Came here for my first ultrasound & they were absolutely fantastic. The facility is really clean & the staff made me feel comfortable, seriously some of the nicest people i’ve met in a long time. Highly recommend. Would give more stars if i could! RealOptions is the best option!

This clinic is such a great clinic, with friendly staff that provide resources for many things regarding women’s health . One of the best clinics I’ve been too.

I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. Everyone were incredibly kind and professional, creating a warm atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and excited about my first ultrasound. Their attentiveness and genuine care were evident throughout my visit, from explaining procedures patiently to offering support. making this clinic an excellent choice for expectant mothers.

It is absolutely insane to find such a place nowadays! I came as a stranger but been treated as a best friend! I came to the U.S. with my husband (he is on a business trip). Here I discovered a positive pregnancy test, but we have no medical insurance. Real Options was the first clinic we found in Google. They scheduled an appointment for the ultrasound exam. We spent in total 3 hours in the clinic. Formerly I had a miscarriage, so we were very nervous this time. But clinic personnel were very friendly and sympathetic. They calmed us down, carefully gathered all the information needed and made an ultrasound. And it has shown that everything is OK, and we even seen baby’s heartbeat! Also, guys from Real Options were so kind to make a request for temporary insurance for us, so this visit was free of charge! We received all the instructions and recommendations, and even more, they gave us a present (soap, tiny cap, and baby’s bootees). We were totally shocked by that kind of attitude :) Thanks, Real Options, for helping pregnant women! Keep on going!

After finding this clinic on google and seeing very great reviews, i decided i wanted to go here to do a checkup! I needed to get in very quickly and they were able to get me in the next day! Terry was AMAZING and soo sweet she gave me a lot of information and support while talking to her I kinda got emotional. After, Lisa did my ultrasound, she was very knowledgeable, It was an amazing experience overall I wish i found this clinic earlier!

The experience we had with RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of East San Jose was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and introduced with professional care and services. We were given all the necessary information and also vital guidance. The staff there are really nice and the nurses are also very professional, pleasant and patient. Everyone at this place is so very welcoming and helpful! They have a way of making a potentially overwhelming experience a very comfortable and smooth one. They are extremely informative and will answer any questions you may have. Also, the resources they offer are amazing! Nowadays, it’s hard to find good people who provide service without attempting to gain a high profit from it. You can tell that these people do what they do with intention and purpose. I appreciate it all and am looking forward to my next visit!

I have the best experiences coming to this healthcare as taken my wife here for the ultrasound. The advisors, nurses and staffs are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They walked us through everything to have better understanding as our first time to be parent, explained throughly every single steps we need to prepare for our baby, even had a beautiful prayer for us at the end. Very thankful for the supports from everybody here.

I was very nervous having found out that I was pregnant and I had my first ultrasound scheduled here. I had found the location through a simple google search and expected to just be in and out of a small general clinic. I had such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff were extremely caring and genuine in their interactions and also very sensitive to my situation and challenges.
