Got my card last year around this time in the Fort Myers Location. Couldn't ask for a better experience at a doctors office. Amber has been there for me every step of the way and has made things extremely easy for me. The man who gave recommendations for products is a god sent. Everything he recommended to me has worked wonders for my pain and insomnia. 10 out of 10!

I'm glad that I chose this company for my initial application. It was a painless process and I appreciate that they are upfront with the cost. They also make sure that you have the info needed to make a successful leap into medical marijuana.

What a wonderful experience!! Maggie who runs the front office is SPECTACULAR when it comes to customer service and being prompt. Whenever I have a question she takes her time to listen and helps me with what I’m in need of regardless of how busy things can get. If I need something updated or changed she is there help and makes sure all my questions are fulfilled, no long lines, no 10 minute hold time on the phones, the process is so quick and easy and I feel so comfortable with Emerald Medical Center. They are very professional and friendly; I give them 5 stars and I would recommend anyone who is new to the process of medical marijuana to this office; where you can learn and grow with them together on your holistic approach to a better you!

I recommend this place above all other MMJ doctors because of the staff. Louis and the team at this EMC will go above and beyond for you every single time. If you have questions related to your MMJ experience he always has the answer. Times my card expired and the state website would take days to renew they were able to rush it through in minutes. So thankful for these guys!

Didn’t have to wait long for my original appointment. Refilling my Rx was simple after 7 months I did it over the phone. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! They approved me initially the day of my appt :)

Emerald Medical Center takes excellent care of their patients. They are respectful, highly efficient, and exceptionally responsive. Even long after they've taken care of a patient, they pick up their phones and graciously answer questions and address concerns. The experience is smooth and remains so in perpetuity. If only every business delivered with such high standards!

(Cape Coral Location) Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had trying to obtain my card. Like most people I’ve shopped around trying to find not only a good deal but also to find a helpful staff. Throughout my search I’ve found places to have rude staff who don’t listen, staff who won’t call you back after 3 weeks of leaving messages to get a hold of someone, and prices that boggle the mind. When I say this place went above and beyond my expectations I mean it. I made the appointment and got in with in the same week. The office is clean, cool air, and oh my god are they friendly. From the moment you walk in until the door shuts behind you when you leave, you feel like family. 10/10 plus like a million.

This place is amazing! My daughter and I went in the get her a medical card the receptionist Amber was so lovely and helpful. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish and had an incredible attitude even though I had a million and 1 questions. Easy and fast. The doctor was also very sweet and helpful. The man in the office I believe his name is Louis was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. If you are looking to get a medical card I highly recommend Emerald Medical Center. I am not one to do reviews but I must say, the patient advocate Miss Amber was so extremely helpful and got me through a very rough patch. She had incredible patience throughout the whole ordeal and was nothing but friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend if you’re a patient of emerald to contact Amber. She turned my horrible day around in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

Shout OUT to AMBER , really friendly & great with a quick response I want to say this is my 2-3 year with this Dr & office & things are well above & great on prices I would highly recommend one thing though with all the referrals I sent I wish it was more then a 10$ savings cause I send over people that ask me which is the only down fall but it's better then nothing 😀 ,

Aubrey was super helpful with everything. She offered to call me back after she sent some paperwork and update me, and did so in a very timely manner. Great job explaining everything, and filling me in some stuff I wasn't sure on .

Called when they opened and they got me in same day. Very relaxed and professional. Im already pretty well educated as to what i like but for someone who might not have as much experience they can and are willing to help you find what suits you best

This place is awesome. Friendly staff, and straight to the point. Was able to renew my prescription over the phone SAME DAY in MINUTES after my other doctor cancelled my appointment. And the prices are way cheaper than other clinics. This will be my new clinic!

I was considered a new patient at the time of my appointment, and brought my record in by hand since no other doctor had it. After filling out my new client forms, and allowing Maggie to make the copies she needed out of my original record, she shredded a piece of document out of my file without my permission.

I had an amazing experience with Emerald Medical Centre. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They have great prices and so much individual attention for patients. I am so grateful for all the help and information that I received on my visit, I will definitely continue to go through Emerald Medical Centre for all of my medicinal needs. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Brueck and Steven, both were extremely kind and helpful. This is my second time renewing my prescription with the Emerald Medical Center and they have been efficient and helpful each time. Kyrie was a great help today and walked me through a lot of the confusion regarding the new state limits and RFE forms.
