Been seeing Dr. Eric for a year. He is really professional, helped a lot with my sore neck/back. He also tunes my legs and arms for better strength and recovery from workouts. He is extremely nice and friendly too. My girlfriend saw Dr. Kyle several times. Also very positive experience. We have never been to chiropractors before. It turns out much more than we expected

Hesitant about chiropractic care I have been pleasantly surprised. Dr Kyle is knowledgeable, caring and truly listens. I fell down a flight of stairs a few years back and the pain was affecting my daily life as well as my sleep. I was impacted in an MVA several years ago. I went to ICE for treatment they cared so much for me [and my wife]. They helped us get through some very difficult days and I would say their service is top notch. Dr. Turner was very friendly and professional and helped us tremendously.

At a horse show in Scottsdale I was hospitalized for severe dizziness and possible stroke. After arriving back in TriCities medical doctors had not been able to help. I had previously seen Dr Kyle several times for other issues and felt he could help me. Fast forward to today….no dizziness, riding my horses and feeling great! ICE clinic has been amazing through the years. I was first referred to Dr Kyle for my newborn daughter in 2019. The following year I brought my other newborn daughter in. They both had tongue ties. Dr Kyle was able to help me through the roughest time of my life. Since then he’s my first call when I have any type of ailment. Dr Kyle listens and so does his colleagues, Dr Eric & Dr Joseph. All the staff are wonderful and helpful. I’ll always recommend ICE clinic to anybody/everybody.

Dr. Joe at Ice Clinics has done MIRACLES with my 75 year old dad! He’s had a very bad tremor on his right hand, so bad he couldn’t write, eat, or hold anything with that hand. After his first session with Dr.Joe he immediately saw improvements with his strength and grip. He’s now able to grab a spoon and a pen and has started to write and eat with his right hand again! Best care and super friendly staff!

I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for over a year and a half. I felt like I had tried everything and it was getting worse. A friend referred me to Dr Eric at ICE clinic and after only 2 months my pain was almost gone and I was able to start running again. Dr. Kyle is a miracle worker! Last year, our now 13 year old daughter, was terribly sick and we weren’t getting any answers from our doctors. We decided to take her into Dr. Kyle because her neck and shoulders were bothering her. He was the first medical professional to notice that her left pupil was larger than the other. He recommended a cat scan. A few days later she was diagnosed with a large brain tumor and was life-flighted to Seattle. She has finished radiation, chemo and is expected to be coming home in a few weeks! Our family is FOREVER grateful for his care and his attention to detail.

I started seeing Dr. Kyle for severe sciatica/low back pain almost three years ago. We started on a journey where we partnered together to alleviate the problems I initially came in for, and we did! I suffered a stroke in 2016, leaving me partially paralyzed, losing use of my right side leg, arm and hand. Over the past three years, Dr. Kyle has led me on a path to recovery. I have now progressed to a much stronger capability in my walking, body mobility, and shoulder/arm range of motion (that must be the extremities part of ICE). So much more than what I thought a chiropractor did, he has taught me how my different body parts work and what I can do to improve my condition. His use of equipment including massage gun, vibration platform and cold laser therapy have proven to be very beneficial in my treatment. I was having problems with my upper back and neck and it got to a point where I couldn't safely drive. After looking up ICE and reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. Dr. Eric is amazing and after the first adjustment I already started feeling better. I can say I'm back to normal now and it's all thanks to them. Reasonably priced and quick appointments.

As a first time chiropractic patient, I was a little nervous about receiving an adjustment, but Dr. Eric quickly put my mind at ease.
