I love this place and have been going here for years to get my eyes examined. Dr. Bui always takes her time with me when I am in the office for my yearly checkups and always answers all my questions. Not to mention, she always asks about my family. I am always in and out and never have to wait long for my appointments. They usually get me right in! I definitely recommend Simply Eyes. You will not be disappointed in the care you receive!

They make sure to get it right. I initially had an issue with the glasses I had received from them. Long story short–couldn’t adjust, caused headaches and were very disorienting even though the prescription was correct. I had never had an issue with glasses before, so didn’t know if I would be charged extra or told I was SOL. But they did a thorough check on the glasses and my prescription. The doctor sat with me for over thirty minutes to take in my experience and figure out the root cause of the issue. They found that the lenses weren’t centered properly and were creating some sort of prism effect. Sent the glasses back for new lenses and a week later—absolutely perfect! And they did it all for free. Front staff is very sweet; doctors are patient and truly want to understand your needs/issues.

Simply Eyes and Dr. Bui is by far the best optometrist and optometrist office I have ever experienced in over 40-yrs. The level of detail, extensive testing and precious time that Dr. Bui spends on my care is amazing. I highly recommend anyone who needs an optometrist to go see Dr. Bui.

I'm very happy with Dr. Boi and her staff. My kids and I have had two exams each since we made the switch from another provider. We've purchased several glasses from Simply Eyes and the entire exam to purchase experience has been very smooth. My son recently broke his frames and it was handled promptly and without additional cost to me. I assume it was done under warranty but there were no questions asked. The office appears to be efficiently run too which I appreciate. I've never had to wait for an unreasonable time to be examined. The location is convenient for me and the practice is small enough to feel like I'm forming a relationship with the doctor. I hope this helps anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

My exam with Dr. Bui was great. She worked very efficiently & effectively to make sure she gave me the correct prescription. My only reservation was that I was not properly informed by the technicians/opticians that my prescription was too strong for the kind of lenses that I ordered and would make my glasses look very thick, even with a high-index lens. I wish I had known so I could order different glasses. I have not used the new lenses since my visit.

I was able to be squeezed in on a busy Saturday for a medical issue, as a new patient, and was seen promptly. My exam was quick and I was able to leave satisfied and with a prescription. Dr. Bui was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to, and explained my issues to me in a way that was easy to understand. I think I just found my new eye doctor! Words can't decide how impressed I am with the service provided. The staff and doctors are very kind, professional, and understanding. I really appreciate the patience they had with my autistic daughter. They allowed her time to respond with her communication device and let her take a break when she needed one. She received a very thorough checkup and her she was treated like everyone else. There was no frustration because she took so long. The staff see their patients as people, not numbers. The office was so clean and very relaxing. There were no salesman pitches to purchase. The inventory was awesome, so many designers to choose from! Overall, I would highly recommend Simply Eyes! #autismmomapproved

OMG!!! What an incredible ophthalmologist appointment! From my “assistant” all the way to check out, the staff was amazing. Turns out 2 prescriptions previously, not even necessary.
