I stopped by today to get my 87 year old Mama's battery replaced on her watch. I was immediately assisted by a very professional employee and ended up wearing a new pair of (small) diamond earrings out the door. I had lost one that I had been wearing in one piercing and found a sweet little pair while browsing, as the battery was being replaced in the watch. A definite win/win situation for me today!

Very knowledgeable staff who was very patient explaining why some of the jewelry we were selling was not we had been told when purchasing! Very disappointing when you paid a huge price at an “Estate or high end jeweler”. I truly will come here first and have Jessica work with on new pieces. She’s young, but maintained her professional cool and used her fact based knowledge to walk us through this ordeal.She had each piece tested for metal content! Had a pretty good experience ,this was my first time being in this pawn shop . I came in looking for binoculars and found a great pair at a great price, the man that helped we was patient with me and helped me with several items in the store. I can not remember his name but I ended up purchasing $300 binoculars with soft case for around $130 from this store. I don't go to pawn shops often but I'd probably be back more often to see what deals they continue to have. Thank you guys for all your help and being professional keep up the good work.

I’ve been to Alan’s twice in the last month and not only is everyone incredibly friendly and attentive, they are honest in how they operate their business and have certain practices in place to prove so. I had the pleasure of doing business with Jay, who assisted me in making an appointment for the following day to do some “big business” in my eyes, and they were spot on the nose with service and attention when I arrived. Alan taught me so much while he team valued my items, and gave me what I considered a fair/honest price when I could have easily accepted a lot less than I was expecting. Carol was the absolute best! She has a superb attention to detail and goes out of her way to get all questions answered (even ones I didn't know I had. She gave me and my fiance her undivided attention in looking at all sorts of jewelry until we found our perfect fit.

This is our new favorite place to visit when we come to Cherokee! The jewelry they have is beautiful and the prices were very affordable as well. We definitely will be coming back! The people here were great! Very friendly and helpful.

Alan’s pawn has great customer service. Very kind employees and a beautiful selection of jewelry. My ring had gotten damaged and was almost 2 & 1/2 sizes too big. Alan’s promised to have it fixed within to full weeks, it only took them a week to have a ready!! It’s perfect and you can’t tell it was ever worked on!! I’ll be getting more from them soon!!

This is a shout out to Emily! I came in to Alan’s to have some work done on 2 different pieces of jewelry. I wasn’t sure what to do with the stones in a ring and she was able to give me some guidance on the color that would look good. I was so impressed with her knowledge of repair work! She gave a quote on how much it would cost (very fair) and was also able to tell me what a charm I had was (sterling silver) for a gold chain! Her customer service was outstanding!! I’ll be back for more jewelry repair in the future!! Thanks Emily!!

Had the worst experience EVER at the Patton location today for the first time ever. Was on a deadline for a bill, so my family and I drove there twice due to leaving some things out I was trying to pawn. No biggie. I get there, walk in, was welcomed by two female employees behind the counter. One of which was a female manager who “assisted” me, the other a coworker who had helped me the prior visit but unfortunately was busy. The manager began unpacking my belongings (gaming console). While turning it on, she begins to tell me she’s not getting a response from the TV she’s using, so I politely ask if she’s using a HDMI cable. The MANAGER proceeds to SNAP and tell me “She knows what she’s doing! That she’s been doing this for 8 years!”. And her coworker and my family just look around at each other in shock. Okay, so I let it go, and let her proceed. Then, she seemed to have gotten more irritated because the controller needed synced with the console.. Again, no biggie, I brought the cord which plugs in to do that. Wasn’t good enough, she explains, “your going to have to bring this back, we don’t charge controllers, it’s company policy.” which is understandable if it had needed charged, but no point in being rude about it. Especially after knowing I had to make two trips there already while also being on a deadline. I didn’t even want to “insult” her intelligence by telling her that the controller just needed synced, since we had a 6 year old with us who was already scared of her snappy remarks. She then proceeds to unhook and give me things back quickly before sending me on my way. All the while her coworker (who was very nice and polite both visits) is apologizing for her mangers behavior. So no deadline was getting met on my end thanks to her. I didn’t even feel like coming back or giving my items over if this is how their manager treats CUSTOMERS and being totally unprofessional. Def not worth being treated like that and will forever remember this encounter.

Had a wonderful time at this shop. They had a great variety of instruments, knives, and firearms. I enjoyed their selection of toys as well, and even purchased a vintage belt buckle. An employee named Kaylee was extremely helpful and talkative, making my experience great.

Maria helped us find a perfect wedding band for my fiancée. She was knowledgeable and flexible, letting us try many rings before we decided. She also cleaned my engagement ring while we chatted! I highly recommend her and the shop.

Everyone was very helpful. Had beautiful pieces-something for everyone. Kary made sure that my ring was sized correctly-which I thought I needed to size my ring larger than I actually needed. Their protection plan on special jewelry is great. Definitely will keep coming back and getting pieces here.

Sherrie was awesome!!!!! I recently was inherited a lot of old jewelry that needed repair. She was very knowledgeable and got answers for me on anything she wasn’t sure of or second opinions to confirm what items were worth fixing or not.
