I walked into AJ’s last week and was greeted by a young lady I think her name was Lluvia . I found her to be very courteous and helpful . Wish I had that experience at other pawn shops . Good Job!

I never leave reviews, but the lady who helped me out was wonderful. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was patient, kind, and helpful. I went in for a quick gift and she showed me items I was interested in and didn't try to be pushy or over sell me on things. I will be back to look around next time with more time.

Staff was super nice and efficient, they actually worked with me and negotiated until we reached a number we agreed on unlike the other shop I went to 20 mins earlier who lowballed me and refused to budge even $5 difference which ended up working out for me in the end. They know what they’re doing.

This place is my go to pawnshop in the Pomona Holt area, very helpful and formative, employees are well trained and professional about their job. As of recent I have visited this place in hopes of pawning a few of my items and the associate Ruby was very helpful and proactive when it came to helping me, I appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me.
