Two times during heavy travel periods, I’ve used Carlson Limousine for transportation to and from O’Hare airport. Excellent service both times: On time pickups, emails from owner confirming travel info., Texts a day ahead of time from the drivers with their cell numbers in order to confirm pickup time. Both trips my flights home were airline delayed by hours. Both times the drivers were aware due to tracking the flight number and texted me verifying the updated airport pickup times.

Called about 3 weeks before I needed a ride to Ohare on 03/01/2022 from Pingree Grove and was quoted a price of $100. Price was competitive so I booked based on the reviews. Just before the day I was ready to leave, I received an email stating their prices had gone up to $100 effective 03/01. I thought, since my price was quoted prior to 03/01, I was ok. Saw the charge when I got back was $110. I know it's only $10, but gas had not started to skyrocket before I left. Service was good but not really any better than anyone else I have used in the past. Got a ride to Palm Beach International on 03/05 for $65 plus $10 tip for a 45 minute ride! Will probably use someone else next time who stands by their quote.

We will never use another service! I found Carlson Limo four years ago and have never been disappointed. Each driver we've had has always been prompt (or early), friendly, informative, and more than accommodating. Each car has always been clean inside and out, well maintained, and free from any suspicious odors. This is honestly the best car service I've ever used!

While they couldn't accommodate me on such short notice I did receive a courtesy call to inform me of such and was also recommended to another company who may possibly be able to provide service. George was genuine and provided me other options while keeping the customer in mind. I'll be sure to book earlier with this company next time for any future services.

We used Carlson Limousine for round trip transportation to O'Hare in January. Frederick, our driver, was amazing! His communication and customer service was outstanding. He was on time and so friendly. He let us know of any weather issues on our way home and was on top of our flight status. Booking was easy and seamless.
