Whoever I spoke with on the phone was very short with me. She didn't seem to be too concerned with actually helping or answering my questions. Definitely DO NOT recommend buying or selling here. She lost my business for the simple fact she told me to sell online rather than come in and get the coins appraised. What a shame.

Not very good customer service, they won't take error print or sms coins

Poor customer service! We came yesterday and found out they only accepted cash. So we got cash and came back today to get turned away because it was too close to closing. We were planning on spending over $2000 today. You lost that business and any future business from us. I would never turn away a paying customer, ever!

This place has been around a long time it used to be located in glenbrook mall was called AZ coins and stamps some of the same owners are involved in it now and if you're looking for old coins some stamps neat jewelry and other interesting items this is the place for you . They also buy silver and gold and coins some collectible items I've been doing business with them since i was a young man they've never done me wrong always been fair

Was in here a few weeks ago with my wife. We were looking to purchase some silver..We encountered a very rude woman that made a comment under her breath then actually walked away from us to go help another customer that walked in after us.. We will NEVER go back..

Great experience. Didn't hassle me for looking awhile, just politely checked in to see if I was still OK. Spent an extended amount of time looking, as I'd recently read some numismatic articles and was excited to this learn about this new hobby. When I finally did purchase, all of my questions were answered perfectly and I will be returning.

The lady is the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. I’ve been in there three times to BUY stuff and every time she has been nasty and rude. I won’t be back. She expects you to trust that every coin is real even if you have never done business with her before and she gets livid if you ask to test a coin. I ask to test every coin I buy, regardless of who I am buying from. It would be foolish not to. No other dealer has ever had a problem with it and they are usually very nice about it. If it is real and you are trustworthy, why would it bother you to let me see it tested?

Good prices on 90% silver, but avoid their Silver Eagles and other modern government silver - their premiums are massive compared to online firms. This is 2019, you can't ask $25 at $14 silver for Maple Leafs and so forth when bullion dealer premiums are $2-4. Good place to look through older coins and ephemera including fossils.

Friendly staff that didn't mind showing me anything I was interested in even after being in there for almost an hour. Its pretty neat how you can walk in with a couple bucks and get a coin over 100 years old. I would definitely go back!

Definitely will not come back the lady was very rude due to 15 till close told me she was doing me a favor staying open to purchase basically lowballed on good products definitely need to learn more about Costomer service if you don’t want to work the time that you set for the business change the hours instead of being rude to multiple Costomer’s probably won’t be in business much longer .

Drove there 40 min and they dint have 10oz silver bar.
