I
went
to
the
pawn
shop
for
the
first
time
last
week
because
I
was
short
on
rent
and
needed
to
loan
my
gold
rings
to
have
enough
to
pay
for
it,
over
$300.
While
I
am
grateful
that
they
were
able
to
accommodate
the
amount
I
needed,
Dante,
the
manager,
talked
to
me
about
taking
a
night
to
think
about
what
I
was
doing.
The
reason
being
because
I
would
have
pawned
all
of
my
gold
rings
that
were
given
to
me
from
my
grandmother.
He
asked
if
there
was
any
way
I
could
perhaps
borrow
money
from
family
so
I
wouldn’t
have
to
pawn
all
of
my
rings
and
after
taking
a
night
to
think
about
it
I’m
so
glad
he
gave
me
that
advice
because
I
may
not
have
been
able
to
pay
for
them
to
get
back
out
and
still
have
enough
for
rent
next
month.
I
came
back
the
next
night
and
ended
up
only
having
to
pawn
four
of
my
rings
for
a
lesser
loan.
I’m
leaving
this
review
because
the
manager
really
cared
about
me
and
my
feelings
and
accommodated
me
better
than
I
could’ve
hoped.
It
was
a
great
first
experience
and
I
know
I
was
lucky
I
didn’t
get
screwed
over.
He
even
sealed
them
up
in
front
of
me
showing
proof
they
didn’t
touch
them
when
I
was
ready
to
pay
for
them
back
and
I’d
have
30
days
before
my
first
payment
was
due.
He
really
cared
about
helping
me
more
than
taking
my
jewelry
and
maybe
all
national
pawns
are
not
like
this,
but
his
store
is.
Also,
they
have
items
for
sale
of
interest,
including
huge
TVs
all
the
way
to
Nikes
ha
ha
thanks
Dante!
