    50 dollars minimum fee to dump anything less that 600 pounds Wanna dump a mattress ? 50 bucks A broken chair ? 50 bucks A couch ? 50 bucks No wonder there's alot trash all over the off road access and fields

    The truck driver for some reason doesn’t pick up our trash and when we call them for the driver to come back to pick up the trash, they never come back to pick the trash up and say that the truck driver has marked it up as picked up. all we have been getting from them is them rescheduling the pickup and it keeps getting marked up as picked up when they didn’t pick it up. We have put in complaints and nothing comes out of because they don’t even look at it. At this I am looking for another company we can use because they all just taking our money and.

    It's good to go late morning on a Monday. There's nobody in line, so quick to get in and out. However, it smells like somebody dumped a bunch of garbage there! ;-) I still don't understand why they aren't open on Sundays - two days in the weekend for doing yardwork, and it sure would be good to be able to take stuff to "the dump" on the second half of that weekend. [Update 2022-06] Wednesday afternoons turn out to also be a good time to take stuff to the transfer station. In fact, only one bay was in use when we got there, so no wait at all. That was the fastest trip to "the dump" since I've lived in New Hampshire in the 90's!

    Their customer service is outstanding and everyone I have spoken with has been very friendly, kind and helpful. They take their time to answer all your questions with an upbeat attitude and they make sure you are getting what you want. I always hate setting up new accounts because I feel like I'm being a burden but they definitely do not make you feel that way one bit.

    Many other WM sites offer yard waste disposal for free. They chip it and you can reuse it. Won’t pick up oil, glass, or yard waste.

    Poor customer service, they need to work on it. They took our trash can on pick up day, wanted us to pay $50 to bring one back. Took me 4 days to finally get through to someone after hrs & hrs on the phone. When we wanted to cancel our service it was the same story, days and hrs to get through to someone, why? Someone answered at 32min and said “I don’t do cancellations” put me back on hold, I finally hung up after waiting over an hr. Why is it so hard to get an actual person on the line? Out of all of our services this one is the worst to get through. Our rates go up and their customer service goes down. Can’t even go in to our local office anymore as they closed it. Why can we order service online but not cancel it? P.S. waiting on a call back at the moment after waiting almost 2hrs. Still haven’t been able to cancel

    Don't change your trash bin if it has a broken lid. You won't get the same trash bin back they replace it with a smaller one. Other than that they are okay..

    My trash is often not emptied at all, the cans (empty or full) have been tipped over after they leave, with the mess left for me to clean. We have contacted customer service several times over the years, and nothing has changed.

    We have been using waste management for 3 years now at the house we rent we are extremely pleased with their service knowledge of answering any questions and their professionalism when it comes to reliability and cleaning the pickup site so there is no trash left behind in front of the customers house i would highly recommend them 😀

    Didn't pick up my trash for 3 weeks after upgrading to a dumpster. Made it almost impossible for me to even upgrade. They locked me out of my account as the primary contact. Then they told me I couldn't make any changes to the account, even though I'm the owner of the property. It took 3 phone calls over the course of several days to get someone who finally made it happen. It's criminal that this company gets a monopoly on this market.

    Waste Management Transfer Station is very organized and easy to use. We took a load in today. The thing that took us the longest was untying the ropes holding the load down in the truck bed. As customers we get 6 free loads per year with our paid home waste service. Thank you for making life easy for us❣️

    Poor driver behavior. More times than not, the can is not fully emptied. The driver uses the hydraulic manipulator to flip up the can but doesn’t give gravity time to empty the can and rapidly flips it back down still 1/3 to 1/2 full ( Note: the can is not packed tight and the remainder is still relatively “fluffy”) sometimes flipping debris into the driveway. Multiple contacts with customer service have not resolved the issue. Piss poor service. Plus they are not interested in recycling pick-up so most neighbors dispose of their cardboard, newspaper, smell/aluminum cans, etc.

    I have been a customer for over 15 years, and I do not have a bad thing to say about this company. They are always reliable, and if there ever is a delay like on holidays, they announce it via email that there will be a delay by a day or something. All in all, I am happy with what I pay for.

    I placed multiple phone calls and was on hold for over an hour several times. Eventually the call was terminated, I assume because of how long I was on hold. I attempted to use the online chat several times but no answer. Finally, made contact with someone on the chat who assured me she would email me information on signing up for service. Nope! It took 5 months to get service started at my new residence. After receiving my garbage can, I tried contacting them to order a larger one. Can't get a hold of anyone. So frustrating! It's a city contract (monopoly) so I don't have the option to use another service.

    Blames the customer instead of their driver for missed pickups. He only picked up 1 can out of the 2 and I called customer service and they said they'd be back later in the day to get the other can. Never showed up. Called again and the next customer service agent said the previous agent noted that I didn't have the can out. The same agent that said they'd be back later that day. They never came to get the full can. Just told me to place it next to the cans for next week..... The cans lids are all broken and cracked from slamming them so hard when dumping.

    Very good experience. They picked up yard debris and got me a new container the same week I started service from my previous roommate who moved out. The whole process was very quick and easy.

    Pickup always on time. Holiday schedule is accurate. Payment App is easy to use. Office staff is friendly and well informed. Never had a problem. $90/3 months for 5 garbage cans = $1/day .. worth it to me.

    WM charges an arm and a leg to rent a container on top of the weight in the container. Then will continue to charge you daily fees when they are back logged with pick ups and cannot get to your container timely. We had to wait just under 2 weeks for our filled container to be picked up because their back log and had to pay daily fees. The weekly services is okay but they won't come back for a missed pick up even though they say they will.

    4x years of good service. Never had an issue. Until three weeks ago. Still waiting on a pick up for my overflowing garbage can. Let’s see how long this takes for a pickup. I’ll start adding daily Photos until this issue is resolved.

    We have had to contact WM concerning our business and also our personal garbage service. There is obviously NO COMMUNICATION between dispatch and drivers. Our issues NEVER get resolved. To make things worse, there is no local location that a customer can go to resolve issues in person.

    We use this company for weekly garbage service. They’re always reliable & on time. Any delays are communicated promptly. We have also rented a very large container when doing some house demo. They delivered it, set it where we wanted, explained how to use it safely & then picked it up when we were done. I was pleased with the cost. Very reasonable.

    The Worst Company I have ever dealt with in my life. Too many reasons to type, every week is an issue with these scumbags. Calling the local phone number routes to a call center in Phoenix.

    WM of Kennewick has been a wonderful service. I would have gave 5 stars but they reduced their free dumps in half..
