I had never been to a pawn shop before and the staff here was so professional! Remington (and Kim) gave me a great price on the jewelry I was selling. They treated me with respect and kindness. The whole place had a relaxed, cheerful vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back to sell or maybe buy—they had some great electronics! Huge thanks.

I walked in. The guy who delt with me, an middle eastern man, was beyond rude. Customers were starring. He asked what I would like for my Segway Scooter and I asked him what he'd give me. He said $35 or $40. I said, this item was $750 brand new. He argued back and said, "you want to know what I'll give you, $40, you need to give me a number." Ridiculous. Ive never encountered such a rude individual. This place is a rip off.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They don’t try to cheat you and they’re cool people to be around. Kim helped me today and she was so nice, and now I can fix my car today!

Remington was the man! He’s been incredibly helpful. Helped me pawn three of my beautiful swords. Kim has to be one of the most personable managers I’ve seen- because of her I’ve been coming back Quick and easy- definitely recommend!

Went into National Pawn on Guess Rd. to look around. Found a ring I wanted to buy. Waited my turn. The gentleman in jewelry was assisting a customer. He saw me waiting as I was the only other person in jewelry. When he finished with the couple he walks off to assist another customer who came in the store while I was waiting. I won’t be back.

Spent a lot of money in this store bought thousands of dollars of jewelry and i came to them today at 6:26 made it in time just for them to shut the doors on me and tell me they close the disrespect is unacceptable i won’t spend another dime in this store because i’m unappreciated i made it in time before closing just for them to talk to me at the door like i’m some kind of peasant when i spend good money with them and gonna tell me at door i need a receipt for my items because they brand new when they are simply used u talking to me at the door u don’t know what u are talking about they don’t respect me as a customer so they won’t get another dollar out of me . don’t waste your time here !

I went to the pawn shop for the first time last week because I was short on rent and needed to loan my gold rings to have enough to pay for it, over $300. While I am grateful that they were able to accommodate the amount I needed, Dante, the manager, talked to me about taking a night to think about what I was doing. The reason being because I would have pawned all of my gold rings that were given to me from my grandmother. He asked if there was any way I could perhaps borrow money from family so I wouldn’t have to pawn all of my rings and after taking a night to think about it I’m so glad he gave me that advice because I may not have been able to pay for them to get back out and still have enough for rent next month. I came back the next night and ended up only having to pawn four of my rings for a lesser loan. I’m leaving this review because the manager really cared about me and my feelings and accommodated me better than I could’ve hoped. It was a great first experience and I know I was lucky I didn’t get screwed over. He even sealed them up in front of me showing proof they didn’t touch them when I was ready to pay for them back and I’d have 30 days before my first payment was due. He really cared about helping me more than taking my jewelry and maybe all national pawns are not like this, but his store is. Also, they have items for sale of interest, including huge TVs all the way to Nikes ha ha thanks Dante!
