The staff was very welcoming and professional. I really feel that there should be more representation of any business the way that Ms.Dawn goes about people and life. I would recommend anyone that doesn't want to feel like a number should do business with money matters in this location, some reps are different with different opinions and attitudes..

Dawn is very friendly and professional she actually made me feel good.I was sad when I went in there I didn't know how I was going to pay for my sister funeral Dawn approved me for a title loan I was so happy. Money Matters is the place to be.

The young lady at the front desk miss Versie was extremely sweet yo me she broke everything down and how it works and got me a payday loan to cover my bills. She is truly a blessing. I will be telling all my close ppl where to go

I went to this location on today. I had a great experience.Sara and Versie are the true meaning of Customers Service. The two ladies both have great attitudes and they both worked together as a team getting my loan approved, I give the company 5 stars they both did a wonderful job.
