I have to say I was very impressed. After shopping for a track steer for several weeks I finally called Bobcat of Palm Beach and spoke to Scott Comfort. I explained to him what I was looking for and approximate price and terms. Scott went above and beyond found the perfect machine for my needs. He said they had a T66 tracksteer that would cover all my needs within the price and terms I was looking for. Within 30 min he had the complete deal worked out better then expected with no back and forth games. He personally delivered to my jobs site and handled all the paperwork on site. He was very professional and knowledgeable I definitely will be doing more business with him. Been running the machine for a little over a week and love it.

I’m not one to ever write a review but I have bought two machines within the last 6 months from bobcat and my sales person was Scott Comfort. Both transaction went very smoothly scott makes it so easy i called Scott late Thursday night needing a machine for Monday and he made sure it was going to be ready for pick up not even 12 hrs later I picked up my new machine and he had all the paper work ready to go when I arrived. I highly recommend bobcat of palm beach and Scott Comfort.

Just took delivery of my 4th piece of equipment from bobcat of palm beach. I couldn't be more happy. And just like the previous 3, Scott Comfort made the process incredibly seamless!!!!!!! From the minute I told him what I was looking for, to the delivery, it couldn't of been more easy for me. Never missed a beat working, Scott had all the paperwork completed for me including finding me the best interest rate for financing, and the best insurance company for my equipment. I highly recommend Scott Comfort and the team over at Bobcat of Palm Beach.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company.  My bobcat track machine has had problems from the day I got it BRAND NEW. The machine has literally had problems from that very first week and has not stopped they have had to change the computer several times as well as sometimes getting frustrated not being able to find the problem and just telling me to pick it up for now. The machine has been the a pitta me of a lemon and instead of trying to find a solution they have done nothing but fight me like as if I was an enemy of theirs. They mention water and fuel codes but that has been from the very first day I got the machine which is why they eventually switched the computer. They have done nothing less than shy away,point the finger and then finally having the corporate office call me and tell me to kick rocks. I was told that I was having injector issues and that it was not gonna be covered by the warranty because it was wear and tear, I took back possession of the machine, Took the injectors out and took them to a testing facility and all of them tested 100% OK. I then came back to the machine to reinstall the injectors and do a little more diagnostics when I found a pinched fuel line which was most likely causing my issue. They attempted to charge me $7000 for new injectors When at the end of it all it was a fuel line that took me less then a minute to unkink. Bobcat of Palm Beach and Bobcat of Broward (same company) have been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in the construction equipment industry. I would highly recommend that buyers do their due diligence and find a  dealer that actually cares past the initial sale. BUYER BEWARE

The service manager steve is amazing, very knowledgeable and is always helpful getting your machine back as quick as possible. He has even helped me on the road troubleshooting problems over the phone. The rest of the crew there is very friendly and they are always a pleasure to to deal with.

I purchased a new Bobcat loader this week and the transaction went very smoothly. Scott Comfort was my sales person and he was excellent. I would highly recommend Scott and this dealer location.

They did a great job finding the leak on my machine and getting it fixed, staff was super friendly amd helpful.

It was a pleasure dealing with Scott. The purchase was very easy and pressure free. We discussed what we needed and within a half hour we were able to complete the transaction. Within a few days Scott delivered the tractor and our accessories are on the way.

Bobcat of Palm Beach. Ripoff scam company. Don't believe any quote they verbally tell you. Don't give them your credit card information. They will over charge you on almost every item. They will deliver defective equipment and charge your credit card and not tell you. They will not call you to do an inspection of the equipment when it is delivered or picked up. That way they can accuse you of damaging the equipment with no proof and then charge your credit card. The agreement is very tricky, small print and makes the scam operation legal. Wells Fargo Bank is the key to the success of the scam. Wells Fargo will not reverse the scam credit card charge because of the legal tricky scam agreement. When you pay by credit card they don't show you the little box that says they can charge your credit card for any damage they claim you did without any proof or signed inspection report. They check the box after you sign it. They rig the Bobcat hydraulic system so it breaks after a few hours of operation. Then they claim you have damaged the equipment. Four out of Five Bobcats I rented were damaged before delivery. If you do rent equipment only pay with a check. Then they would need to sue you if they accuse you of damaging the equipment and then they would need to provide proof. That is not the case with a credit card and the cooperation and participation of Wells Fargo Bank. On the positive side they are the best scam operation in Palm Beach County.

I like to start by saying, I'm not much for writing reviews!. But I think it's time for me to finally write something, I'm an operator / truck driver for pool Crafters, unfortunately our machines get used and abused and I'm the guy to bring them to bobcat. And I must say ,that from day one that I've been going there for the last three and a half years, it has been a real pleasure!! Especially dealing with Steve the mechanic technician, extremely, knowledgeable and easy to talk to!! And he would totally go out of his way for you if he could, in the moment.!!so thank you bobcat and Steve.
