I
recently
moved
to
Springfield
and
brought
my
daughter
in
to
be
seen
here
today,
mind
you
I
was
seen
here
recently
with
no
issue
and
loved
the
service,
which
is
why
I
brought
her.
Had
no
problem
with
check
in
or
waiting,
got
in
a
room
rather
quickly.
The
M.A.
who
brought
us
to
our
room
was
extremely
rude
and
passive
aggressive.
First
words
out
of
her
mouth
was
âWhatâs
wrong
with
her?
Make
it
short
and
sweet.â
Which
threw
me
off
guard
but
I
proceeded
to
tell
her
to
which
she
responded
that
âsheâs
not
telling
me
how
to
be
a
mother
but
this
is
something
I
shouldâve
called
her
doctor
for
firstâ
along
with
other
snide
comments
to
which
I
told
her
we
just
moved
here.
I
asked
if
she
was
the
M.A.
or
the
doctor
because
sheâs
freely
giving
out
medical
advice.
She
said
âthe
doctor
will
be
in
but
youâre
gonna
talk
to
me
for
nowâ
My
daughter
was
watching
a
video
that
I
took
from
her
in
order
for
her
blood
pressure
to
be
drawn
and
it
made
her
whine
for
a
minute
asking
for
it
back.
This
woman
took
it
upon
herself
to
tell
my
daughter
that
sheâs
her
mom
while
sheâs
there
and
that
she
will
listen
to
her.
Then
proceeded
to
uncross
my
childâs
legs
too
aggressively
for
my
likings.
At
this
point
Iâm
fuming
with
the
comments
and
the
attitude.
I
told
my
daughter
to
get
up
and
we
were
leaving.
The
attitude
switched
and
she
asked
why
like
she
hasnât
been
completely
unpleasant
to
deal
with
this
far.
I
told
her
I
didnât
like
the
way
she
was
talking
to
my
daughter
or
me.
Then
she
walks
out
as
we
do
and
tells
the
rest
of
the
staff
that
we
donât
want
to
be
seen
because
the
way
sheâs
talking
to
us.
Like
miss
maâam,
if
my
daughter
wasnât
with
me
you
wouldâve
got
an
earful.
Youâre
not
her
mother,
youâre
not
anyone
of
any
relevance
in
her
life.
If
you
donât
like
your
job,
find
a
different
occupation.
Complete
waste
of
time.
Would
not
recommend
at
all,
that
kind
of
attitude
isnât
called
for
at
all
let
alone
in
a
hospital
setting.
If
I
could
give
0
stars
I
would.
