I was kept informed as to arrival dates and times for roof cleaning. Workers protected my plants by spraying them down with water when applying the moss killer on the roof. Cleanup after roof cleaning was better than I expected. My roofs look great!

Jordan did an excellent job of cleaning our metal roof of years of fir needle debris and pollen, as well as cleaning our Hardiplank siding, our window exteriors and screens. I usually wash the windows and screens at least once a year, but after Jordan's cleaning, the screens look as good as new! I highly recommend this small local company. Jordan came referred to us by our satisfied neighbor. We will definitely hire him again.

We had Pacific North Washed out to our house this Spring to have our cement power washed and also to have our roof cleaned. These guys did an amazing job!! Our cement and pavers look so good now. No more algae or dark spots anywhere. Our roof also came out very clean with no signs of algae. Jordan and his coworkers were professional and courteous. Jordan and Chris are professional, timely, respectful of property, and they do excellent work! They clean up behind themselves so you see no trace they were there, except for sparkling windows, and brightly pressure washed sidewalks and driveway! I’ve used this service more than once, I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again in the future!!

I hadn't washed our home's upper story windows in years as they are getting harder for me to do; the lowers are easy. So for the first time I contacted a window cleaning service. Unlike my approach with a ladder, sponge, a squeegee and rag, PNW's equipment is simpler... they just use a purified-water-fed brush while standing on the ground, and let windows air-dry. It works great... the windows dry clean and spotless. Plus they can avoid setting up ladders in plants or on slopes... they don't need them for the most part. Faster and safer. Their screen washing rig is both gentle and effective. I'm very happy with the process and results. Their prices were similar to other bids, perhaps a bit less.

Great experience with PNWashed! Bid was made with submitted pictures and additional information on my sliding vinyl replacement windows. This meant forgoing the additional wait time for visit, then scheduling a date for service which was offered in a timely manner. Communication is nearly overboard via mode of your choice-phone, text, email with accurate updates and ETA. Chris and Mason meticulously cleaned in-and outside of windows and skylight with consideration to furniture that couldn't be moved and landscaping. Both techs were friendly, courteous and conscientious. Cost was upfront and though I feel a little high, it was worth it for how fast and well my windows were treated after 3 years of COVID neglect. Will recommend and hire again.
