Excellent service. We thought we had to replace our furnace as it's reaching the recommended lifespan, but we learned she's working just fine & may last a while longer. Others have tried to sell us on upgrading, but Shannon was honest. We'll be using Wilfert for our HVAC needs moving forward.

I called Wilfert on a Sunday evening and left a message asking for a second opinion on an issue my air conditioner was having. I got a call back from Shannon first thing Monday morning and he was able to look at my air conditioner that afternoon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were better than the other three companies I had talked to. Overall a great experience and I will continue to take my heating and cooling needs to Wilfert in the future!

Temperature was climbing and the central air stopped working. How much would it cost to fix it or heaven forbid replace it. Cost is always an issue but just as important if not more important is trusting the person who comes out to be honest and competent. First I called a company I had a very positive experience with a couple of years ago - Shannon from Wilfert Heating and Air Conditioning -and left a message. He had done a great job fixing my son's furnace. I then proceeded to call a few more and reluctantly made an appt. That night Shannon returned my call. When I heard his voice I remembered why I had chosen his company last time I needed help. Something about his straightforward manner gave me confidence I had finally found the right person for the job. I did many years on the phone in customer service and had a knack for reading the character of people. I canceled my appointment with the other company and made an appointment with Shannon. He came out and took the side off our Carrier AC. He immediately spotted the problem and completed the repair in 20 minutes. He didn't try to sell us a new air Conditioner or an expensive part. I was lucky this time but I can guarantee you that whatever Shannon's diagnosis had been, I would have felt complete trust and would have complied. Shannon's expertise is as impressive as his integrity. I feel lucky to have found him and wish he could do everything.

Received great service & a very reasonable price. Daikin mini split went out and Shannon managed to sneak me in just before the next heat wave (pretty sure he was working over his lunch for me). Couldn't be happier with the amount of knowledge I gained about my unit while talking with him during the repair. Thanks for keeping me cool this summer!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Wilfert. They came when they said they would, installed the new furnace and when they accidentally damaged the door from the laundry room to the garage, repaired it and took a bit off the final bill. I cannot recommend these folks any higher!

Awesome and HONEST company! Thank you for taking a look at my AC unit's evaporator drain pan (from the home inspection report) and doing a thorough job! I'll definitely give you a call when I need my new home's AC and Furnace looked at!

Clark was the one my sister and I worked with from Wilfert and he did everything for us. The initial appointment, he came to me and did a complete walk through to see what would be the ideal solution for our heating and cooling problems. He was great at communicating and answered all our questions. We had some scheduling issues on our part but Clark was sill able to work around it, definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend them! They were reasonably priced, efficient, and easy to work with. They did excellent work.

My wife and I had 4/8/19 off since it was our wedding anniversary. I called this morning and Shannon was able to fit our repair in due to a cancellation at around 11:00 a.m. Excellent service and very reasonable cost. I highly recommend these guys!

Overall I called 3 times the first to discuss what the problem with our AC might be and the second to schedule. The only reason there was a third call was because I missed the return call and even then I was called back expediently and AC repair techs are busy right now since temperatures have been in the 90s & 100s. I wasn't left waiting long periods of time for return calls and am impressed with how personable and responsive Shannon is.

Strong communication, job done right first time and I was out of time.
