Absolutely horrible!!! I didn’t even get seen by a doctor but this is a review for the front desk staff. I walk in, show my insurance. The overweight woman behind the desk says she’s never heard of my insurance. I explain to her the clinic is in-network and she can call to verify. She proceeds to argue with me for 5 minutes telling me it’s not her job instead of spending 5 minutes calling to verify. I walked out without any care. What absolute negligence for the patient’s wellbeing.

The nicest man, Danny, took my call and arranged for me to wait in the Covid parking zones. He came out, greeted me and gave me a wait time that was pretty accurate. Such a genuinely nice person who actually seemed interested in helping me. The PA, Laura was also amazing! And took a few minutes with me to figure out the ear and respiratory issues I have been having… What a great experience! I get the past two years have been extremely difficult and draining on our our medical community, but it hasn’t been very easy on those who get sick either. Thank you Danny and Laura!

I took my daughter there two days in a row. All staff were super nice, efficient, and helpful. Thanks for being there after hours!

Nancy the NP was very nice the staff are helpful. I am going there for years and I am very happy. Nancy is the best and very knowledgeable and she always listen to your concern.

Visiting from out of state, went to this walk in due to a sinus infection. Everyone was very welcoming, kind and caring. Was also very relaxing atmosphere, very welcoming.

I spent over 2 hours waiting with an appointment at a different urgent care and was about to give up on being treated for my ailment. I saw this location as an option made a same-day afternoon appointment and upon arrival was seen and treated within 30 minutes! The staff was informative, effective, and friendly. The Nurse Practioner/ Doctor was insightful, listened, and went into action to absolve me of my migraine. I would highly recommend Woodbridge Walk-In!

I highly recommend the Woodbridge Walk-In clinic! I was able to make a same-day appointment; saw fantastic, personable, caring professionals; and was out the door before my actual appointment time even arrived. I was visiting from out-of-state, but would totally go back here if I needed! Five stars!!

Nicest urgent care I’ve ever been two. The doctor and nurse that saw my two year old were so caring and gentle! There was no wait time and it was clean.

Not only was this the quickest, urgent care service I’ve ever received, but it was the friendliest and most comfortable I’ve ever felt. It’s really difficult for you to feel comfortable and like you could even laugh when you’re sitting in urgent care, but they really know how to make you feel like you’re in good hands.

The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make this a very pleasant and comfortable visit. Ms. Salaveria was very professional and caring. Gave good advice.

I had a wonderful experience at the urgent care, thanks to the expertise politeness, and overall care provided by Sierra. Her knowledge of COVID-19 the fact that she was afflicted with the virus itself gave me assurance of her advice.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you have a real urgency. The staff lacks common sense, they lack a triage process,  and worst of all, they lack compassion. The office staff is more preoccupied lecturing on how to treat their staff and learning to wait for your turn in line than tending to an injured patient crippled and whaling in pain. All we needed to know was whether or not they were in a capacity to care for the injury.  We repeated the question. They continued with their lecture. We walked out and headed to the HOAG ER. The HOAG ER staff was on a completely different level of professionalism and humanity. They tended to my husbands injury and pain management immediately even though the waiting room had over 20 people waiting. HOAG needs to step up the quality of the staff and common sense at their Urgent Care facilities.

It is very efficient to go walk-in Woodbridge urgent care to get health care , no need to make an appointment and wait for a month or longer to get seeing the doctor. After walk in almost get seeing doctor right away , get examine test and result in about a half hour . The doctor and nurse gave me a very clear and detailed explanation.

Angie the front office staff member was so kind and accommodating. Alex the NP was efficient, professional, and personable. Best urgent care experience I've ever had because of these two ladies.

Amazing quality care! PA/NP very attentive and thorough! Did I mention we were seen really quick?! We were visiting from out of town and my son and I got sick #nightmare After receiving the “runaround” at other urgent care centers about not accepting minors, experiencing rude treatment, etc….I found this center. I highly recommend! Incredible environment!

DISRESPECTFUL and LOW QUALITY SERVICE!!!! They just treated me like a dog and left me sitting outside just because I said I HAD covid two weeks ago. They did not provide any service in the end and just left me waiting outside in the cold!!

There was a little bit of a wait but I was treated with kindness and respect. The doctor and staff listened to me carefully and I felt well taken care of.

I had a video call with Ms. McGinn FNP on 12/6. She was very friendly and gave me all the attention. She made me feel I am in good hand. On 12/9, I received a follow-up call from nurse. Wow! Yes. A follow up call from urgent care. No wonder they have good rating. Strongly recommended.

Do not go here if you actually need care and are sick. They wanted my 72 year old Mom to wait outside in the cold and rain because she was sick. She already took a Covid test before going there and was negative. They did not mention she could not wait inside when she made her appointment. She waited in her car and 2 hrs after her appointment she STILL had not been seen by anyone. When she walked in to say she was leaving the front desk staff asked “who are you?”. They literally forgot about her and left her in her car for 2 hrs. She had to leave before getting any care and is sick. Shame on this urgent care.

Was extremely worried that I contracted COVID on an overseas excursion and Woodbridge Walk-In got me in to test, on a Sunday, no less. I received my results back in a few hours!

I took my mom to the Irvine Woodbridge urgent care earlier today based on the excellent Google reviews, and we are delighted about our choices. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. There was almost no wait (our visit was on a Sunday afternoon) to see the doctors. The doctor who exterminated and diagnosed my mom was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained every detail to us with no upselling. She wrote us prescriptions with generic drugs rather than branded ones. The urgent care bill for our visit was also affordable (my mom is a visitor and she doesn't have health insurances).

This walk-in urgent care is fabulous. The staff is professional, friendly and caring. So happy I found this urgent care in Woodbridge.

I used the Woodbridge Walk-In Urgent Care location for COVID-19 testing and the whole procedure from scheduling my appointment, testing, and receiving results went very smoothly. I was greeted by friendly staff who were ready for my visit.

My wife and I were treated very courteous on the phone, and our nurse practitioner was wonderful during our virtual visit. We had to go into facility for Covid testing and that experience was also wonderful. Very happy with Woodbridge Walk in

Very nice nurse was so pleasant and amazingly quick. I showed up for my appointed time and it wasn’t 5 minutes until she came to our door and explained that it would be about 15 minutes. It was more like 10. The shortest visit I’ve ever had!

Easy to schedule an appointment. I didn't have to wait on the phone forever. The person hat scheduled my appointment time was very nice. I got to my appointment about 10 minutes early and I was helped right away. I was called a few days later with my test results and i was told where they were going to be sent Nice people.
