The condo was clean and spacious and perfect for our multi-generational vacation. It was centrally located and easy to get to all of our destinations. Gary L., our Happiness Director, was attentive to our needs, and he offered suggestions of places to visit that we wouldn’t have normally visited. We enjoyed our stay and if I could give it a higher than a 5-star rating, I would!

This condo is absolutely lovely and was perfect for our family of four during our recent vacation to Orlando! We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find and its close proximity to all amenities and theme parks. The huge outdoor heated swimming pool was such a bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there with the kids - more than enough room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Vista Cay for several years with other management companies but this was the best condo by far. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and far exceeded expectations. The location is ideal and close to all amenities and tourist attractions. In addition the Management Company were superb and constantly in touch both before our trip but also during the visit making sure that everything was going well. I have no hesitation of rating this stay as 5 stars...fully recommended....

Highly recommend Vista Cay when visiting the Orlando area. The property is lovely and the units have all the amenities needed for a more than comfortable stay. The location is great with a grocery store, liquor store and a few shops and restaurants being a short walk away. It is also situated very close to both the Disney & Universal Theme Parks and Outlet Malls. The Property Manager is very responsive and easy to deal with. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit Orlando.

Beautiful clean condo. The grounds are beautiful as the clubhouse and pool are. Completely secured resort. We worked with Gary and he was exceptional!!! He made our vacation rental stress free and was very prompt on getting back to us. It was completely stress free planning. Gary also gave us suggestions on places to visit in the area. The condo was was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. Would highly recommend OVH 360 and Gary!

I love this vacation home rental company! I have used them 4 times and every time my family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in Florida in the most beautiful and clean houses ever. I will be using this company every time I plan a trip to Florida. Please please please use this company. Gary is also great too and always checks on you during your stay. Anything you need they will help you with quick. They are the best!

Great experience with OVH360. We initially booked our stay for 2020 but with Gary's help we were seamlessly able to transfer our travel to this year. Gary provided us restaurant suggestions and discounted tickets to area attractions. We had a few things missing from the condo and when we inquired about them new items were dropped off within hours. The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located. Highly recommended!

This condo worked perfectly for us! (There were 3 adults and 2 kids under 12, staying mid-February for a week.) It was close to everything we wanted to do; we could walk to the grocery store and it was a quick drive to the airport and parks. We were very close to the pool, which was really nice. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. The best thing about it was Gary's responsiveness; any questions were answered within a short period of time. We were fully informed before we arrived about location and access. We also received helpful suggestions for shopping, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Orlando.

Very nice vacation spot close to Disney! Gary was very responsive and the resort/house was very clean and comfortable. It was better than any other property I have stayed in that area.
