    Been banking at this location for several years and had nothing but poor service. Not only do they discriminate against race, but they treat you as if your the one who needs them and not the other way around. The Tellers are not properly trained and are very rude and unprofessional. Good thing I know how to deal with them accordingly. All my family AND friends bank with TD Bank because of ME. After all these years of banking with them, I just may consider leaving and doing business with my other banks because they do NOT know how to treat their value customers.

    Worst bank for business accounts. They will rip u off with all monkey business fees. Although they will try to impress you with a $10 monthly fee. But in end of the the they will charge u all hidden fees. I hv business acc in Bank of America, Chase & wells fargo. They might be little expensive than this nasty td bank. But now im regretting for opening my business account here. They robbed my hard working money just like tht. And the customer care service is the worst of whole usa. I filed a complaint in BBB against them now lets see where it goes. Im not gonna let them enjoy a hard working businessman money 😤. This a a warning msg for our businessman society. Plz stay away from this cheap but monkey bank. Thanks.

    The drive through atm has twice eaten my cash deposit providing no cash count. When the count takes place next day it is always hundreds shorter than what I deposited with no recourse available. The door to the inside atm has been broken for months making the drive thru atm the only available option.

    I’m currently sitting, waiting on someone’s desk. I’m going on 30 min, so disorganized. Seems to me that TD bank is falling short of customer service. What stopping the customer from getting fed up and taking their business to a major bank like Bank of America, Wells Fargo or Chase, the real big players. I do understand that it’s really not the bank reps fault seeing how they’re understaffed but it’s ridiculous to have to wait this long and have no form of organization in this branch. No list were customers write down their name to see who’s next. Looks Like a free for fall if you ask me. Horrible! Who wants to be here on a Saturday waiting 33 min thus far for someone to at least ask what’s the issue that brought you to the bank. I’m really considering going elsewhere for my banking issues.

    Branch is unable to release cash. That’s scary after seeing the news reports of banks. Yesterday they told me they would be able to process and hand me my $7000 but suddenly today, they will not. There are no issues with my accounts of any kind and no issue with my ID. Good luck.

    Call the head to get a certain amount of bills and was told to stop by the next day. Showed up they only had half of them ready and then when I asked about the other half they said it would be another 10 minutes and I had to wait in the lobby. Then at the 15 minute mark I got up and approached the desk and the lady ran behind the counter and proceeded to go on her phone. When asked what the deal was they had said they entered the wrong code on the safe, I asked to speak to a manager she said she was. Therefore the manager was too busy on her phone to take care of the customers, what a great branch… just reaffirms my move from making them no longer my primary bank

    opened a business account.. i receive the same check every friday for the same amount from the same party and every time it takes 5 days to clear after it is already withdrawn from the otber partys account

    I have been banking on this branch for over 3 years, people is super welcoming and respectful!!! Their team is amazing!! I just open a business account here too, shifted from BOA to them, their customer service is of the chart😍🔥

    Very bad experience the left hand did not know what the right hand said the 800 number told me something that I was not told by the banker or the tellers I will never be banking with td anymore

    Worst bank ever. The young guy making the checking account put the wrong number a million times and messed the account up and said “oh I’m buggin” also the atm doesn’t work and this is a joke of a bank

    Waist of time terrible customer service and they tell you to go to another branch. You have 4 people working and only 1 doing reprints of cards. Stupid and the gentleman at the front sucks.
