This may be me and just me. But I feel the customer service is lacking every time I go . I understand people don't make a whole lot in retail and good employees are hard to find. I've noticed not many acknowledge me entering and browsing around. Not many ask if I need assistance I've seen some of the employees mostly stand around and talk amongst themselves.

I went in this evening to look at boots and not one person acknowledged my existence. So I was not sure if they had my size in the boots I wanted or not. Friendliness is lacking for sure.

I walked around the store for at least 15 minutes with associates just looking in my face while asking Caucasians if they needed assistance. There were several things that I liked but I didn’t purchased due to this. Once leaving I was finally asked if I needed help. SMH.

I was delightfully surprised at the many upgrades store wide. The customer service was wonderful!

I started my day searching for Ariat work boots. I thought could find them easily at Frontier Western in Olive Branch. I wondered around that store for a good ten minutes before I overheard someone behind me ask somebody else if they needed help. After the customer said that they didn't need any help, I held a finger up and said "I do ". The young man pointed towards the area I might be able to find the shoes. I walked to that area and decided I would not be spending my money with Frontier Western today or any other day. COWBOY CORNER crossed my mind and I'm glad it did. I received excellent customer service from a very helpful and patient young lady. I don't recall her name. She help me find my work boots and I also purchased another pair to wear with my Levi's just because she had been such a great salesperson. I'm glad I didn't settle for less.

Very unprofessional place. I drove almost 2 hours because no one around my area cleaned or re shaped cowboy hats. I had called to make sure someone would be there because we would be getting there around 3 in the afternoon. I was told someone would be, I arrived and was directed to the hat station and was told if no one was there, just come back to the register. I went back to the register because no one was there and then told by the same person that they were gone for the day. I then proceeded to tell the young lady that i had called a couple.hours previously to make sure that someone would be there, and she then said well we don't have anyone here.

Many Cavender brand boots are cheaply man-made materials with high prices.

cheated us out of 12 dollars and the Manager could care less. never again. I'll go to the ones in Texas but not South Haven

Wonderful store. Even though they didn't have the boots that I wanted in stock, the staff gave outstanding service and were just all out helpful. I will be checking back in to see if and when they may have the boots I need in stock. Pleasure to do business with!

Wide selection of boots for all your needs! Had to order mine from their website because they didn't have the wide width in the store.

Went by on a whim and found. a huge gorgeous store full of anything western you might need or want. Great selection of beautiful boots, flair jeans, and the most helpful customer service. I believe it was the owner who helped us. Could not have been nicer, helpful or more friendly. Other workers were nice too. Dale Watson playing on the radio was a huge bonus. Got some beautiful Ariat boots. Highly recommend!

Bought my boots here when it was Cowboy Corner. Went by to buy a new pair here after Cavender’s bought it and the selection of everything has gotten better. Service is incredible, selection is great, awesome boot store!

No customer service, all young kids with no knowledge of their product. Wide variety of work boots but you have to sift through them to find a size. All employees were parked at the front door. God forbid an elderly person needed to park there. Definitely miss cowboy corner.
