United Water Restoration was prompt when called after my kitchen flooded. Luis was professional and informative as far as the process as well as knowledgeable. Royce was also very professional and took the time to explain what was going on when he came on a daily basis to check on the machines and water damage. Great service.

Luis came quickly when we called because of water damage due to a leak in our main bath. Luis, Royce, and Pedro were all very helpful and professional. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry the areas that were water soaked. They checked on the equipment and measured how everything was drying regularly. Once the drying was accomplished, they came back and removed all the damaged materials. We're now ready to have a contractor come and put all the effected areas back together.

I called with a water emergency, flooding at a restaurant. Luis and Joanne could not have been more helpful, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had water leak from our A/C into our neighbor's unit below on 2 different occasions. We live in PA so we needed a company that would work with our neighbor in Florida. In addition, he referred us to an excellent A/C company as well as an excellent plumber who made repairs to our unit.
