Here’s the review that WHBM refused to publish on their website: Originally, I gave them 3 stars. But since they’re hiding reviews that aren’t perfect, I’ve dropped it down to 2 for sketchy marketing tactics. Item is good, customer service is not The wrap itself is great, super soft and warm. Customer service left a bit to be desired. I never received tracking information or any email that my item shipped. Also called to cancel my order since a few days after I ordered, the price dropped from 120$ to 40$ so I was a bit upset but the lady said there was nothing she could do, except that I could return it when I got it and then reorder.

Extremely helpful staff. Courteous and we'll spoken. The workers anticipated my needs and ensured I was acknowledged even though there was a long line of customers in the store. The manager negotiated pricing and discounts. This location acheives th loc boutique feel, and balances it with pricing that's a bit more affordabke and competitive within a broader market. As a brand over all the clothes are fashionable and relatively affordable. The cost is more exorbant than Express but the quality and customer service you get inside a WHBM takes gold every time with Express being the runner up.
