Larry Fornari Sr Park

Park Playground Parking

👍👍 Great little park. No signage on the road so it’s kinda “hidden” between the hotels. Decent sized FREE parking lot - I’d say 15-18 cars. Easy access. Restroom facilities that were CLEAN. Some green space if you need it. An outdoor shower. Working water fountain. Two grills. Picnic table. Ramp leadin... People often mention beach, park, parking, access,

Great little park. No signage on the road so it’s kinda “hidden” between the hotels. Decent sized FREE parking lot - I’d say 15-18 cars. Easy access. Restroom facilities that were CLEAN. Some green space if you need it. An outdoor shower. Working water fountain. Two grills. Picnic table. Ramp leading to deck seating. Steps down to the beach. It is a drive beach but at low tide there is a lot of beach. We have watched launches from here. Beautiful sand. Clean.

Was a nice place to park for the beach with access to rinse off when leaving and a clean restroom 🚻

Great little spot if you are lucky enough to get a parking space. Bathroom available.

Place to park and to walk the beach. Small lot to park hurry fast for an spot. Bathrooms available and showers are outside. Walk your dog to Stretch their legs while you're traveling.

It's open again and the beach access stairs are repaired!! I'm bummed that they did not rebuild the extra bench area, but I'm glad there is now even more grassy area for doggies or lawn chairs. There is a dog pick-up bag dispenser, trash can, water fountain, outdoor shower/rinse area, picnic table, and bathrooms.

Ole Larry Fornari park. What an excellent example of how simple, intelligent, and appropriately spent money can do for the local and tourist population. This obvious example of what those simple qualities can produce could ensure beachfun for locals and touristas alike. Ty Larry you must have been a good human hopefully

It’s a small local park with beach access. There is limited parking (16 spots) a bathroom and outdoor showers. There are also few benches to sit. It’s surrounded by hotels. It’s just a place to park and get into beach. Not everyone knows as it’s too small.

Very easy access to the beach, decent amount of parking/free. Pretty good bathrooms, between parking and stairs to the beach. Easy to get to; is just off of main roads.

Our favorite spot to go, if we aren’t driving on the beach 🏖

Hidden little gem of park with public restrooms and stairs down to beach. Not many parking spaces, but seldom very full and most always peaceful. Caution to mobility challenged folks - there is uneven or oddly graded inclines and ground that can slow or trip unsteady walkers, so be extra careful.

Park here early to walk on Daytona beach and enjoy the waves if you don’t have a beach access sticker. Great views for wave watching!

VERY small parking lot-small "pavilion" with just a picnic bench-grill- bathroom and one outdoor shower. Good for locals only and not for families. The best family beach park in my opinion is in Ormond Beach-Romano Park. They got big parking lot pavilions showers splash pad for kids and so much more. Tourists visit that park too so must be mindful of the timing.

Is still being renovated from hurricane Ian damage. But has a new staircase to the beach, showers for cleanup, and bathrooms. Also the park is pet friendly, not the beach.
