I had called my regular vet on Friday and they wouldn't see Brewster till Monday. My dog could have been in serious trouble. The fine staff at Ark Animal Hospital took me right in even though I had never been there. The vet made me feel like he truly cared. My only regret is that I waited to choose them as Brewster's new vet.

We have only been in one time to address a health issue our cat Tigger was having but we were so impressed with the level of care you gave and still are giving her that we will be moving both of our dogs from who we have them with in Pensacola to you. You have already made us feel valued in just one visit and that means the world when it comes to our fur-babies.

We have been taking our fur babies to the Ark since the clinic first opened. The Ark is, hands down, the absolute best! I can not say enough about the love and compassion they have consistently shown our pets. They have always s exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond with patient care.Both the techs and the doctors are patient and gentle. They talk to our pets, which calms our babies and makes the visit less stressful for them. They treat our pets the same love that we would. They always go the extra mile, and I appreciate the doctors for personally following up after a visit. The office staff are always cheerful and helpful, and they have always worked us into their schedule when we’ve had an emergency. I wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Everyone that we met was so nice and friendly. You can tell they love animals and want to help care for them. We got our husky Shadow checked out and got his vaccinations. The techs are all so kind and caring and everyone is very knowledgeable. It was also so much less expensive than other places I've gone!! I would recommend checking them out if you haven't.

Rylee and Ricky always do well when seeing Dr I. She’s been seeing them since they were 8 weeks old. Dr I puts them at ease during every visit. I will continue to use Dr I and Ark animal hospital as long as they are in business

All of the staff was amazing with our foster fur baby! They were all so sweet and kind towards him, he's not 100% to health and they accepted him warmly and helped us be able to get him the proper medicines to help make him better. We appreciate how great they all were with this special fur baby. The staff were so genuinely kind to our foster fur baby and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

All staff have always been very nice. I've seen several different doctors with my kitties and they've all been knowledgeable and very professional. Appreciate you helping me when I've had to let go of our 2 longtime furry friends, Buck and Bonnie. Great to know you are nearby if weneed you for our new kitties. We just moved to Milton, and I asked on a local FB page who might be a highly recommended vet. The Ark was mentioned as a favorite by the vast majority of responders, so I decided that was our place! They were kind and gentle to our dog Eva. She liked them and was more relaxed there than she has been at previous vets in her life. The atmosphere is very professional! I wondered if they’d be able to get me in in a timely manner because they’re such a local favorite, and they got me in the next day! Very glad I chose Ark Animal Hospital!

The Vet Technicians and front desk staff were so very helpful, kind and timely. Really appreciated getting proper care for our babies, good service and getting in/out so quickly. Very professional staff, they even helped me load and unload the kennel of puppies. Thank you so much!!!

As I went from duty station to duty station, my previous Great Dane traveled with me and was my rock and my soul. When his time came to cross the rainbow bridge, the entire staff at Ark was incredibly understanding and gave me the time (several hours) for a proper good bye. Fantastic veterinarian hospital. Great service, compassionate care, budget friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their fur babies. Also, took him in for emergency care at the end of the week last week, it is Tuesday today, and they have called both today and yesterday checking up on him. This is our new permanent veterinarian. I took a stray kitty there. They were super nice and gentle with him. They have office kitties that went straight to him and calmed his when we first got there. I will go back. This is the office kitty sitting on the carrier.

Our dogs have seen the Ark doctors for literally decades . The values of the small veterinarian office that started on Hwy 90 in Pace live on today despite the growth. Was looking for a new vet because old place kept increasing their prices. I first messaged Ark with questions and they responded right away. I called and was able to get my dogs in this week. I was so pleased with how friendly everyone was. The vet took great care of my pup and explained what he was seeing. Very caring! Their prices are much better than previous vet. Their pricing is been very fair, compared to other vets we've used in the past. We plan on using them for our vet services going forward.

I have had wonderful experiences with Ark! Having had interactions with the clinic for over a decade I can attest to the quality of service you will receive here. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain exactly what is going on with your pet and give you different treatment options to choose from whenever possible. And the receptionists are awesome!!! So friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend for all cat and dog owners!

Amazing!!! Called in the morning needing to be seen that day. They were able to fit me in a hour later. All the staff were very nice and very caring with my dog. I chose this practice based on all the good things I have heard and so happy that I did. Bonus: they are cheaper compared to other vets in the area and their customer service is impeccable!

Took our babies in for well checks and both recovering from a bladder infection. We felt so comfortable with everyone there and booked my boys neuter. They’ve been absolutely wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for better service! They have taken wonderful care of our 2 chocolate labs and check in on us several times after surgery. We absolutely feel in good hands!

The entire staff is awesome. You can tell that they love animals. You can tell that they care about the humans also. They take care of our cats just like they were at home. They make a stressful experience much better in the way they treat the cats. So kind and understanding. Would recommend highly. Definitely the best in the county.

What a warm welcome I received when me and my fur baby walked into the door. I really liked the lobby and the full service center there. I also liked the professionalism and attention to detail from the doctor and their team. The environment and care for my pet is important to me. When you move to a new town it is always difficult to find a new Veterinarian. Ark Animal Hospital is my fur babies new place to get the best care. Sometimes I ask how much certain medicines and injections are before I make an office visit and the girls who answer the phone are always very helpful & kind. I get a different doctor every time but all of them listen well, explain so I understand & are gentle with all my babies. The vet techs are helpful, knowledgeable and very sweet. I have one dog that’s pretty aggressive and everyone is patient with him as well. I boarded 2 of my dogs with them before as well with no issues. The facilities are exceptionally clean and I highly recommend all of their services.
