    We have purchased several new vehicles and had a great buying experience with Ali. He took the time to understand our preferences, budget and balanced with market inventory and helped set expectations. He went to bat for us and got the purchase price down to meet our desired amount! First sales associate we felt was in our corner. He won our business and we’d definitely return.

    I bought my 2008 Camry here brand new and just replaced it with a 2022. Dave and the team were excellent. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

    Quick side note, I've been coming to Royal Moore for years for my Camry Hybrid tune up and oil changes, that side of the business have always been friendly and quick. Off the bat, this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, especially a brand new car being delivered. I had started the process in June with another salesperson then began working with Issac, put down a $500 refundable down payment in July/August for a brand new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium, and waited until the first week of October to get the car. This is nothing that could be done from Royal Moore as I know it's a factory, supply chain, and shipment issue. The whole time, Issac was very communicative and helpful in reassuring me where the car was and gave no pressure for any particular warranty package or to even keep the car after I test drove it. He made my first time working with a dealership very easy and I didn't feel pressured at all from what I've heard of car salesman stigmas. Once the car landed, it took a day or two for Royal Moore to do a safety check to make sure it was approved to sell, once approved, Issac gave me a call that I could come in. I got in there and had to go through the typical paperwork: securing insurance and finances. They even offered a great price to trade-in for my Camry, but I found that CarMax offered $1000 more so I went with them. For the insurance, the ones they offered was a bit higher than the ones I found. For finances it was fairly straight forward, I recommended people to bring a checkbook in case the card doesn't work. I had to go to the bank for a cashier's check. After all the paperwork was done, Issac helped me set-up my phone with the car and walked me through the process and different buttons and features. Royal Moore also offers lifetime powertrain warranty, and had some fees built in for smartglass protection for 5 years and paint, these were built in and non negotiable, but overall the price was still a few thousand dollars cheaper than used Rav4s with thousands of miles and less features. I was fortunate to be able to be on the list tp get a new RAV4 for MSRP and the help from Issac. Would highly consider shopping at Royal Moore again in the future.

    Awesome experience! We worked with Jason who was extremely helpful. He even went out of his way to reach out to us on multiple occasions when they had new inventory come in. We will definitely be doing business with them again!

    I am so impressed with the customer service here. I purchased a Toyota Corolla few months ago and Scott was great to work with. Thank you for making sure I got the platinum warranty on my 2021. When I needed service, Carmen was wonderful. Carmen, Mike and Dave are truly miracle workers. This is a great team. Promote these guys!!

    Had the pleasure of working with Sung and Angela. Sung was very attentive, and was able to get me the car I wanted. He was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me all the options available. He stayed in enough contact while the vehicle I wanted was in transit. Not too often, but not long enough to have me wondering. I would recommend asking Sung!

    Best car buying experience I have ever had. I had looked up reviews prior to going and they lived up to them! I was taken care of by Sung Park after Angela was called away. He listened to what I wanted but also to what I needed and found me the car and a great deal! Very happy with how smooth and fast they were. Sung explained everything and went over it without high pressure sales tactics which was wonderful and very different from past experiences at a different dealer. I will definitely go back when I need another car and have already recommended them to several people. The whole transaction was very smooth, thanks again Sung!

    I had the best experience with Emily! She was nice and VERY knowledgeable! She walked me through every little bell and whistle my '24 Camery has. Patrick in finance was also helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pushed or taken advantage of. It's a rare feeling in the auto industry to walk in as a woman and be treated equally. This team was fantastic! I highly recommend them and will continue to go back... they created a custom for life!

    My vehicle purchasing experience was great. My car dealer,Jason, was very attentive to my needs and unexpressed wishes. He assisted me throughout the process making it smooth and effortless. Dan in finance was very accommodating, well organized, and fast. I would happily refer others to this Toyota dealership.

    We went to Royal Moore Toyota because we know they are the best Toyota dealer in the PacNW. We were lucky enough to have Emily as our sales person and she was fantastic. She listened, understood what we wanted, and stayed on the case until the exact right thing came available at the exact right price. She shared all relevant information in a timely way, but was never pushy. She also really knows cars, so her guidance helped us identify the perfect vehicle for us.

    Royal Moore did it again! This is the second car I have purchased from them and I look forward to coming back again. Emily and Austin were absolutely wonderful to work with, very kind, knowledgeable and laid back. They went above and I highly recommend working with them! Patrick in finance was also very kind and laid back. The whole process was very smooth, can’t get any better than that!

    I worked with Scott Jonassen to locate a car. He was very friendly and stayed on top of things and gave me status updates. Royal Moore Toyota allows you to put a hold on a car that is inbound with a $500 deposit. Very nice feature given the current state of car buying. I also liked the emails and texts that had cars I was interested in. Ultimately, I ended up buying a car at another dealer, but I would recommend Scott and Royal Moore Toyota.

    Jason has been super fun to work with at Royal Moore Toyota. If you can believe it, the price I saw on CarGurus was higher than the price he quoted me when I went to purchase the car and they gave me an additional $700 off. How honest is that?!? After we went on a really thorough test drive, I was happy to buy a car from him. He's a great guy and he won't steer you wrong!

    Eros and Patrick were fantastic and helped my mom find a new to her car! Eros went above and beyond and showed us several vehicles and did what he could to maximize comfort for my mom throughout the process (her mobility can be challenging some days). Overall we’re really pleased with the work he did to get her into her new vehicle. Patrick was also great! He worked to get the numbers to where my mom was comfortable and wasn’t pushy about making a deal. I’ll definitely come here when I’m personally in the market for a different vehicle.

    We were interested in a listing for a used Prius Prime that was well priced with low miles and in great condition. Ryker helped us with the test drive, allowed us to compare it to another Prius in their inventory, and was just so laid-back and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Not only that, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, financing options, warranties, all of it. I don't think I've ever said this about a car purchasing experience, but the whole experience was FUN - and I could tell that's the general vibe at Royal Moore. We really got a great deal on our vehicle (without needing to haggle), and I would buy another car from Royal Moore and Ryker any day! Thank you!! 😁👊🏼

    I was interested in trading in my Camry for a Highlander and right away got a call from Isaac the next day to go in to take a look. He was very respectful and informative about the process. We test drove the car and fell in love with it. Did not expect to be leaving with the car that same day! I really appreciate how helpful he was and how smooth he made the process be.     Jason was very welcoming and accommodating to us, as we just walked in casually without an appointment. I had decided that I specifically wanted a Toyota Corolla, so he took is right to their inventory. We were able to test drive right away. I haven't had to purchase a car in a long time (and hope after today, not to for a while again!), so I had a lot of nerves and questions that he patiently walked me through. The paperwork process felt very smooth and not overwhelming. Definitely recommend!

    I went down to Toyota not knowing what was going to happen. Angila helped and gave me so much hope buying my new 2021 Toyota Camry.     Mily was very resourceful in sourcing us the exact Highlander Hybrid that we were looking for. She stayed in constant communication with me as we anticipated the arrival of our car. In the beginning Mily made sure to get all the necessary amenities for our vehicle. She was able to work out a discount for us even with this current car market craze. Mily was able to talk to her managers to swap out add on packages that were more tailored to our wants. She is someone who truly knows how to deliver great customer service. Even with the vehicle arriving and upon inspection I noticed some paint imperfections she reassured me that she would do everything in her power to take care of it.

    Thai was the best. Amazing communication. He helped me find the rav 4 I wanted and got all the paper done over the phone and text. He kept me updated every step of the way. Made sure it was everything I wanted without being pushy. If your looking to get a new Toyota defiantly go see him!!
