I took a ring in to get repairs a few weeks ago. The staff I worked with were like over the top friendly and worked to make me feel special. The ring I took in was a gift from my late father. I really felt like they went out of their way to understand why this ring was special to me and also make sure it came back looking good as new. I was so excited when I got the call my ring was ready. I came in that day and picked it up and was met with the same high level of customer service. Overall I feel like I got a good value for the type of work I needed and will be using their services again should I need them!!! KUDOS!!!

Every time that we come into the store they offer to clean all of my rings and make sure that the diamonds are still secure. I needed to get my wedding ring resized and brought it in to the store. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick to answer questions. I was told it would be two weeks and one week later got the call it was ready. Coming back to pick it up was greeted once again warmly, was offered a drink and then they got my ring. I am so pleased with how my grandmother’s 1926 wedding set was restored. It is stunning. The work is beautiful; the jeweler was respectful of the engraving on the inside of the wedding band and replaced broken diamonds. He even spared the art deco patterns on the outside of the bands as he polished. The work was finished as promised. I truly enjoyed working with Brianna. Her smile is gracious and she patiently listened to why the rings are so special to our family. Highly recommended!
