This location lost a good customer today. Very disappointed in how it all worked out. I feel extremely disrespected and betrayed by the clerk and management. A deal was agreed upon and it wasn’t honored, and to make matters worse, someone else was given priority to pick through the items prior to my arrival which was at 9:30 when they opened. I feel like a fool

The manager was really cool dude they also have an amazing sale on laptops I just bought 260.00 laptop in good condition for only 50.00 you make and offer and they will give you deal with more than 60% off on asking price. I left as a really happy customer!!!! As a pawn shop it was the best I have been too!!!!

I so love this particular store. At this point they are like family. Roxana, Kim and Anna are the ladies you want to see. Honest and professional, they are driven to provide awesome customer service. From knights helmet’s to kitchen appliances, they have it all. They have also saved the day quite a few times, by offering the most money on loans and purchases of my items. The staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Carlos always salutes me whenever I go there because I am a disabled veteran. The ladies there are so nice. They know their stuff. I always have an Awesome experience ever time I go there.
