Wonderful person Mr Manny of Evans Took his time to analyze the issue Fixed my vehicle fault one by one. In the morning he dropped me at my place when I left the car at Evans and also after servicing the car he has returned the car as well. Great help to me at my stressful hour today. Much appreciated Mr Manny you are awesome and Evans will grow manifold with your acumen and hard work.

Excellent service. I recommend this place if Your looking for honest employees to inspect the vehicle. They will also go out of their way to give your their opinion of what to do or Where to go to get your vehicle fixed if they are not able To do so at their facility . Regardless of how busy it gets they take the time to explain to you the outcome. I had to drop off my Jeep then pick it up a couple hours later but it was worth the sacrifice. Regardless of possible back frame issues or lifting issues they did an awesome job on the alignment per my request to go ahead and do so.

Evans Tires is my go-to tire shop. I hadn’t been in about 4 years. Prices are very reasonable. They really do beat Discount Tires prices. Customer service is excellent. I dropped my car off in the morning at 730 am and they were finished by 930 am. The guys are friendly, helpful and professional.

This store is great. Took me in even though it was almost the end of the day and waiting was minimal. Very helpful and friendly sales agents and the mechanic was super! Highly recommend Evan’s for all your car service and tire needs

Bad customer service at National City Service Center. Came on a Saturday and was told it would take 2 hours for an alignment. 2 hours later my car was not even moved. Was told it would take another hour to get it in for an alignment. Told them I'd bring it in First thing Monday. Came in on Monday and was told 30-40 minutes as I was the first one in line. Waited 2 hours and nothing. Checked with Victor who said the car needed a new strut before they can do the alignment. Did not call me because he said he was busy and said it would take another 2 hours to do everything. Would not recommend this Service Center. Very upset. Was going to get the 3-year alignment but will only get the one year as I will not be coming back.

I always go to Evans for my Lincoln's continued health it was my first time at the Highland Service Center, the Sales Manager Javier took excellent care of my car needs as the Technician Sabas did a complete inspection and I was always kept in the loop no pressure as everything was explained to me answering all my questions! I'm really impressed with this Service Center and the people who helped me everything on text messages I needed to know about my cars future service needs I would highly recommend this Evans to anyone who cares about there car and there safety on the road my Lincoln feels like it did off the showroom floor great place 😀.

First of all when i went in I asked about the price I was quoted and it was different cause the person that helped me book my appointment told be it was a 75,000 mile tire. When i got there it was a 40,000 mile. When I asked for another tire the price went up significantly. I asked if the price could be honored on the tire I was quoted I was told no. So I said Ok how about a 65,000 mile tire the price was significantly high so I said well if I buy the tires online and book my app it’s cheaper the person helping said they on their end it was a higher price they did not match their own online price. I had to call the call center get an out the door pricing bring it back to the store with a reference number to get the price I was told. On top of all of that the wait with an appointment was 2 and a half hours!! Because the tire they said they had in stock they did not and I was told an hour after I had been waiting for my car to get taken care of. At the end of the transaction I didn’t get a sorry no apology no anything but just have a good day here are your keys. I’ve used this place before and it’s always a massive amount of wait time I’ve also used discount tire and with their walk ins it’s no longer than 30-45 when it’s busy with an appointment I’ve been in and out in 30 minutes. I will not be returning and for those of you that hate wasting your time please do yourself a favor go to discount tire.

Very nice experience. Always helpful and accommodating. Have always bought my tires here and always will. My only wish is that they would accept Saturday appointments for tire rotations/oil changes. A bit of long wait but I always come prepared, so not a big deal.

Amazing service and price. I have an Accord, usually I take to the dealers. I noticed a $49 coupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation, I decided to try Evan’s Tires. It was so easy walked in 1-1 1/2 hr., (go earlier for less wait time) they called me to say I needed a cabin & engine filter change , which is correct. Great experience, I will go by always for my oil change and send friends & family

I came in with a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed my tire and even noticed and tacked down the bent edge of my bumper at no extra charge. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great service at a fair price!!!

Great experience. About an hour for just a standard oil change, tire rotation, and quick routine check up, but I went in at the end of the day on a weekend when they had multiple cars. Very nice staff, willing to talk and most important, teach. We need more shops that are willing to teach!

On my way to work, my tire blew out on the freeway and I was lucky to be near Evans Tire at the next exit. I thought I would have to spend a long time waiting, but I was serviced with 4 new tires and on my way quickly. If I had one word to describe my experience, it would be AWESOME! Considering I’ve been faithfully taking my car to The Mazda Service center since 2019, but as of this year 2023, they stopped honoring my original Service coupon fees, and I had to change centers. Evans tire team on highland ave we’re super helpful, professional and courteous. I Got a flat tire and needed a new one. Checked out a few other places closer to me but none have availability within the same day and also high price. Called Evans Tire on highland, spoke with Ali, quoted lower than the others. Although they didn’t have the tire I need in stock but were able to order one and get it the same day. After they received the tire, notified me, I came in and it took them about 30 mins. I can’t thank them enough! Would definitely recommend Evans Tire & Service Center on Highland Ave.

Well what a great experience! I called and they were able to get the best price I could find anywhere and had the tires shipped to the store for me. I arrived at 3:10 and I was leaving at 3:40 with two brand new tires! I only needed two because the other two were replaced an accident repair. Excellent customer service and comfortable waiting room.

Manny had my car tires ready and had them on the car in a very timely fashion. Superb customer service, and Victor was great comic relief! Thank you both!

I just want to say thank you to Emanuel for his guidance, I normally go with my dad but he could not make the trip I just wanted to replace the tires, but car had more issues, and it ended being more than double because of the shocks and brakes, but the car drives so much better. Always taken my vehicles here. First time I ever got charged to patch a tire. They said because I didn't buy the tire there. It's a brand new car. Never had a chance to buy tires for this vehicle there. Figured since I only buy my tires here it would be part of the service for my loyalty . I keep Five stars because of the store manager. Manny is a great manager. I live in Chulavista and choose this location because I Trust him and the staff that he runs. Unfortunately my new car won't be getting tires here. I will only bring my Tacoma here.

Needed to balance 2X front wheels due to steering wheel vibration at fwy speeds. They noticed wheels needed 1oz and .5oz weights which resolved the vibration on the fwy. No procedure issues with lightweight lug nuts or lowering suspension on car. They were able to accommodate the car as is with competitive pricing, thanks Manny and the Evans Tire team off Highland! 👌

Always love this particular shop. Always friendly and nice. I was lucky today for a flat tire fix it only took 45 minutes as there were not many people before me. Fixed it quick, and even helped me stow the spare tire away under the SUV. Most places won't do that for you without asking but this service shop did.

Had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and even open a line of credit with them today. With all the work I needed I thought it was going to be a long wait but they were able to start immediately and I didn’t have to wait that long to get back on the road. Thanks to all the rain these past two days it wasn’t as busy as usual. The employees are always nice and courteous, that’s why I love returning to this location! Had an oil change done here today, along with tire rotation. It was pretty busy when I showed up. I was told the wait may be 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. However, they got me back on the road in an hour and half. Employees are always nice and courteous. Great guys working there. They're very helpful even if you only need air for your tires. Thank you to the employees at Evans Tires in National City, CA. 😁👍

Evans always takes fantastic care of me, they do a great job, and in timely fashion, They deserve a bunch of praise. because they are a top tier tire company. With hundreds of locations around the globe I have nothing to worry about, with my warranty they will cover me. I am proud to be a 5 year long Customer.

Not to happy with the experience, feel that I got cheated out of $130. My car had a little pulling to the right and still have it, after the charge me for the labor they say: oh we recommend changing the shocks and the upper and lower ball joints. When I got my two new tires replace at my usual tire place Joe's Tire and they confirm indeed I need this replace and they also mention that they shouldn't had done the alignment even less charge me for it. Very bad experience at Evan Tire at National City. They just want your money in this harsh time.

The people working there were all really nice, but it seemed very expensive and we were told 1.5 to 2 hours, but it ended up taking about 4. If we’d had a realistic estimate we would have gone home to wait. They do good work and everything looks great, but I am wondering if we were not given all the options for tires.

These guys are horrible. Apart from getting new tires, my car also needed a side mirror replaced. They recommended I do it with them. First they ordered the wrong part, after waiting couple of days. Then they told me they would call me once the new mirror was shipped. I had to call them and ask if my mirror was shipped, but it took lots of calls to get someone to answer the phone without hanging up. Please ask for their name when speaking to someone on the phone, that way no one hangs up the phone on you. I do not recommend this location.

First time bringing car here. Work was done quickly and at an excellent price. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage, unlike other tire shops. Will definitely return! Thanks!

I love Evans! Even though they don't take sppointments, they always manage to squeeze me in! I've bought tires there lots of times, they have the best prices, or match prices, and I've had other repairs & work done there too. They do lots of extras free when you buy your tires there! Lots of locations too. The best shop in San Diego!
