I am a disability advocate, in August I went on my first ever cruise aboard the Carnival Horizon . I want going to use my own power chair or scooter they are to big. The Cruisline recommended scootaround to rent from. Scootaround uses local vendors like Medfirst. I had them drop off the scooter to my house instead of the ship the day before. Just in case their were any problems. I can tell you it was an 8 day cruise and the scooter performed flawlessly. I whole heartedly recommend Medfirst.

I rented a power lift recliner for a month following hip surgery. My initial call to order it was handled by Ruthie who was polite, friendly and very professional. I was then contacted by Pabel to organize delivery and he was exceptionally courteous and accommodating! Since the company also provides free in-home evaluation to see if there was anything else I required post surgery, he organized that prior to the chair delivery. The chair was in pristine condition upon arrival, it had been sanitized prior to my receiving it and it worked perfectly. They also organized pick-up of the chair on a Saturday morning which was as seamless as it’s delivery. I highly recommend this company and would give them ten stars if I could!!

My commode and rollator walker arrived on time, and the driver was very respectful. Ruby who contacted me from the office regarding the logistics of delivery was wonderful! I highly recommend Medfirst.

Guys who set up the beds did a great job and removed the old hospital beds too. Only problem was that they came with no mattresses, say what? Said would be delivered on Thursday and old mattresses will be removed. Medfirst called today (Thurs.) and said that mattresses will be delivered tomorrow (Fri.). This is like buying a new car and they give old tires from the junkyard. I believe that if they didn't have all the equipment with them then they shouldn't have come and do 90% of the job. I paid an extra $1000.00 for set up of new beds and removal of old beds.....not a job well done!

I absolutely recommend Medfirst Homecare! I needed a Wheelchair for my mother for 1 day so we could attend my nephew’s graduation. I came across their name and called, not only was I able to rent one for a short period of time, but the entire process was also simple, cost effective and easy! I can’t tell you have helpful, kind and accommodating they were. Easy to get to location, open on Sat so it was an easy return, I cant say enough about this experience and would recommend you to contact them as well to navigate all your DME needs!

Medifast Homecare deliverery system deserves 5 stars. They contacted me several days before I needed the equipment, verifying each piece ordered . We scheduled a time and date convenient to me. They called me a day ahead to confirm the precise equipment and time for delivery. They arrived on time with correct equipment. it was a. joy to work with each person at Medfirst. I highly recommend this choice for durable equipment needs.

I rented a lift chair from Medfirst for my mastectomy recovery. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. I was able to get a chair somewhat last minute, and the team was flexible with their pickup schedule. Their price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He made the assessment of my mom’s hospital bed which had not been working for a few weeks. They kept good communication with me pertaining to the part that needed to be replaced, and as soon as it arrived, the technician came out ,it was properly installed ,and within a matter of minutes my mom’s hospital bed was up and running. I would definitely recommend this company.

Medfirst Homecare did an excellent job delivering a bed for my father after back surgery. They were extremely responsive and their support was outstanding. They delivered, set up, and picked up the bed in a timely and professional manner. We are so grateful to have found them.

Very efficient, fast, helpful, and very kind people. One of my side guards went missing in action from my flight from WA to NYC. I honestly thought I was SOL because in my experience with other companies it takes time to replace for whatever reason. The issues I had with my wheelchair were addressed pretty immediately which is greatly appreciated as a full-time manual wheelchair user. I definitely had a wonderful experience. I needed to rent a power wheelchair for my sister while waiting months for parts to fix her wheelchair from another service company. I called Medfirst and they immediately responded to my request. Within a couple of days they delivered the wheelchair. In addition, Edwin came out and fitted the chair to ensure my sister was comfortable and could use it properly. Edwin was also able to fix my sister’s power wheelchair within days when she was waiting months for the other company to repair. I highly recommend Medfirst Homecare and will be using them for my sister’s needs going forward.

This is a terrific firm. They are extremely reliable. Twice they had exactly the supplies I needed and delivered them in no time with good pricing. For one order the manager worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. They are very customer focused and their employees are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this firm.

Great experience.! Needed to rent a wheelchair for my mother before getting one permanently. Everyone made the experience so easy. They had a chair available immediately, pick up was a breeze and drop off simple. They answered all my questions and gave me information on the process to get a permanent wheelchair through our insurance. I highly recommend them!!

When looking for medical equipment for my mom who is bedbound, the woman I spoke w was patient and made recommendations based on our current needs and budget. We wanted to rent a hospital bed but with the monthly costs and estimated time we would be renting it, the woman recommended to purchase a new bed instead as it would be cheaper. They were able to expedite the delivery due to my mom’s needs. My mom was having so much pain and discomfort from the current bed she was using and it was a relief to know they were able to expedite the delivery. I appreciated their professionalism and patience as they spoke to me and my aunt during the whole process.

Order placed in advance of needs but were delivered on the exact day needed. The driver took every precaution to put together my hospital bed & show me how to work the remote. He also explained the wheelchair and the commode (how it functions alone or as a full service potty). Dealing with Pavel and Ruthy was a pleasure - they were so supportive and quite helpful. Medfirst Homecare made the process of renting a mechanical chair for post-op recovery seamless. Their customer service staff were friendly and professional. Both the delivery and pick-up were done on a timely basis. The chair itself worked well and was very comfortable.

We rented a lifting recliner for my mom who was recovering from a fall and has 4 broken ribs. The chair was delivered when we requested, on a Saturday, set up and demonstrated for us. When we were finished with it, they came when requested. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Medfirst in the future!
