    Recently I totaled out what I thought was my dream car(which I thought couldn't be replaced). Little did I know, I would be in "the car of my dreams" almost 2 weeks after the wreck. The process was SO smooth thanks to the AMAZING Carol! She took my initial call, and helped me navigate my way into the drivers seat of my Benz! Joe over in finance was great as well! I love my new whip and I plan on seeing you all again soon! Thank you!!

    I paid to have the luxury ship guard package which came to $2137.50. They did not chip guard my mirrors on my F150 pick up. I’m very disappointed I don’t know what else they omitted either. I will attach photos of my mirrors, now I have to make another trip back to Sioux Falls. I live in Mitchell. I’m very disappointed.

    We were traveling and our Chevrolet Diesel Duramax reduced engine power and we needed service ASAP. We went to the Chevrolet service department but they were too busy to look at my truck and referred me to the service department at Luxury Auto Mall. I walked in and was greeted by Brian Walker who immediately walked outside to my truck to read the codes. He then consulted with Barry Davis who began diagnosing the problem right away. In about an hour, my truck was fixed and back on the road! Barry was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and seemed to be genuinely concerned about me getting back on the road safely as we still had 18 hours remaining on our trip home. I am extremely grateful for Barry and Brian’s knowledge and expertise and their willingness to provide me with excellent and prompt service. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Excellent service department and great guys!

    Wow these guys are amazing. I wish I could give ten stars. I had an issue with my Chevy trax and they were so nice and acted so concerned about my issue. They even gave me a really nice loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. I would recommend them over and over again! They are the definition of customer service.

    I received prompt attention to the problem I was experiencing with my Cadillac. They gave me a loaner car to use until I was able to pick my car later that day. They washed my car before my return. They recommended another appointment at that time and I was able to schedule it for the next week. I am very happy with the service I was given.

    Our experience today was nothing short of 5 stars. We got greeted right away from Mike Weiland & it was smooth sailing from there. We told him what we were looking for & his first recommendation was the one we went with. Joe did our finances professionally & assertively. & on our way we went in our new car with nothing but smiles. Also the detailing in these cars are top of the line. Reilly Olson is among the best! Thank you all for such a great memory.

    Update to this situation listed below - Made my 1- Star experience jump to a 5 - Star!! I was told my appointment would take 1 1/2 hours but I was still waiting 2+ hours later and it still wasn't done. I have to take my vehicle back another day for them to finish what I couldn't wait around for due to another appointment that I had made based on the time frame I was told when I made the appointment at Luxury Auto. I had also called to get a quote to get 4 new tires put on my vehicle before I made the appointment but what I wasn't told was that the install & alignment were above & beyond the quote I was given. If you are going to give a quote for tires it would be helpful to give the complete total of the expense so a person could make an informed decision about where to get tires installed. I was very disappointed. I will know in the future to ask more questions but not sure it will be with Luxury Auto Tire Dept FOLLOW UP: I received a phone call from Luxury Auto & they have gone above & beyond to rectify the situation. I am very appreciative of their effort. I was genuinely surprised by the call & it shows me they truly cared about my experience and wanted to make it right.

    My first experience buying a Mercedes and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelsey was helpful from start to finish throughout the process & treated us like family. The vehicle is amazing and has a lot of neat features. Kelsey gave us a quick lesson and offered to help with any/all questions we have while learning the new vehicle. Definitely would recommend him and the dealership.

    I called Carol Morken prior to my visit. I was interested in a specific 2023 BMW. Carol was excellent in listening to what I was looking for, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She did a great job of getting the vehicle ready prior to my visit. She was very helpful, and she did a wonderful job of explaining the features of the car. She did a great job of working with me, to help me understand the pros and cons of this vehicle vs a 2024 BMW. We closed the deal within an hour, and I drove my BMW home the same day! The customer service and attention to every detail was exceptional. I will definitely continue doing business with Carol and the folks at LAM in the future!

    I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW X5M Competition from Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the entire buying process. First, let's talk about the car itself. It was a unique spec in perfect condition and with astonishingly low mileage, practically brand new. It's not every day you stumble upon such a gem, especially when you're searching from out of state. I am located in Virginia, and it could have easily been a challenge to negotiate and finalize the deal from such a distance, but Luxury Auto Mall made it a breeze. My salesperson, Jeff Charbonneau, was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. He made sure I got an excellent deal, one that even included shipping, which was a welcome surprise. When the car arrived at my door in Virginia, it wasn't just hauled on an open trailer, as one might expect considering the price I paid. Instead, the dealership went above and beyond by shipping it in an enclosed trailer, ensuring it arrived in the same pristine condition it left the dealership. The accommodation didn't stop there, either. I was traveling out of the country during the purchasing process, and Jeff and his team accommodated my schedule impeccably when it came to shipping. The after-sales support was nothing short of excellent. I received the car title and all necessary registration paperwork needed in Virginia within just a couple of days of receiving the car. In my experience, this level of service is not common, and I was pleasantly surprised. In conclusion, the service from Jeff and everyone at Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls was truly exceptional. It was easily a 10/10 experience, and the smoothest car buying process I've ever had. If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, I cannot recommend them enough. This dealership goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied, and I will certainly be considering them in the future when it's time for my next BMW.

    It was an amazing experience at the Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls and would recommend them. The service department did a fantastic job with repairs and (Reed) at the front desk did a tremendous job answering all the needed questions. He took the time to explain the process and the timing of the work that was going to be done. Reed took a call from us later the same day while we were on the road and offered solid advice on how to handle the situation. He also gave us information on how to remedy the situation moving forward and followed up the next day as requested. So over-all a top notch experience that will keep us coming back to Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls. Great Work !

    Gene at the check in desk is fabulous. I expect and feel like the service done is done correctly. Suggestion --> I would like to see a better workflow in getting hold of the people at the service desk. It seems like the majority of times the phone does not get answered when transferred by the person who answers the phone call.

    Fantastic experience with purchasing a vehicle from Sioux Falls Luxury Auto. My sales person, Jared, was very knowledgeable and polite. He was by far the best auto sales person I’ve ever dealt with! He answered questions without hesitation, respectful and attentive. I also dealt with “Andrew” and “Brie” who were both wonderful to make sure all the “ducks” were in a row to finalize the purchase. Jared had everything ready to go when I arrived and meticulously made sure I understood how to operate the main features and safety. Highly recommend this dealer for fair and superior quality auto shopping experience!

    If I Could give the guys here a million stars I would. My experience with two people here specifically has been life changing. When I came here I felt nothing but happiness and the feeling of being welcomed with open arms. A special thank you to Mike, who not only made the process smooth sailing, but went above and Beyond any customer experience interaction I have ever had. I will be a lifelong customer, and friend to this man. He is truly one of the great ones. Andrew, who isn’t even a car salesman helped when things became a little hectic and went out of his way to provide snacks for my mom and I, and this was when we were still unsure if we were going to get the car. I ask myself, who does that? And all I can say is, the amazingly nice guys at Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls.

    Cost double the quote for front brake repair. $441 / $852 Told it would take 2-3 hours and it took 7 hours. Advised they didn't have my phone number so couldnt return my calls even though I provided it when I called. Was told back brakes were fine four weeks ago. Now they need to be replaced before winter. Left the dealership with a squeak that wasn't there when I brought it in. No effort by the service provider to make my terrible experience better. Update: Received a call from Neil this morning and I am pleased to say he turned this experience around. I appreciate your company standing by your word and issuing the refund. Your attentiveness and sincerity in your apology is very much appreciated.

    Steve A., one of the Service Managers and I spoke last Friday about my fuel and break down issue. I was 60 miles away and told him I would tow my travel van to his location. He said he would be able to connect us up to Shore Power but would not be able to get to our vehicle until Tuesday. So we towed it and spent the night in their parking lot. Next morning, Travis, service specialist, was there to help me pull my van to a spot for power. Their driver took me to airport to pick up a car and we decided to make the best of our stay in Sioux Falls, so we toured the city and were able to book a hotel for Sunday night, as all sites were booked on Saturday. Spent the night in the lot again on Saturday, and traveled around on Sunday and got our hotel and made it to mass at St. Michael’s. The next morning I was at Mercedes at 8am and met with Steve and had a great chat and toured the vehicle and gave him my assessment and the keys and still a Tuesday release. Well, at 1030a that same morning, he called and said his technician was able to check out the van and diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, without huge costs, did a 50 point inspection, put some gas in it and said we were good to go. What a gift! We were able to load it up and get on our way to finish our “round the country” tour. We drive 400 miles yesterday and no issues, moans, groans or complaints and are so thankful for the expedited help from Steve and his team. They were lights in a valley of darkness that helped to brighten our spirits and get us back on the road. If we buy another Mercedes, I will fly out from San Diego to award them my purchase. All the people are “Salt of the Earth” and we are so thankful for their help and assistance. Thanks your Mercedes of Sioux Falls!

    Mike, thanks again for all your hard work getting me into my vehicle. You where very patient with me and I sincerely appreciate it. I know it's only buy number 2 but I know it won't be the last. I also want to say thankyou to everyone else who jumped in when I showed up unexpectedly on Mike's day off. I was still "just looking" , yet everyone was so helpful. Financing was so easy and I was never pressured to buy extended, anything! The thing that impressed me the most is how I was treated for just buying a used vehicle.     We are traveling through the Midwest for the month of June from Arizona. Twice on this trip our vehicle had a little blip (disconcerting when you’re driving and so far from home.) So, I called Luxury Auto for a service check on our SUV. Tina fit us in the next day which was greatly appreciated since we were just going to be in Sioux Falls for two days. They completely and thoroughly checked through our vehicle ensuring that it was in great shape for the reminder of our trip.     After buying my third car from luxury auto they made my experience a very pleasant and convenient use of my time. I was in a hurry and they got me in a beautiful new Cadillac in less than an hour with very little time spent on paperwork. I have now purchased Mercedes and Cadillacs from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. The entire team from sales and service bends over backwards to take care of their customers. I also feel like I got a very fair price

    The salesman was excellent as was the gentleman who evaluated our trade in and the business managers that we spoke to. This was the easiest I have ever traded in and purchased the car. The Maserati was priced fairly and the trade in offer was extremely reasonable. We did not have to do the back and forth that you usually do at most car dealerships and it was a blessing. We will go back and see our salesman Jared for our next vehicle purchase and we will definitely go through this dealership again. I have not been this satisfied with a car purchase in my life.
