This is such a fun and positive store to be in! From the minute I walked in, it was all laughs and it felt like I'd been coming to this store for years! Lincoln was awesome - he's very knowledgeable of different products and is willing to talk to you about them if you want to learn. Thanks for making me feel right at home guys!!

I LOVE popping into this pawn shop!! I started stopping by because my daught has gymnastics in that area. I usually find deep discounts on a variety of things. I get used DVDs for only 65 cents. These are great for road trips with the kiddos. I've also eyed good prices on everything from electronics to lawn equipment. I've never had any problems with quality either. The store is keep clean and clutter free. And all the staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Be sure to get Lincoln involved if you wanna get the best quality and price. He is super approachable and ready to make deals. I planning to upgrade a diamond soon... and I will DEFINITELY go to Lincoln when I'm ready!! - Delicia "Discovering Durham"

Been a great fan of National Pawn for their service and great deals on watches, but lately it's been a miss in personal connection and services. HOWEVER, today was not the case! Came to this location and found a watch I was interested in. Betti Garcia helped me look at it and after driving around to think about it, I came back and she was very helpful in checking me out! She held onto the watch while seeing another customer, and when she came to me, the check out was very quick and smooth! Definitely reccomend this location. Ask for Betti! You won't be disappointed.

They are ok Abu and Thomas make the store but Rhonda needs to watch how she talks to people . She’s too old to be speaking to people the way she does. And if I want to bring something back because I’m in my time period and u want to flag my account that’s ok too. That’s why this store has not got another dollar from me and it never will. I always, always, get good service by the staff, whenever I go inside the store, but I can't say enough about Lincoln. I have spoken with him a few times, when I called to service my account by phone. He is consistently professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused! Thank You !

Horrible service from bricia, I haven’t pawned anything for years but I guess my ratio is low with national pawn from when I was younger and bricia made sure to bring that to my attention instead of just advising an amount she is able to do she made sure to tell me my ratio was low and she would rather not buy my item. I just feel like the service could’ve been better then what I got. I understand you guys have to deal with mean people and aggressive people but that shouldn’t make it okay to treat your customers like that.
