I love HCH, and they stand for, Please. If you need HELP contact them, The system works you just have to put in the work, you have to want to change. PLEASE!!😔

Several years ago I was in a very dark place in my life, no healthcare, staying with friends and family members; I went to HCH and got an awesome, prime rate doctor who was considerate, respectful and restored my trust in doctors. Not all but, I can speak to doctors now. The whole staff was awesome. HCH helped me get the medical insuy I needed.

Unprofessional staff always late...they say you will be seen 15 min I been here for 3 hours while people walking in being seen before me...then some african doctor refuse to treat me she was mad because I refuse to let someone go ahead of me...mind you I have severe swelling on face and gums which can be life threatening...the only people giving good reviews for this awful place are the lazy doctors and nurses who eat all day and rarely do there job.

These people are also a Blessing to many others their current location is 421Fallsway road their called healthcare for the homeless abbre/ hch! They've also been a great Blessing to sooo many others such as myself and sooo many more!!!

Excellent quality of care, all staff are genuine and upfront. If you follow through on your end HCH will help to the best of their ability.

I have been visiting Homeless for 8 years, and I am really proud of the staff. They are friendly, helpful, welling to get everything well done ( nurse Naketta) and many others. Thank you team and keep it up!!!!!

Great place. I have been going there for years. Just treated by a fine doctor there, Dr. Wisner. She was very caring and thorough.

Went to this facility a few years ago when they were in the middle of downtown... and they helped me through a very difficult period of my life...now I'm being directed back to them and have nothing but positive interactions

Very good place, they take care of you even if you don't have medical insurance, and the staff is very friendly, and they also help you with the language. God bless you greatly

I had an phone appointment Monday. They did not call me to keep my appointment and to help me resolve my situation. I believe they're being petty because I stopped going to receive services from two of their providers. Now I just feel like I'm just going to have to go else where because they're doing too much. I'm trying to get access to my medical records, and or verification of my mental health diagnoses. I'm telling them I am out of town and will not be returning to the area . So i need to see if there's a way they could compromise and I could verify my identity in other ways. I've been with this company for years so honestly they should know who I am... I had another provider who didn't do all of that. She just sent what I needed and kept it moving. I understand their procedures ....or whatever. But They got everything right on the computers. I feel like they just want to give me a hard time.

Very professional staff is so loving and caring they know you by face and they care for our well being. Its a wrap around service case manager dr. Therpist also physicist awesome place

The worst place to work is that management is horrible, including the CEO . Mostly only care how much money they get. Run!! Ever ever work here

my name is Alan white. I'm from the Eastern shore and got stuck on the streets in Baltimore City getting off the Greyhound bus because I thought it took me back to the Eastern shore but it didn't and cost money to take a transit van home that I didn't have money for. I was homeless on the streets in Baltimore City and this place got me a ticket home. I am forever blessed and thankful for the help I received. Wonderful people. And after being homeless for a week with no money to eat or drink or anything I've learned to appreciate everything down to a sip of water because there was days when didn't even have a sip of water.

The organization is inept at working with vendors and independent contractors. As a contractor, I rarely received payment on time and regularly went over six weeks to two months without being paid for my work despite continuous follow-up on my part. As a result, I had to borrow money to cover my cost of living and pay overdraft charges when they failed to pay me by the dates they agreed to. Beyond being extremely difficult to work with, they provided me with the required tax documentation nearly three months past the IRS deadline. They took no initiative to communicate their delay to me. Based on my experience, I would dissuade anyone from working for them as a contractor. My experience makes me question how they treat clients and staff and how committed they are to their cause and principles.
