Tropaquatics created a beautiful turtle pond for my 2 turtles, a really small job within the confines of a deck ( no escaping turtles to be eaten by alligators) . The results were totally awesome and we think Turtle 1 and Turtle 2 are much happier (hard to tell with turtles)

I’ve been using this company since Feb 2016. I had a small turtle for 31 years. They were able to keep that tank crystal clear with my turtle. My turtle died in May 2022 and Garrett just recently decorated my tank that I had a couple of fish in with no decorations to a beautiful aquarium that my fish really love as they have places to hide. His employee Alexiss was very knowledgeable about fish tanks and you could tell she really cared about the fish. I’ve seen lots of pictures of the ponds that has done and they are so beautiful and looked totally as if they were not man made. I highly recommend this company for your pond and fish tank needs

Garett is VERY knowledgeable about everything aquarium related and also generous when sharing that information with me. I like that! His team did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning my whole tank system, from stem to stern. My aquarium was probably more filthy than any they had seen before. After becoming disabled, I discovered I could no longer clean it any longer. After the cleaning, and noting how old and ineffective my old systems were, Garett suggested a better filtration system and a new heater. I asked for his expertise, and he provided it more than willingly. He enjoys sharing his knowledge because he truly loves fish and their many environments. He installed numerous new plants in my clean tank for no charge whatsoever. I discussed my current fish with him, and he provided a packet of a better food for that fish. He offered to help me make some choices for fish to be added to my aquarium when I'm ready in the future. And we discussed possible maintenance plans and pricing too. All in all, I can only say VERY POSITIVE things about Garett and his caring crew at Tropaquatic!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT HELP!!!

I needed my fountain water reservoir completely redone. The one I had was leaking really bad and was never really done the right way. Garett ( who is extremely knowledgeable ) came by and told me that he can get it done and done right. The crew at Tropaquatic is top notch......show up on time and worked all day each day they were here. I can say that today my fountain is back up and running and I have great confidence that I will never have a leak again! Thank You Garett and crew for doing the job the right way :) My biggest mistake was not hiring Tropaquatic in the first place! I highly recommend these guys!

I contacted Tropaquatics because I had what I believed to be a bad pump/filter for my pond. I had gotten up around 6:00 in the morning to find my koi pond nearly empty, the pump was warm to the touch, and water was spurting from the system. Garett from Tropaquatics came to the rescue. Before his arrival, I had anticipated facing a huge bill for a new pump, service call, etc. But Garett was able to fix my issue by doing some cleaning and tightening of some of the system components. My waterfall is now running beautifully! I greatly appreciate his depth of knowledge, honesty, and integrity. Unlike Tropaquatics, other companies may have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for unnecessary parts and labor. This was my first experience with Tropaquatic, and I am beyond pleased. This review is in follow up to one I submitted approximately 3 months ago. Recently, my old pond pump, which had seen better days, finally stopped working. Due to my prior positive experience with Tropaquatic, I immediately reached back out to them. Once again, Garret came to the rescue! It was very apparent that Garret and his field team (Ryan and Alexis) had a great deal of experience and in-depth knowledge of pond systems. My top of the line, highly rated, pump and filtration system were skillfully installed and was running beautifully! Unfortunately, about a month later, an unanticipated problem arose that was related to a manufacturer defect in the filter, and was not due to the workmanship of Tropaquatic. Despite the problem not being caused by anyone at Tropaquatic, Garret quickly took ownership and action. Garret remedied the situation by having a brand-new filtration system installed and my waterfall is running better than ever! I am so impressed with the honesty, integrity, and responsiveness demonstrated by Tropaquatic and would never even consider using another company. Tropaquatic takes every measure to ensure their clients are completely satisfied . I am beyond pleased with the competency and professionalism of Garret, Ryan, and Alexis. And, I would be remiss if I failed to mention Mary. Mary mans the phones, schedules appointment’s, etc. She has such a wonderful, friendly personality and kept me updated on appointments at all times. My sincere thanks to the entire Team!!!!

Was asked to review my own company. Here are the facts. I am very proud of our work. We are very very good at it. We are honorable people. We take your vision, "listen", design it with you, and then make it happen. We love people and love our jobs. We mix art, bio chemistry, and equations of flow ratios for perfect filtration. We are very enjoyable to work with. Once we build or service your water feature, you are a client for life. I am always available if any issues arise.

I am so happy I called. After calling multiple places and getting no response it was such a relief to call Tropaquatic and get a response Garrett was extremely professional and also knowledgeable about what he was talking about I’m a DIY’er so I had installed the fountain myself but couldn’t get it to work properly so I sent him over some pictures and he gave me some advice on what the problem could be but ultimately I just couldn’t get it to work. Moments later I received a call from Ms.Mary she was extremely kind and scheduled me for and appointment and also provided me with numbers I could call incase it was a pump failure problem being that I ordered all the parts from a fountain distributor online. Ms.Mary kept me informed leading up to my appointment. The day of the appointment Garrett gave me 30 minute eta and was ON TIME. Garrett came prepared and did the assessment and in less than 10 minutes he had my fountain working. When he was finished he cleaned the area which is a big deal for me and left me with information on how to keep the fountain working. I highly recommend Garrett and his team at Tropaquatic.
