I have been a Medical Assistant for almost 21 years now, as well as a Phlebotomist at Bayfront Medical Center, where I would see Dr Glamour very often in the hallways, very personable Dr. However, his office is an absolute disgrace to the medical practice. I was referred to him by my PCP, after calling his office for 2 weeks, I finally got someone to answer the phone! So I tell her I need to make an appointment, she asks me for my name, I tell her, then she says hold on...this person layed the phone down without putting it on hold, and I listened to her laughing and talking on a personal phone call for 15 minutes, not even exaggerating! I can even tell you what she was talking about! I decided to finally hang up. So, I have decided to not see Dr Glamour at all unfortunately. As well as letting my PCP know to not recommend his practice at all anymore.

The office staff very kind & professional & his Nursing staff always on the ball. Of course l love Dr Glamour. He has always been a caring & understanding Dr that you can talk to & know that he actually listens to you. l have been a patient for years & wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Glamour is great. However what good is a Doctor that you can't get a hold of his staff? I need to reschedule an appointment. Been calling for a week now. Left to many messages. Not one return call.

Dr. Glamour is a wonderful physician! I trust his judgment and diagnostic expertise. His staff, however, needs improvement. It’s very difficult to reach Dr. Glamour when you don’t have an appointment with him. I have had trouble reaching him for clinical advice. Staff needs better management skills!

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy after going through a very tough prep procedure (not their fault). I arrived the 3 hours before, as required, only to find out the procedure had NOT been scheduled with the hospital. I called Advanced 3 times first two I got two different Asian people that just kept giving me the address over & over. I was already there at the correct place! On the third call I got to a Mgr. who advised they would get me worked in at about my scheduled time for procedure. I got taken to a waiting room where I waited & waited. Then taken to another area where again I waited & waited! After 4 hours of waiting now 7 hours of waiting at the hospital no food for 25 hours the procedure got done. I was very pleased with Dr. Vue, I'd highly recommend him, with Advanced Gastro. Also pleased with St. Anthony's hospital personnel. Except the initial processing who could have cared less that I had gone through the grueling prep process (sitting on the toilet most of the night) and if I got the procedure done or not. Very frustrating Day!

This medical practice is awful! They are understaffed and incompetent! I am very upset with the office manager Kelly. She called me today and cancelled my colonoscopy at St. Anthony’s Hospital for tomorrow because she said they didn’t get Prior Authorization from my insurance and clearance from my cardiologist! I reminded her last week to please get the Prior Authorization. I drove around St. Petersburg for three days getting labs and covid testing wasting my time, energy and gasoline. I have never encountered such a disorganized medical practice! Stay away from this place!!!

Dr. Glamour and Dr. Perez have been the team I never knew I needed. I was diagnosed with Chrons and these doctors have been persistent on not only getting but keeping me healthy and happy! Even Jennifer sr and they’re dietitian I am working with have been nothing short of amazing. Truthfully I am so thankful for this team and will never be going elsewhere. However…they’re office/phone staff is a literal nightmare. I was supposed to start a medication beginning of January. I go in for my check up 3 weeks into the month and Dr. Glamour was astonished when he found out his team never sent my medication over. He immediately told them that it is urgent and needs to be handled by the end of the day. It is now 2 days later. I have called multiple times. No answer. I Then called my IV center. They said THEY STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANY INFORMATION. after 4 more phone calls to advanced Gastro she finally says “we will send another fax.” So here I am still waiting. Great doctor. Amazing nurse staff. office/phone line just needs a reality check that this job is not one to be taken lightly.

People that return calls to make appointments, dont. I waited 10 days for anyone to call me back, with more calls during those 10 days, each with a promise to call me back. I finally went to the office to make the appointment in person and it worked out. I would have just gone elsewhere but it appears the medical staff are top notch, the office staff need remedial customer service skills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glamour’s for over 20 years and would never consider changing doctors. He spends as much time as is necessary to listen to you and consider what treatment might be necessary. He looks at the whole person when determining diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Glamour is a great doctor. His bedside manner is exemplary! The only negative thing is, he's sooo good that it's hard to get a timely appointment. I have to wait almost 3 months just to consult

I have been a patient of Dr Glamor for approximately 3 years. He is a wonderful doctor. All of a sudden I was switched to Dr Bijous with no explanation. I have called their office countless times with no answer as well as left messages with no return calls. I finally went to the office to find out if they had gone out of business. They assured me that they do answer their calls and said they have a new phone system that was a nightmare. That has been around 3 weeks since then and still no return call. I cannot operate like this with a serious illness. I will be transferring somewhere else as soon as I get the results from my MRI.

Such kindness and respect...Dr.Beti treated me with dignity. He really takes the time to not only listen..but really hears your concerns. I'm so happy I found him and his practice.

April is awesome and so is PA Kimmy. They keep things running smoothly. They advocate for patients, they are an asset to your organization.

The absolute worst. If you feel like wasting hours, you should definitely call this scam-like referral network of shady practitioners. You'll have a great time being bounced around. Their office is like a horrorshow of mental illness. Run, don't walk, RUN away from this horrible nightmare of a scampractice.

The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, the staff is cordial and capable, all of my questions were answered and my concerns thouroughly put to rest.

Dr Glamour and Staff are absolutely amazing! Finally a group that treat the patient’s emotionally as well as physically!!

I had an appointment at 4:00 but Dr. starts to checked me at 4:55! I waste my time for 55 minutes.

The staff is friendly and comforting. Dr glamour never makes me feel rushed and he works very hard to answer the difficult questions. Very very thorough. I wish only that I could get through to them on the phone. Still think they’re the best!

I met Dr Bedi bedside in the hospital. Thank God he was on rotation that day. From our first interaction, I knew he genuinely cared about my health, wellbeing and medical care. Since then, I’ve had 2 procedures and 2 follow ups with him and he consistently takes his time with me, explains things and delivers personalized, excellent carw.

I have known Dr. Glamor for many years. He is always so caring and covers my concerns. I trust him in his knowledge and very pleased with him as my physician.
