I really love this store. All of the girls are so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Taylor who brought my order out curbside yesterday. Icalled and ask because I had my toddlers in the car and their cur side pickup progrm has ended, but she was more than happy to accomidate. I love that everyone in this store genuinely enjoys their job and it shows in all of their customer service. This is really hard to find nowadays, so it is very much appreciated!

I hate shopping. I get 99% of my clothes online. However, I got a job interview, and didn't have time to wait for shipping, especially since I wasn't sure how things would fit. I went here to shop for a job interview; I was looking for nice slacks, a dressy top, and a blazer. The girls who work here are SO FRIENDLY, welcoming, but not in-your-face the whole time trying to make a sale. They set me up with a fitting room, and let me be. Then I needed a second opinion, and the girls (all of them) were so helpful and honest. I found the PERFECT outfit that made me feel confident and professional. Not even two days after my interview, my references are called and I am going in for a second next week. THANK YOU Torrid Folsom staff. I know that your expertise, recommendations, and friendliness helped me to nail that interview! :)

Torrids is the only place I get my clothes from. They are very trendy Plus Sized clothes, not to mention that they are very well made clothing. Torrids are always running specials anytime of the week. New items go very quickly because they are just lovely.. they have a on-line catalog as well as stores.

The Wife and I came in for a 1st time visit because of a 30% off coupon she received in the mail. We were both happy and quite pleased to find hip and cool styles, great selection as well as her size in just about everything in the store. What surprised me the most was how fantastic our service we received from Amber was. If you have an opportunity to shop there and get Amber you will see just how amazing she is at her job. She not only attended to us, but took the time to greet everyone who walked in the door. Her associate was also very helpful and friendly. We will be returning to the store very soon for our "concierge" shopping experience with Amber.

One of the newest stores in Torrid's portfolios of stores won't disappoint. I've never seen a Torrid location so clean and organized. If you are looking for plus sized women's wear then you should come here. Staff was friendly, attentive and not overbearing. Great selection in clearance if you are looking for deals. Not the cheapest place but not super expensive. 5 stars. Great management. Coupons don't work on clearance items.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have never felt ignored in this store. They don't carry all their sizes in store so I often have to order things online. They are helpful with that and shipping is free. Just allow extra time if shopping for something special.

Such amazing customer service! Love seeing people who enjoy their job and don't act like they hate their life. Highly recommend this location. Such a great positive atmosphere!

First time visiting this store. Went today to find dress for my daughter's wedding and found several. Bought a really cute dark green with flowers, sheer kimono to wear over my black dress. Both were on sale for like $25 each.

The night supervisor is a condescending, annoying nature. This company is so overpriced. Onlime orders are ALWAYS a disaster. The only thing I buy from this store is bras. That's the only amazing thing about this store.
