When I realized that mold had a hold on me and my home I called Puro Clean. Let me tell you I was scared… scared that my house was going to be destroyed by mold. When I called I spoke with Jose and immediately he comforted me with explaining mold. Coming from a professional I was able to breath a sigh of relief. He was at my place in under 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. He did a full inspection, then assured me that mold is common but also that the mold I had was not as bad as I thought it was. I called Puro clean because I was concerned about an area that looks like mold and keeps coming back even though I clean it. Jose personally came out himself to take a look and used some equipment to test it. He was so honest and let me know that this was not mold according to his testing. He then offered to clean it with a disinfectant. Jose told me if it comes back give him a call but he also gave me some tips on how else to check for mold. He was so honest and so kind and didn’t charge me. In this day and age all are such amazing characteristics in a person and a company. If I ever need water restoration or ever need a mold job done he is the one that I would call.... hands down...
