Dan
may
be
great
but
his
staff
not
so
much.
I
called
and
set
up
appointment
for
Misty
to
call
me.
She
called
on
time
but
thats
where
things
went
down
hill.
I
understand
why
she
asked
if
I
thought
there
was
any
other
type
of
work
I
thought
I
could
do.
We
were
waiting
on
results
from
xrays
I
had
done,
just
to
see
what
they
say
about
them.
With
mask
I
could
not
understand
the
nurse
even
after
asking
to
repeat.
So
I
asked
her
to
send
results
to
Misty.
I
called
the
law
office
and
talked
to
receptionist
and
got
fax
number.
I
thought
it
was
faxed
over
and
may
take
a
few
days
for
her
to
get.
I
got
busy
with
other
doctors
appointments
and
before
I
knew
it
2
weeks
had
gone
by
and
I
heard
nothing.
So
I
called
and
nothing
had
been
sent
over.
So
I
found
out
from
doctors
office
the
law
office
needs
to
request
but
that
I
would
need
to
sign
something
with
the
law
office
before
they
could
fax.
Thats
where
the
ball
was
dropped.
I
was
upset
that
was
2
weeks
lost
time.
I
thought
partly
my
fault.
So
I
called
another
law
office
and
set
up
appointment
for
call.
I
even
thought
I
was
over
reacting.
As
soon
as
the
call
was
over
they
sent
me
through
email
the
paperwork
I
need
to
sign.
Sent
me
a
confirmation
and
in
one
week
I
got
letter
from
social
security
disability
that
they
had
received
info
from
law
office
handling
my
case
.
I
realized
from
that
first
call
the
ball
had
been
dropped.
I
dont
feel
disability
is
a
top
priority
with
Dan's
staff.
Accidents
may
be
more
what
they
want.
I
don't
regret
going
elsewhere.
They
never
sent
me
any
paperwork
to
fill
out.
Misty
acted
like
on
day
one
why
would
she
need
my
records?
I
should
have
taken
that
as
a
clue.
Then
never
sending
me
anything
to
fill
out.
I
have
other
problems
not
just
my
knees.
She
probably
knows
exactly
who
I
am
from
this
.
Still
no
calls
about
my
case
from
her
and
it's
been
2-3
weeks
since.
Apparently
she
doesn't
care.
