Infiniti of Palm Beach maintenance shop. Upon arrival I was greeted by Danny Solorzano. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he and his team of mechanics quickly identify the problem and fix my car. They also provided me with documentation and spoke via phone with Honda dealer in Ohio where I purchased the car. Danny politely explained to them how the aftermarket parts they had put on my car were not only wrong for an Infiniti, but unsafe. Danny helped convince the GM of the Ohio dealership to cover the cost of replacement brake pads and rotors. Danny’s support saved me and my family over $1,000 (and quite possibly prevented what could have been a serious car accident in our future). I would highly recommend Danny and his team of mechanics at Infiniti of Palm Beach. They are experienced, fast, honest and extremely nice to work with.

    I Recently purchased an Infiniti Q50 and I have been In contact with Danny Solorzano from day one. His advice helped me make the purchase. I have been in for service twice and it really has been the best experience I have ever had at a service department or even at a car dealership. I had a key made today and I was in and out. I was impressed at how fast he took care of my car and the car wash after is a great bonus that I never experienced before. Service Advisors like Danny definitely make a positive impact on a Dealership. I would be very confident to buy my next car from Infiniti of palm beach from how well I was treated and how professional Danny Solorzano is.     I bought my infinity q50 red sport 2018 from HGreg Nissan. After discovering I still had 3 years of manufacture warranty I took it to Shumacher Auto Group Infinity Palm Beach. I have never had a better experience in dealing with a car dealership. HGreg Nissan in Delray sold me the car with blown turbos. Infinity replaced them with no cost to me and gave me a loaner vehicle. I’ve been back once again for routine maintenance and service. They just keep going above and beyond replacing my A/C actuator no cost warranty repair. Honest and upfront service. Beyond thankful. Infinity for life customer!!

When we need a service done, he is swift in getting me in and making sure we are well taken care of in a timely manner.
