I know they don’t need another good review to convince anybody but I’ll just say this- The last 4 years I’ve gone to relaxed clarity for my renewal and I wish I would have found this place sooner. SO MUCH BETTER THAN RELAXED CLARITY!! No sketchy parking lot, way less sketchy staff that actually seemed sober enough to do their job, clean office that felt like an actual doctors office and the doctor there was way more professional and didn’t feel the need to ask me a bunch of stupid questions when I obviously already had a qualifying condition. In and out in 10 minutes just like it should be! Will never go anywhere else now to get renewed

I've been renewing my mmj card through this clinic for years and it is always a pleasant, quick experience. Booking is easy and I've never had a problem getting an appointment on short notice. This year I prepaid when I booked, filled out the patient paperwork they sent me electronically ahead of time, and was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is professional and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome experience! I went here back in 2020 and haven't been able to renew, so i created an appointment last night. Walked in saw the doctor and because they already had me in their system, it took all of 15 minutes....very good experience! Their staff is very personable and made me feel comfortable and the doctor definently seemed like he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend 👌

Great experience from beginning to end. The caring staff helped me from start to finish and the Doctor was the icing on the cake! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with a smile on my face. A beautiful place! I won’t go anywhere else. A+ rating from me!

The lady's at the front desk are great and very helpful. I took off from work to go this appointment and filled out my application online before my appointment and it went so fast was in and out and able to make it back to work. Awesome place highly recommend

I was referred to this clinic by Vibrant Health. For the years I went there, the doctors always spent a good deal of time going over my health issues and offering advice. I spent about 1 minute with Linda at your clinic, she wrote down my conditions and didn't ask any questions or offer to talk to me. This visit was a waste of my time and money. If this is what the medical staff is going to provide to the patients, I will not be coming back. I expect care, concern, support, and advice from my doctors. Is your firm doing this just to make money from the clients? I am highly disappointed with my experience here. The desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this clinic! I was so nervous for my appointment (because of a stressful experience Relaxed Clarity a few years ago and it was bad enough that I let my card expire and didn't want to renew it). After talking with a good friend about the clinic she went to (Medical Alternatives), I decided to give it another shot. And I'm so happy that I did! Every single person here is kind, compassionate, AND professional. I had to reschedule because of weather and they were so helpful. I'm bummed that I let a different clinic scare me out of years of having my med card and paying recreational prices! Medical Alternatives is fantastic from the very first call. I can't recommend them enough!

I couldn't believe how helpful some of the staff were. I heard one lady talking to someone else and she was so kind and patient. I assumed maybe she knew them but when it was my turn she had the same energy.....so helpful and super sweet.

I have been a long time patient. I remember when the the doctors German Shepards would greet me. I have never had a bad experience the doctor and the ladies at the front desk that I met just recently were so sweet and engaging. This is the reason why I stay with MAC great people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended strains for anti-inflammation specific to my medical needs. Hannah went above and beyond to help me figure out my online account issues. I was extremely happy with this place. First off it's not a pop up shop the Dr came by for on a Saturday to rack up on cash. The Dr actually spoke with me and was interested in what I actually needed. What a breath of fresh air! The office staff walks you through the whole process, even having you finish register with the State of Colorado, because it can be tricky to understand if you've never done it. It was clean and modernized. The staff was super friendly! You can go to nearby SilverStem dispo and get a $20 off coupon too.

Always a good experience when I renew. Staff is very helpful getting you through everything, especially the processing portion online. Doctor visit is simple and to the point. I have gone to other places but these folks are my absolute favorite.

Everyone was so nice, it was awesome! The lady that took me into her office helped me out so much without requiring much effort from me. She gave me so much helpful info on the following process and the money I’m gonna save. Very quick from the point that I arrived it was like 5 minutes of waiting when the Dr called me back. The gentleman at the counter then went through the online process with me so it didn't take much time at all. He definitely knows his job real well.... My entire appointment took maybe 20 minutes if that. So if your looking for a place to get your medical marijuana card this is where you want to go I had my active card approved the next day and was able to hit Epic Remedy dispensary on Platte Ave in Colorado Springs. So check out Medical Alternatives Clinic also in Colorado Springs you will be glad you did...
