Very caring bunch of gals..... The staff....i didn't see any males while i was there. Made me feel very comfortable while discussing very uncomfortable things... Super thorough. Be prepared with your family medical history and your own dates n such for past procedures. I think it's a safe place to discuss anything and everything... They're listening and ready for battle on YOUR behalf it seems. Lovely ladies, i truly appreciated their patience.

Dr. Trautmann and his office staff are awesome! They are caring, thorough, know, and so kind. This is our first baby and we weren’t sure what to expect. This office, of great folks, has far and beyond exceeded our expectations. They are prompt with results, answers to questions and returned calls. They are able to get you into the office, almost immediately, for issues that arise unexpectedly. I feel more confident in myself and them with every interaction. Lucy, you are awesome! She’s helped to tame my neuroses and help me to just relax. I would recommend them to any new mom, experienced mom, or woman looking for a gynecologist.

This place was amazing! The staff is incredible and Dr. Trautmann is my doctor and he is really phenomenal! Lucy, his medical assistant (I believe that was her title but not sure) was the sweetest! 10 stars for this place for sure!

I started seeing Dr. Cynthia Shirley and she is awesome , friendly and kind.She made sure to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Her and the staff are the best 10/10 recommend !!

The staff is super friendly. First time at this location, came as a walk-in because no other appointments available anywhere else. Manager came out and was so nice and approved the request right away. Overheard the staff, and it just seemed like a fun place to work.

Dr. Shirley and the entire staff are amazing. She delivered my son, who arrived early and just happened to be an emergency c-section. Dr. Shirley was contacted right away and showed up unexpectedly to perform the delivery herself!! She is amazing and every visit, the staff is always very welcoming and it seems like everyone really love what they do. Dr. Trautmann is also very kind. He saw my wife even though she was not scheduled and he treated her like if her were one of his patients as well. Excellent customer service all the way around!

My annual well woman’s exam was thorough and prompt with Dr Shirley. The lab was in the office so it made it convenient, 1 Stop shop. I will definitely be returning.

Our visit today was exceptional. The front office representative was cordial and pleasant as always. The assistant, Fabiola, too, was delightful and and attentive. She allowed our little one some time to prepare as she was about to get a shot. Her interaction with our little one was superb. And Dr. Fischer exhibited well above bedside manners and professionalism. He afforded us the chance to ask questions throughout the visit. He thoroughly replied to and explained in great detail responses to our questions. Highly recommend

I liked my doctor somewhat. The lab tech was really nice and professional. The assistants were really nice and warm to be around. What I had a problem with is the office manager. I found out they were charging me 250$ a visit even when my copay was 74$ and went as low as 15$.. I had a credit of over 1000$ by my last appointment yet they were still collecting more money. My son is 6 months old and all my bills are paid up and I still have not received the full amount I was owed. The office manager was completely unprofessional when I brought this up. She had other staff and patients around while we spoke about it and had a condescending smirk on her face the entire time. I went into labor that day and I'm assuming it was because I was so worked up about being taken advantage of and disrespected. Didn't take me seriously until my insurance company got involved. Idk about y'all but I don't have 500$ to give away... So if you use private insurance please be careful and check your receipts, claims, and deductible yourself. Do not rely on the to be honest.

I 100% recommend Dr. Cynthia Shirley to anyone looking for an OBGYN. She not only delivered my healthy daughter, but made me feel like family. She is very detail oriented and really takes the time to listen to you about any concerns you have. Dr. Shirley and Alexis make my day better every single visit. I am saddened that I won't be seeing them regularly anymore until my annual visit. The staff at the Louis Pasteur Communicare are wonderful and so helpful. If you needed a sign to point you to the right doctor/facility, here it is.

Very warm and friendly staff. I was nervous coming here because I needed to see a Gyno. My old one stopped accepting my insurance. So that meant a new doctor. But Dr. Cynthia Shirley is very friendly, kind and caring. You can see she loves what she does. That's great thing to see in a doctor who just loves to help people. My exam was quick and painless literally. Highly recommend this doctor!

This is worst clinic I have ever been. I am pregnant and was bleeding so I went to the ER and was told to meet with my ob in the morning to make sure I wasn’t having a miscarriage and when I came to this clinic they turned me away and said they couldn’t help me because I was a new patient when I indeed was not a new patient and had been here before for my ultrasound and checkup appointments. They also made me wait THREE hours until doing any type of exam to see why I was bleeding and had me sit in a room undressed for an hour. When I finally got up to say something is when they helped me. The MA alexys Vallejo who helped me was extremely rude and not useful and the Dr. Shirley was also rude but a little more helpful. If you do come to this clinic i recommend seeing the older male ob Doctor.

It was my daughter's first visit. The doctor was very kind and explained everything. Lucy was our nurse. We connected with her right away. She was in fostercare and so was my daughter. She really enjoys what she does and you can tell right away.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team! Enjoyed meeting Dr Shirley. She’s very knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and engaging. Asks good questions and listens to her patients. Would recommend her and clinic. The wait time is about average compared or little less when compared across most clinics and medical offices. Took about 5 minutes to see a nurse and then about another 15-20 minutes after initial consultation to see doctor.

Paul Trautmann MD was very impressive. Though going to a GYN appointment, he offered a total assessment of my health. He provided an unhurried manner with ample time for questions. He is an asset to the needs of the community, where health concerns are sometimes ignored.

Dr. Fischer is wonderful! He has great bed side manner and answers all your questions in a way you understand. One of the best pediatric Dr. I have had the pleasure of taking my children to.

Dr. Stephen Fischer was amazing. He took the time to explain in great detail what needed to be done to help with my granddaughters asthma and breathing.. I appreciate that he was patient and attentive.. I would recommend him to everyone that is looking for a doctor… Thank You Very Much.

I have been seeing Dr Trautman for a few years. Dr T really cares! He does not rush you through an appointment. He sits down and talks with you. Then he leaves the room and you are prepped for the exam and he comes back in for that. I do not get this level of personal care and interest from my other doctors. I really like the whole office. Everyone is professional.

I love this location every time I come in they make me feel so welcomed and heard. The doctors are amazing and thorough, and the nurses are so sweet and accommodating. So far been here with both pregnancy’s and will come back if god blesses me with anymore.Also just started going to them for my sons pediatrician and loved that too they take care of all your needs highly recommend for any woman or child.

Dr Trautmann has been my doctor for over 24 years, he is an excellent doctor. He took great care of me during my last pregnancy in 1999, and throughout a very difficult perimenopause and even now when I needed to have an outpatient procedure. Extremely knowledgeable and personable doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I am so thankful and blessed to have such an amazing doctor who is patient, kind and always goes above and beyond. Hands down the best doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Trautman is the best OB/GYN around. He has always been a very compassionate Dr. That listens to any concerns you may have. The appointment never feels rushed.

This place exceeded my expectations. I was super nervous not knowing what to expect for my first visit but my nurse , Lucy, immediatly made me feel that I was in more than capable hands. I went to the floyd curl location for the first time and the receptionist, the sweet nurse, the kind sonogram tech, the very informative doctor, and the super understanding and friendly phlebotomist made my experience I'd say the best I've ever had. I'm so thankful for their patience with me. You can tell right away that they have a wonderful and caring staff and I would totally recommend them any day.

I have been coming to Communicare for years now and I always feel like I am in good hands. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are so helpful with any questions or needs I have. I also want to say Dr. Trautmann Is a great OBGYN, I have been seeing him for about 12 years now. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I love my OBGYN and the staff at communicate! Every time I go in for an appointment the staff makes my day by being so friendly and putting a smile on my face. Dr. Trautmann has been with me every step of the way trying to become pregnant. It’s been a roller coaster of emotions however the Dr and staff have been amazing and supportive!!!
