I've been coming to Accurate Auto for a couple of years now. They have always done a fantastic job. Good pricing and a trustworthy team. Nikki is the brains of the operation, and Joe has that beautiful smile to keep you coming back. Jokes aside, it's hard to find a dependable, honest car shop. Accurate Auto is an excellent car shop, and they have my return business.

My experience has always been excellent with all aspects of my visit. Joe and other staff have assisted me on numerous times in correcting and advising on my Mini Cooper. I find this company and team honest professional and genuinely caring. They have offered me loaner cars and “fit me in” without an appointment I highly recommend this company.

When my (new to me) car gave the indication that I needed an oil change I hadn’t established a service provider yet. I called Accurate Auto and they were able to get me in very quickly. From the moment I dropped the car off to picking it up, they were extremely communicative. They did a great job and even followed up a few days later. When I got in my car, there was a little package of candy with a thank you note, which was a nice little touch. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I took a new-to-me car to this shop to have them perform a thorough inspection before I decided to buy. Their unbiased factually based recommendations and opinions helped me decide on this large purchase. I felt I received good value for the money spent to check the car out. If I were staying in the area I would use them as my auto shop. I would say this is a great shop to go to if you are a woman, they are NOT the type to take advantage and they don’t mansplain! A+ from me!

Accurate Auto’s business practice is DISGUSTING. I took my car in for a coolant leak. They estimated that the total cost would be 2,300 to fix. I spoke to three other mechanics & all of them estimated over 1,000 dollars less. When I went to pick up my car, the man at the front desk was extremely snarky with me & charged me $134.00 for the diagnostics that I never asked them to run!! I’m truly disgusted that they pride themselves on their customer service. I was left with the impression that the only intention they have is robbing their customers of as much money as they can get away with. Do not go here. I will personally recommend the other mechanics I found who provide MUCH better service for HALF of the price!!!

We use Accurate Auto for our 23 year old Mazda pickup and our much newer Audi A5. It’s always been a good experience. The communication is clear, the amount of time our vehicles are in the shop are reasonable, and their front office stays in touch if things are changing while the cars are in the service bays. And the people are NICE. That matters!

My family has been going to Accurate Auto for years and I cannot recommend them enough. I ran into an issue with my CPV valve on my ford and need a new gas tank as well. Car was out of commission for a little bit. The people at accurate auto put up with all my calls and questions, even offered me a loaner for the time I had no car. Everyone is so nice. Nicki and Joe have the absolute best customer service I have seen in at a mechanic. The pricing is fair and is talked over, they go over exactly what you need fixed. In my experience as a woman, it’s even harder going to a mechanic sometimes because I just don’t feel heard or understood. I have never felt that here. 10/10 auto shop, will continue to come here if my car needs service again.

I believe everyone wants to find a service provider that they can trust. Accurate Auto does not overpromise and under deliver. Joe has done an incredible job of being transparent and honest. The technicians know what they are doing. I don’t think a consumer could ask for more. I’ve use them now for a year and a half they have followed through and performed what I would call exceptional service. Spending money on a vehicle is never pleasant and this team truly exemplifies truly caring for your customer. Trust is what’s most important, and they are worthy of that.

Truthfully, I would like to keep these car magicians to myself. When I find professionals this amazing at their jobs… I want to keep them a secret so they don’t get back logged with well-deserved business. Accurate Auto was amazing! They were able to get my car in for repairs the next business day after we started having problems. The communicated regularly with updates and they didn’t do more than was necessary or try to sell us more repairs. We had a feeling of complete trust because they were honest and transparent with us. We will definitely be back with any of our cars for needed repairs in the future.

Moms Car had a miss fire. She took it in. They charged her 100 to tighten battery cable and sent her on her way. Ten min driving. Same miss fire She brought it back. They said loose spark plug. Charged 500.00 to put a spark plug in and 120 for a injection cleaning. Ten miles later. Same check engine. This is all over the same week. She brings it back. They want to charge several thousand to rebuild "bad Lifter" I tow the car across the state. Subaru specialist fixes car in 30 min. Vacuum leak. Wasted 700 for nothing Charged to a woman with very limited Finances. Heart breaking

I will definitely return for future repairs if I need them! Joe was amazing. The Toyota dealer quoted me $2900 for repairs. Joe re-evaluated my car and disagreed with the dealer’s evaluation, and then fixed it for $800! The same day too! Amazing.

Joe is always very nice, respectful and is extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explains everything to me to make sure I understand what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Very reasonable prices & discount coupons are available. I always feel like my car is in good hands there. Accurate Auto has earned my respect, trust & loyalty. I highly recommend!!

I’m sure most are skeptics when choosing an auto repair shop. I was until I began taking my car to Accurate Auto Lake Oswego. The service is impeccable and the shop has a friendly atmosphere. Joe is very cool and is very diplomatic and definitely a problem solver.

This was my first experience here and it was awesome. Everyone very professional, Joe was awesome. I was able to schedule my service right away, which was great because I was off from work, and work was done very quickly. I felt like they worked with me on prioritizing what needed to be done to keep my old truck safe and running. Excellent experience!!!!!

Very happy with my service from Accurate Auto. I had to have my vehicle towed to their location after hours and they called first thing the next day. The repairs needed were assessed and performed quickly, the pricing was fair, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I recently moved to the Lake Oswego area for work, and needed someone to do some work on my Jeep. After a few failed attempts, and listening to a lot of excuses. I ended up at Accurate Auto in Lake O. Joe, Nikki and the crew at Accurate were great to work with right out of the gate. Times have changed and I can’t help but think the pandemic has challenged some folks business acumen, wether they would cut corners, or stay true to what makes them. Not here. It took me a little bit, but I think I found a place I can trust to be transparent & honest with fair prices. From the front offices winning personality, to the really cool text with pics you get, outlining in great detail what was found during the inspection, to the follow thru; they nailed it! Spotted me a rental car while the Jeep was being repaired, and worked with the Warranty company to get the most of the visit. Oh, and even brought some other deficiencies to my attention, so I know they were poking around and doing a thorough investigation. I use to work in this industry so I know a little about it’s details, but Accurate Auto impressed me. And they stand behind their work with a warranty. If you need help, give them a shot, I think you’ll have a great experience!

I’ve had my Toyota Camry worked on twice at this location. Both times were great, but this last time really went above and beyond. My radiator essentially exploded, ruining the radiator and alternator. I had it towed over the weekend to their parking lot. By 7:30am Monday morning they called me to discuss what issues I was having with it, and what they recommended. I asked if they had a loaner car I could use (they did the first time I got my car fixed there) and they were all already loaned out. Because they didn’t have a car for me to use, they told me they were going to expedite the repair to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. They had everything replaced and repaired by noon that same day. They do great work and care about their customers. I will absolutely use them again as I need repairs on my cars.

Before bringing my car to Accurate Auto, my car was at a dealership where they lied about what was needing to be done and kept my car for almost 2 months. Accurate Auto had my car up and running within 2 days! Super efficient and friendly service! I recommend this place a million times! Be sure to tell everyone about them!

Found Accurate Auto due to my vehicles warranty. I’m always spectacle when you don’t find a place on your own. It’s also hard when you have a European diesel vehicle. I have been so pleased with the work, professionalism, and timeliness of this shop! Joe in the front is wonderful, every time I speak with Nikki she’s a joy, and all the guys in the shop I’ve interacted with have be awesome! I would recommend Accurate Auto to everyone!

I drive an old Jeep Commander that has been a great vehicle and adventure companion for almost 15 years and nearly 200k miles. With that comes the need for not just a good mechanic, but someone who understands where it’s been and more importantly - where it’s going. Joe and the team at Accurate Auto have repeatedly gone above and beyond. They always know what to do to not only keep my Jeep moving at an affordable price, but more important to keep my family safe. I can’t recommend them enough!

The sister repair shop in Beaverton associated with this business exceeded all expectations! My car would not shift into gear, proved to be a simple interlock issue, fixed with brake system repair. My AC hasn't worked in years.... they replaced the $10 relay, and voila, good to go... and only charged me $10 to fix. Finally, my window motor wouldn't keep the window closed, so I had to inch the window up to close it... they kindly programmed it for me, no charge. Wow, what a find....I'm truly speechless. Thanks to Patrick for being amazing and awesome! I live and work way south of Beaverton, but have now found my home for car repair. I will only take my car here from now on, and they have a customer for life here. I know I can trust them to work with integrity and excellent customer service.

I absolutely LOVE this shop. I’m always weary of going into auto shops because I never know if I’m getting scammed being a young single female but I felt instant trust with them and like I had known them for a long time. Joe and Nikki are AWESOME. They were transparent about the issues and I never felt like I was bothering them. I plan on going back because they took good care of me. Thanks guys!

I chose Accurate Auto a few years back on a whim after moving up from California. I looked for a local shop and found them. Ended up going to the Beaverton location and got excellent service. I then moved closer to the Lake O location and I have always had a great experience as well. Joe and the rest of the team are always friendly, honest, and flexible. I appreciate the transparency and communication they give every single time about my vehicle. I’ve recommended them to family and friends and they’ve given them awesome treatment as well.
