I have only begun my physical therapy and so far I am very impressed with this facility and the staff, in particular, Justin Seneris. He takes time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. He also pushes me just the right amount to be challenging, but not painfully difficult. I am hopeful to be pain free and walking normally before my son's wedding in July.

Do not let the surroundings stop you from seeking therapy at this location. The therapist are the most competent PT/OT professional in Naples, FL. As a healthcare professional I look for positive outcome HC professionals that are dedicated to their industry. I've been to Performance Therapy and Physicians Regional and both therapy sites do not come close to the professionalism and Medical Care Standards that Select Physical Therapy in Estero does. Physican Regional billing department is atrocious, and the billing department located in multiple off-site locations practice borderline fraudulent billing techniques as there is such a disconnect between medical records, therapy and billing. The CFO changes every other year so stay away from that site. Performance Therapy never returns call and their therapist especially OT need to be replaced with more competent professionals.

Select Physical Therapy in Estero is THE place for excellent, professional care with a personal touch!! In fall of 2022, I began having arthritis issues with my hands, fingers and wrists. I had a busy work schedule during snowbird season, and by January 2023 I had developed more problems from overuse. My right thumb got trigger finger, then froze completely in place. It was straight, I could not bend it. Soon after that, my left thumb began clicking and catching, so I knew it was just a matter of time. I also had trigger issues in other fingers and pain in wrists. My doctor offered to do a referral to an orthopedist, but I knew they would only offer injections or surgery. No thanks! I know the power of good physical therapy, so I began my search for a Certified Hand Therapist. Not having health insurance, my PCP left it up to me to find one. Many places here do hand therapy, usually by an OT, but it was not easy finding an actual CHT. FINALLY I found Sarah Yagelski at Select PT. She is a true CHT, amongst her other certifications, and she has given me back my hands! At my initial eval, Sarah fully tested my hands/wrists. We discussed my history, current situation and goals for my therapy. She designs a very personal therapy, and I have exercises to do at home as well. Though I know she has many patients, I always feel I receive her full attention and care. In July I was diagnosed with seronegative RA, in addition my early OA. I know my hands will never be completely how they once were, but with therapy I am regaining use and mobility and I also use less medication for pain. Sarah and I are a team in my therapy, and I've seen great improvement. I have even regained use/mobility of BOTH thumbs, which is amazing in itself! I truly must give Sarah Yagelski and the staff at Select Physical Therapy in Estero 2 thumbs up!!

So far I've been having a great experience at Select Physical Therapy Estero. The therapist, Justin, is very knowledgeable and professional. He let me know from the beginning what was going on with me and why we are doing these physical exercises. I feel like I'm really getting some results from this treatment. Will definitely recommend this place and especially Justin. The equipment they have is more updated than what I have seen at other places too. 👍

Very knowledgeable staff! Nice clean friendly environment! Justin was terrific when dealing with my shoulder issues, he knew exactly what was going on! My evaluation was much like Dr. Greenberg had done using the same range of motion and explaining it with each movement! Justin’s diagnosis was the exact same as my Orthopedic Doctor!

Since my first meeting with select physical therapy Jaclynn has always been gracious, warm kind friendly and very knowledgeable about what my body needs to heal. I could not recommend select physical therapy and their staff any higher and I do recommend them to my friends.

I need physical therapy after my knee replacement. After checking out a few places I went with Select Physical Therapy off of Corkscrew in Estero. It was a great choice as they have great therapist that help get me back to normal activities. I work with Gabie, and she is super!!

I just had my third visit with Sarah Yagelski. I am so pleased my doctor recommended Select PT. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable, and so kind and gentle, helping me progress to a healthy hand and calming my anxious thoughts. The whole team seem to interact with each other in real team spirit. Both Cat and Laura have been helpful & supportive as well. Justin is a fabulous PT! He doesn’t just give you exercises to do he tries to figure where the pain is coming from, whether it’s my shoulder or neck or pinched nerves further down my arm. He’s caring and thorough and I highly recommend him

He has patient expectations, but combines know-how, with gentle encouragement and guidance. I was a client of Select Physical Therapy several years ago, with fine results. Jason is my physical therapist, and he's helped me regain a lot of my strength and mobility in my shoulder while decreasing pain. He's respectful, extremely patient, and flexible with me - he meets me where I am each day. Angie has been a huge help in terms of scheduling. Whenever something comes up, she's very understanding. I'm grateful to have found Select Physical Therapy!

My therapist, Katherine Sellaroli, is excellent. She has evaluated and established physical therapy that addresses my problems well. Her professionalism along with her personable demeanor make. each session so very helpful.

The staff at Select Physical Therapy approached my hip pain and range of motion limitations extremely professionally. My therapist, Justin Seneris, has a great deal of experience and training. In the first visit he evaluated my condition and measured baseline motion limits. During six weeks of therapy he assigned increasingly difficult and tailored exercises as he judged my improvement and the specific muscles that needed strengthening. His expertise helped me achieve better range of motion and provided at-home exercises that I can follow for further improvement. My observations of the interactions of the other therapists with their clients were quite positive as well. The ones I saw the longest clearly showed noticeable improvement.

Just really starting PT, so far so good. I'm definitely looking for some relief in my neck after surgery.

I write to you today to share my positive experience with Sarah Yagelski at the Bonita, FL Select PT office.  I had trigger finger surgery in mid-March and found my way to Sarah two weeks later after my stitches came out.  She welcomed me warmly to the office.  She treated me kindly and thoughtfully.  We were off to a good start.  But I shared with Sarah that I had a specific goal.  As a 5-day a week tennis player I gave Sarah a tall goal!  I needed to get back to the courts asap!   Sarah was very clear about my timeline and what I could expect. And about what I needed to do to heal.   And now, 7 weeks post-surgery I can say that she was 100% correct.  I am back at tennis (albeit with a glove!)  and my hand is feeling really good. Every time I walk in to the office Sarah is warm and friendly and very attentive to my hand and helping me progress.  I am incredibly grateful for her time and attention. In a post-covid world where excellence in the work place is hard to find I want to share with you that Sarah truly stands out as a winner!!!! You are fortunate to have her on your team.

I have been dealing with a frozen shoulder for over 6 months and Select PT has been the best. My Physical Therapist has been knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic, and kind when helping me fix my problem.
