My husband had a nasty fall. Home health care was coming out a couple of times a week to dress his wounds..His wounds were healing nicely but his leg got red swollen and warm to the touch. I was preparing to take him to an urgent care when Iwhen I decided to give DispatchHealth a try.. They were excellent. They arrived quickly and diagnosed him with cellulitis. Just to make sure they had a technician come to the house to administer an ultrasound to eliminate the possibility of blood clots. They prescribed a stronger antibiotic and he's slowly improving.

I called Dispatch Health following two days of uncontrollable spasms in my diaphragm. The two nurses that were dispatched were outstanding in every way. Their knowledge and caring approach went a long way toward giving me an improved outcome. I would most certainly call this company again if there was an occasion that deemed it necessary.

They were so caring and thorough. They made me feel safe and that I will be ok . I would give them the highest rating possible and I would call them again in a heartbeat . My neighbors asked for their number. Thank you Soo much ,

I called DispatchHealth by mistake, and it's a mistake I am happy I made. For the same co-pay as going to an Urgent Care facility, I was able to wait in the comfort and safety of my own home to receive my evaluation by medical professionals. The medical professionals were polite, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. I was able to receive medical treatment at the time, the required x-ray was ordered and I never left my living room. I highly recommend DispatchHealth.

Never heard of dispatch before and after first experience have found them to be a great service in getting over covid. Will no doubt be using them soon for other gealth concerns. So wonderful not to have to leave the house when feeling lousy!

Amy and Danny are the best! They came prepared, understood me through my 'brain fog,' tested, and ordered medications to help me! This is a much better way to treat patients than have them waiting in a facility! I get nervous and forget things, but it's much more comfortable at home. I definitely recommend DispatchHealth Urgent Care! Don't try to drive all sick and foggy, call DispatchHealth instead!

My husband is a disabled veteran with Parkinson's. He fell. Within an hour of calling Dispatch Health, a PA was at my home. After checking him he ordered x-rays. An x-ray tech came the same evening and took the x-rays. We received the x-ray results the next morning which was a Saturday. Very professional company. I'm very thankful for the in home care.

I had the most complete care today. Danny and Amy came out, informed me of my care and options and were a joy to have in my home. I will use them again and recommend to all my friends.

Medical team was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I appreciated how delicate they handled my mother since she is 95 years of age. They were very thorough is covering all aspects of the visit.

Both the nurse and physician assistant were nice, easy to talk to, and professional. I wish they had been available on Christmas night but they were able to come the next morning.

Amazed and Absolutely pleased with the service. Made me feel my issue was as important to them as it was to me, and felt as if I was a human again instead of a number. Dispatch health was awesome I sat at the hospital for 10 hours with no treatment as soon as I got home they were in my driveway to treat me. Two days later they did a follow-up on me which I was very happy to see them. I will definitely use them again.

I think you guys do wonderful when you come out and y’all give us very good check ups and take good care of us. The only thing that I’m saying the last three times is y’all always say you’re going to follow up in a day or two and you never follow up with us And my sister-in-law was supposed to have an x-ray of her chest ordered and it was never scheduled and no one ever called

I was very pleased with the care and how they explained what my problem was. they arranged for another nurse to come to my home and take X-rays of my ankle and foot. I was told that someone would call me later in the day, but I never got the call. No news is good news.

Had you come out for my 93 year old mother who had fallen on her lawn jamming her wrist. We were pretty sure it wasn't broken. Did not want her sitting in the ER for 3 or 4 hours and decided to have you check it to make sure. Your team arrived, did an assessment and decided to have your xray tech come out and xray her wrist. Turns out that it was not broken. Your team was very attentive and thorough. We have used your team 5 or 6 times in the past and have visit has gone very well. You make the medical experience very civilized. I am 70 and it reminds me of growing up in the 50's and 60's when Doctors actually made house calls for non-emergency situations.

I appreciate the level of care I received from the team that came over. I wish I had known about this service sooner! I only wish more of Advent Health accepted Tricare.

I had no idea this service was available until my mom’s visiting nurse told us. Such a wonderful service for people that are not mobile, don’t have transportation or just can’t leave their home. The team of two was quick (in and out in less than 30 minutes) and mom received her results before they left!

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Being able to receive excellent, professional and prompt urgent care from the comfort of your own home is an incredible privilege. Everyone from the administrative staff to the medical professionals make the entire process seamless and are able to coordinate any necessary tests or imaging you may need. The medical staff are very experienced and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. They kept me updated on test results every step of way and all of my concerns were handled with diligence and thoroughness.

The team was very thorough and skillfully got to the source of my problem. Very impressed with Ms. Amy and her professionalism. Both team members did an outstanding job and I agree with all the 5 star comments. So thankful for this service.

Impressed by professional care, friendliness and prompt arrival. Addressed all my concerns and questions patiently. The visit in my own home was much safer for me at 71 than a crowded waiting room with exposure to a multitude of illnesses. My immobility from foot pain was also a consideration. I would definitely recommend Dispatch Health for urgent care !! Thank You !!

10/10 recommend. You call, book an appointment, they give you an ETA and then they are at your door! Awesome service, I have used them twice now and I will continue to use them. I had Amy and Danny (Dan) treat me that day and they took great care of me, and gave me assistance immediately. So much more convenient when you are at home, instead of having to go to an urgent care and wait when you can just wait at home. Thank you dispatch health! :)

What an excellent service. For an injury or problem that doesn’t warrant needing to go the ER, you don’t want to leave your house or in my case, urgent cares were closed. Two very competent medical professionals came to my house and administered medical treatment to me, administered antibiotics and follow up care all in the comfort of my home. This is a service my family and I will use again without question. During my follow up with a physician they were absolutely blown away with this service that he was unaware of.

With my mom being bed bound due to a surgery it's hard for us to get her urgent medical help without sending her to the hospital, till I was informed about Dispatch Health. The care team that was sent out to evaluate and assist my mom went above and beyond my expectations. She was severely compacted and had a moderate UTI. The Nurse Practitioner and EMT treated her as she was family. Even though getting her uncompacted was very painful to my mother the were very empathetic and caring the whole time. The whole visit lasted a lil over and hour but they would not leave until they gave her some comfort. This service is definitely something I'm going to be telling my friends and family about and would not hesitate to use again!!!

This was such an amazing convenience. I was given a 2 hour window.Team showed up at the begining of the window. they were kind, courteous, effective and efficient. I was visiting from new york, wish we had this there.

Melissa and Luke were great. Melissa had patience with my 91 y/o mother and explained everything in detail and to our understanding. They were able to run tests and even brought a printer to give us copies. First time using Dispatch here in the Daytona area and will now keep them on file.

Excellent option for homebound people. Especially the Liz Bond team. They added a spark of joy to the house. We found them by our home health nurse referring us after her hours.

The experience, the attention to care and empathy and understanding of what’s going on was exceptional. The staffs Knowledge and willingness to discuss and explain what they know to help was unparalleled. They were at the patients house within 2 hours and acted in a professional yet friendly manner. Everyone was put at ease and we knew the patient was in very capable hands. Both the tech and LPN started right away and we couldn't imagine a more coordinated team than these two. They involved us throughout. They contacted the primary care physician to make sure everything they did and proscribed would be compatible with current treatment. I would not hesitate to have them treat any of my family if we need urgent care. The called the next day to check on the patient. KUDOS to both of them.
