Wow, what can I say bad about this jewelry store? Absolutely nothing! Peter went out of his way to answer any question I had, and made sure to explain it to the fullest. We had a little bit of trouble with the ring (Gabriel sent the ring with too big of center stone holder). But Peter asked me if he could put one of their center stone holders in it just to get it out to me in time for our Christmas trip where I was proposing. Also, he got the right center stone holder on order and is letting us send it back after the holidays to put the proper center stone holder in place. It is the fact how much he went out of his way for me. I could not be anymore happy with his service and gratitude. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone I know in the future because of how professional he is! Also, she said yes and has had nothing but compliments on how beautiful the ring is!

We are super happy with our ring from Ben Garelick! We got the ring to commemorate the birth of our first child, and had it customized to match my engagement ring (two tone gold with yellow diamonds). It arrived on time, just as expected, and really beautiful! We love it!

I am so pleased with our purchase the customer service. My local jeweler in Ohio could not get us the wedding band that matches my engagement ring. I was able to find it on line with Ben Garelick. I messaged them and they confirmed that day they could get it. They sent a link to purchase and I took advantage of the coupon they offered. The ring arrived promptly this week and is beautiful. Our whole experience from beginning to end with Ben Garelick was excellent. My wife and I wanted our respective grandmothers' rings melted down into bands for each of us and apparently that is a complicated request, but Pete Jr, Pete Sr, and their whole team took great care of us and our rings throughout the entire process. They stayed in touch by call and by text, and when there were some scheduling delays they reached out with updates- including pictures. We have our wedding bands now and we couldn't be happier with them. They look great and they are so meaningful to us!

I received my custom order ring yesterday and it was totally amazing. I had a wedding band put on each side of the center ring and this really set it off. The people I dealt with from Ben Garelick couldn't have been more helpful. If they couldn't answer my question, they found out the answer and quickly let me know. The only problem I had was when the ring arrived the size was smaller than I had ordered. When I made them aware of this and chose to take it to my local jeweler for resizing, they paid the cost for the resizing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with them and will be 100% happy with this ring. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.

We had a very wonderful time reviewing all the ring designs. At one point we had 10 different rings to decide from and Peter was very gracious with his time and never rushed us. I had a custom ring made from my mother and grandmothers wedding bands (both deceased). These rings obviously were very important to me. I had thought about the possible design for months, and only trusted Ben Garelick during the design and manufacturing process. I LOVE how the ring turned out. It’s such an amazing tribute to both women, and something I can pass on for generations. I purchased an estate ring and two pairs of earrings from Ben Garelick Jewelers. I had several items resized or inspected and polished and even sold some gold rings here recently. (Posting photos of some of the items I am referring to below). I worked primarily with Jennifer who was attentive, appreciative, professional, and had great communication. Any transaction that I have listed above earned five stars. There is truly nothing I would change about my experience. The only suggestion I might have would be a customer loyalty program to reduce the cost of ring resizing and polishing services when bringing in jewelry not purchased from them. I believe all , if not most, jewelry purchased directly from them has complimentary resizes and alterations.

Great job! Peter gave us white glove service from start to finish. We had a custom engagement ring with a couple of revisions, and a completely custom wedding ring to match the engagement ring. 3D CAD drawings so that we were comfortable with what we were getting. As a resident of Washington, D.C., I was initially hesitant to completely order a diamond and a setting from a remote vendor, especially since the ideal would be to see and examine both in-person prior to purchase. Since this could not be done in my case because the particular design for the setting was not available from a nearby vendor and the logistics of locally buying and then shipping a loose diamond proved too challenging, I placed my complete faith in Peter Manka Jr. and Ben Garelick Jewelers. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Ben Garelick in 2020. When we found out that there was a companion wedding band that matched it we knew that had to be my wedding band. I received my wedding band today and had to take a picture of them side by side. The process of purchasing this ring was extremely easy. I could have just purchased it right on the website but since we were spending a fair amount of money we wanted to talk to someone at the store. Everyone we spoke with and emailed with were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with making such an important purchase online. They also gave me a realistic lead time and my ring shipped right when they expected it to. As for the quality of my rings, I think the picture does it justice. The lighting is natural in this picture so you really can't see the blue in the sapphires, but the detail and quality of these rings are unmatched. I'm completely in love with them!
