It's really sad because my experience here has actually not been the worst. But they refused to treat the problems my girlfriend went there for and essentially denied her service. I understand the medical field is a complicated mess especially in America right now but the doctor patient relationship is so reliant upon a level of care and trust, which Dr Cruto had absolutely 0 interest in providing to my girlfriend. She was denied simple antibiotics (told that her problem was 'not that bad' even though they are normally prescribed), and told that they wouldn't check vitamin levels in blood work because she should 'already be on supplements'.

I am getting extremely irritated with this office. Do not go here. I have been seeing Dr. Vanatta for almost a year with consistent health issues. Nothing solved or improved still. I feel extremely ignored. They do not care about you here. Front office staff is also extremely rude. Any health concern is made out to be “anxiety.” I am beyond furious and have wasted a year trying to get care, just living with these debilitating symptoms!!!! But yet still no urgency in my health issues!! Not to mention, you are only allowed to bring up “3 medical concerns” per visit. So if you have 5 symptoms, gotta pick 3 and leave the rest for next time. I brought a list of my symptoms and the medical assistant told me that it’s too many and I can only pick 3 off the list. Ridiculous. I am only 23 and never had health issues until a year ago, used to work FULL TIME and I just want to feel better so my I can have my life back. Now I can barely function, my arm goes numb, my heart has issues, I have headaches daily, dizziness, fevers, the list goes on and on. My PT told me he recommended a neurologist consult to my PCP and that was also ignored as we never discussed it. Should be taking patients more seriously. Absolutely furious I’ve wasted this much time with this provider and office. Switching immediately to another PCP. I’ve put my life on hold for too long trying to have faith that this doctor would help me. I’m very upset that I’m going to have to go to another doctor and restart trying to solve my problems because I don’t feel believed and listened to. I also saw Dr. lang in optometry and it’s been a total disaster as well, from my prescription being wrong to them calling and canceling my appointment.

First they don't check me in, I was there an hour thinking they did. Then had to wait another hour and a half to be seen because of their mess up. There was people who were seen before me who got there way after. Few days later I call to try and see if they can send my medication to another pharmacy and no one picks up. This was while they were still open too.

I had a eye appointment here with Gary Chase Jackson OD. He told me everything was fine with my eyes just dryness and didn't really need glasses badly. Well I've worn glasses prescription glasses for about 35 years. The service was awful I was treated not very good. Pretty much excused I don't recommended anyone see the eye people at this place. The receptionist was in great it's the others that don't know customer service.

The parking lot had several handicapped parking spots, however, over half were blocked off to use for covid testing, and the others I assume patients were parking there. I inquired about this and the receptionist said that they have a lot of patients...I informed her that I needed to sit down, and asked her to bring me the paperwork needing to be filled out....I ended up yelling across the waiting room that I was unable to stand for the amount of time it was going to take to fill out the paperwork, and if they forced me to stand, that I would pass out and EMS would have to be called. They finally got me a wheelchair...but the hell didn't end there... Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Calling is a complete joke. I called at 9am. And requested a "call back" it's currently almost 5pm. And NO CALL BACK! GET YOURSELF TOGETHER! This is ridiculous!

Have previously been seen for behavioral health, dental, primary care medical, and endocrinology. Behavioral health Drs refuse to discharge patient, yet won't schedule patient for meds or counseling. Dental office will not send meds to pharmacy. Losing front teeth due to their negligence. Medical doctors won't sit with patient instead refer to specialist. They get $3000 for referral from your insurance. Endocrinologist said they wanted to lower meds before labs had been performed, on first visit, with no problems for patient. This health institution is not trying to help anyone. They will make you sicker to get their incentives from the medications.

I used to come here back in 2018 and had no issues. My PCP ended up relocating and I never found another PCP. After an ER visit in June I was contacted by an office woman to establish care with a PCP here at TCCH Pasco. Today I had my first appointment with this new PCP and actually had a really good experience all around. I was worried after reading the reviews so I figured it best to leave one for anyone thinking of coming. I had been contacted in early June and did not recieve a reminder text or voice-mail from TCCH about the time of my appointment but I had written 7:30 in my calendar. I wasn't sure if it was a 7:30 check in or if I should be there 15 mins early because the appointment was at 7:30. No worries. I did have a missed call I reverse looked up from two days ago from TCCH but no messages. I assume this was a reminder call. I arrived at 7:15, I was a little confused because the time on their website says they're open starting at 8 but I tried and the doors were unlocked. The woman who checked me in was strictly business and got me squared away quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes before a nurse took me back. The nurse Aracely was very sweet. She listened to my huge list of issues and had good social skills, was friendly and professional. I ended up getting a shot and there was little to no pain she did a great job. I waited another 10-15 minutes for my new PCP, Dr. Hussain to enter the room. In our brief meeting she went over her biggest concerns and I was able to share my own and give her background on my health history. Dr. Hussain made a lot of analogies to help explain some of my issues and was able to prescribe medication for my pains and then start a new medication to assist with some ongoing mental health issues. She was very proactive in offering to help set me up with other services TCCH offer like counseling and to see a nutritionist. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I had a very good impression of her and look forward to working with her in the future. Overall I was in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes with next steps for my care. I would recommend to others.

My husband had FIVE appointments in a ROW cancelled due to doctor being “sick” or “decided to take the day off”. Each time the new appointment is scheduled TWO months down the road. Today, two people in the TCCH lobby shared similar experiences upon hearing my husband talk with the receptionist.

I've been with Tri-City for years for my PCP, dental & psychology. All are professional, welcoming, kind, sincere & empathetic. They truly care. I want to focus this review on Dr Allen Arthur. When my HIV clinic closed, I asked him to temporarily step in for blood tests & liver ultrasound. He accepted. He's a tremendous doctor & I can't thank him enough for the healthcare I need. HIV isn't his specialty but he has taken my situation on. Thank you Dr Arthur.

This is where I’ve been coming for all of my appointments since I was little and ever since I had to do my own insurance enrollment and renewal I’ve been thankful this office has these services. Except today I had an appointment at 1:30 and I was there early like I normally am, 2 o’clock and I still hadn’t been called. I only ever have this issue with the enrollment ladies, I could hear them gossiping and laughing. After being there for almost an hour I decided to leave, it’s annoying that I’m taking time off my work day all for me to just wait for an hour. Very disappoined.

The medical staff is wonderful and amazing. Caring and have a genuine want to help patients. My whole house sees Providers through TCCH. My son was delivered by one of their providers. They are the only providers that have helped my stepson with his autism. The office and reception staff disappoint me every interaction. They do not understand urgency, and will try to schedule you months out for immediate needs. When I got pregnant, they tried to schedule my first visits 8 weeks out in my second trimester. My partner having a mental health crisis they tried to schedule 6 months out because her primary was going on maternity, instead of having her see a different primary in their clinic. Took forever to get our information correctly in their system, the first three months I had to correct something every visit.

Took my kids to Dr. Vossenkemper, and she is absolutely FABULOUS. As far as the dental side, I'd go elsewhere if you can. They are kind dentist's, but it takes so lomg to get in, and if you have a lot of work that needs done, you're going to be waiting awhile. Apple Valley dental has a oral surgeon and they are so wonderful there. And gentle.
