I had a very pleasant experience here couple of years ago. Staff that works here is very professional and clearly run a tight ship. I was checked in promptly, gave my exam and clocked out promptly aswell. Testing center was clean. No complaints whatsoever. As I recall, sure directions to the actual prometric testing center could be improved but hey, what are you gonna do about that? Make Prometric open a brand new location? That's just silly. As long as you arrive ~half an hour before, and are reasonably calm & collected you can figure out where the testing center is by asking around. I think I had to take an elavator so it's not on the ground floor. This is ~30 miles away from my house and technically out of state from my home location but I still think it is worth the drive for a peaceful, smooth experience on one of the most important days of one's young career/professional lives. So I'd definitely recommend this prometric testing center to others.

Great staff. They were very nice, pleasant, and helpful. Makes such a difference when taking a stressful exam!

Do not go here. The workers did not show up for a Saturday exam. We did not get contacted about the cancellation until 10 minutes before the exam. I traveled 2 hours to this location and will never go back.

Great center- free and easy to park, staff friendly and full of tips. Like all Prometric centers, recommend getting there early because it does take a long time to get everyone back as there is an extensive security process. No watches and they check all your pockets so try to limit pockets. Bring food, snacks, and Gatorade if you have a long exam. Gatorade because you don't have to pee as much as water or coffee.

Very unprofessional staff. Waited 2+ hours for my exam with no communication just to be told too much time has passed and I would have to reschedule due to system issues. When I called to reschedule Prometric had no record of any system issues. An update would have been appreciated.

The staff never showed up and we were not notified beforehand. A temp employee was with us but the prometric employee never came to open the testing center and it was very disappointing after all the planning and studying that all of us who showed up put in had to go in just to not be able to test for something we planned for.

State testing in-person or online in this facility. Strict regulations are adhered to. Secure student lockers for personal possessions are available free of charge. The site is rather difficult to locate even with GPS! :(

I picked this location because the test centers near me had terrible reviews. This location did not disappoint.. Great location. Plenty of free parking. Staff was very nice and professional. During the exam I was getting uncomfortable and pulled my mask under my nose. The staff was very patient with me and gently reminded me 2 or 3 times to pull my mask up during my 3.5 hour exam. I appreciated their kindness and patience during the stress of taking my nurse practitioner exam.

Very professional and pleasant staff, good venue, room very quiet and no distractions due to high barriers between cubicles and no noise outside. I didn't need my earplug for the exam! I travelled 6000 km to sit a two day exam here, and made a good choice with this venue. The centre has a comfortable wait area, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and I think a microwave. The staff were kind enough to find a cupboard for my overnight bag and there are small lockers for valuables. The external signage is absent - I relied on the Google photo of the front of the building to know I was in the right place. Plenty of parking outside, looked like it was free parking.

The building was easy to find, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I had been warned by others who took my test in other locations that the staff made them feel like a criminal, but the woman at this location were great.

Scheduled my test a month in advance. My test was a Monday at 8am then Sunday the day before my test at 5:55pm (they close at 6pm) I get an email saying my test is canceled. When I call no one answers and the mail box is full. What a joke and completely inconsiderate.
