Update 5/5: With young kids we tend to have back ups more than we’d like. We’ve used them multiple times, and each time we are happy with the job. Josh came out this time, arrived within an hour of calling on a Sunday, and cleared the back up quickly. Highly recommend calling these guys. Tim was awesome. He explained all potential scenarios/costs clearly before he did anything. He could have easily told me it was going to take more, which would have cost more, but he was able to do the job at the lower quoted rate. Second time I’ve called rotorooter, and I’m happy with service each time.

JC was thorough in his inspection and assessment of a backed up shower drain where I had exhausted all my fix-it-yourself options. He was able to clear the blockage and ensure that at least 25 feet of the pipe was debris-free. I'm really happy with the work he did, and it reflects well on Roto-Rooter as a company.

Over priced for drain service! Wanted $440 to clear an obvious hair blockage in sink trap… called Justintime plumbing who charged $195 and had the clog cleared in 10 minutes!

My husband and I appreciate the outstanding service work done by Steven & Art & are very appreciative to have them come out so quickly in the middle of the night to fix our plumbing issues. We had some trouble with Darwin at first and we’re a pretty upset, but this company definitely did what they had to do to make the situation better. We are very thankful and will definitely be using them again in request of the two gentleman Art and Steven. Very friendly, quick and know what they are doing.

Our technician, Wesley, did an AMAZING job of fixing our plumbing issue! He was on time, they called before they came, he was super friendly, and he knew his stuff. He worked quickly and was super clean. Our dishwasher was having problems where water was pouring into the sink from the air gap each time we ran the dishwasher. He had to clean out the smelly disposal line, and he did a great job with it! After he finished, he even ran a cycle to make sure it was not having water flowing out. He cleaned up everything when he was done, and under my sink looks better than ever! Super happy with my plumbing experience and Wesley. I would definitely recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Aaron was very good very polite very nice but from what I hear he should have known that when he saw the Clean out going towards my house he should have known that there was a clean out that went to the street so he had a little bit of inexperience for $450

Nick is the best! He was super kind and helpful. He explained what was going on and how they were fixing things every step of the way; he really kept us in the loop. Nick really showed that he cared about our situation and looked for the best solution possible. We will definitely be asking for his help from now on if we have any plumbing issues or when we need to install any new items! 100/10 service!! Definitely use their services if you need!

I have used Roto Rooter scores of times in my life and found the pricing on this last service call to be exceptionally exorbitant. For a three story home to only have one bath tub clogged means an isolated and fixture specific blockage - I was charged (and reluctantly paid) $440 usd for the tech to clear a hair ball from tub drain. I am a contractor myself and understand “trip fees”, service “minimum charges” etc. $440 was highway robbery for the 37 min of ACTUAL work on my drain. Thanks
