Gage Gipson saved my life tonight! My furnace was not working and it was the coldest day of the year today and the day before the Xmas weekend. He contacted me at 630pm and was able to fix the problem within15 minutes. I was so nervous I was going to have to pay a huge after hours and holiday bill for services as well as scared my pipes wouldn’t freeze with below zero temps overnight. He saved the day! I would definitely use them again!

Scott Carter was very professional and efficient in installing the electrical outlet for updating code on my water heater. He answered all my questions and left the work area neat and tidy upon completion of the job.

My expectations were exceeded. Again. I have used Flow Right on serious plumbing issues in the past that my go to guys could not fix. This time I was in a bind with two grandkids and no kitchen sink. Plugged! 42 year old pipes. So I called Flow Right as an emergency request at 7:00 am. Their Lead Drain Technician, Arthur M. contacted me and was on his way. He could not have been more respectful both with his communications and his cleanliness. Within two hours, problem solved. The customer service and quality were exceptional with prices explained along the way (and a lot less than I expected). We forget how lucky we all are to have plumbing that works. Flow Right is a true model of excellence with a business strategy to deliver the highest quality of work and customer service possible. Super impressive as that is very difficult to find anymore. As for me, when the going gets tough, I go with the Flow... Right?

Jeff A installed a reverse osmosis system at my business and did quick, clean work. Thank you Jeff as this will save me money on water bottles and give my battery customers superior fill options to top off depleted marine batteries.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! We had a hot water heater leak over the weekend...the after hours plumber came and was here for 10mins, then told us he 'fixed it'. I payed $158 for him to lie to my face and practically do nothing. Then he tried to convince me that if we wanted to prevent this we actually should look at more that could be done and would have the front desk call me on Monday to set an appt. This all felt really sketchy. On Monday the front desk called and wanted to make an appt to get these extra things done and it would be at least $200. I called a handyman friend of mine to get a 2nd opinion. As soon as he came to my utility closet he saw the issue, went to Lowes and bought the part for $30 then had it installed in 20mins. Flow Right lied to me and tried to upcharge me for stuff I didn't even need. What ever happened to business integrity? I essentially wasted $158 on these people.

I commend Paul Quintara (sp?) on a job well done in replacing my leaking gas hot water heater on 12/14/22. He showed up on-time for both the estimate and installation; his time estimate for replacement was spot-on; excellent clean-up; answered my multitude of questions; and did a much better installation than the jerry-rigged setup of the original contractor. This is my second excellent experience with FlowRight, after having tried 2 other areas contractors that were previously disappointing. PB

Jeff and Greg did a great job repairing my well! They replaced the pressure switch and gauge and even removed and replaced pipe insulation. They installed my provided heat tape to ensure no more frozen pipes. I'm very grateful for good, consistant communication and timely work. Very affordable for this single gal. Thank you!

Today was my first experience with FlowRight. Eric and Damian came out (separately) from the Pueblo office to my home to replace my Evaporative Cooler pump and fix leaks I had in my sprinkler heads. Both were very professional and answered all the questions I had; showing off their expertise. I was very pleased with their demeanor and work ethic. I would use FlowRIght again, especially if I get Eric and Damian again!

Juan was very professional and informative. He gave me information that had not been told to me by a previous plumber. He was kind and made sure that I knew he had my best interests in heart and understood my plumbing needs for the future as well. They fixed the pipe under the bathroom and patched it with cement but did not even out the concrete so now can't install the toilet back in place

My technicians name was David Kittle, I had another company come out to try to unblock my sewer They stopped at a certain point and said they couldn't fix it. David came in saw what was needed and repaired it and now I have my home back to use, He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some information I really didn't know to help me keep my sewer clean. Eric came out as our technician very promptly on the day of our appointment. He was very thorough, and although he originally thought we were going to need to replace a pump, in checking things out completely, he discovered that a part had just gotten temporarily stuck in place, and he got it to open up and start working again. He carefully tested it again to make certain it remained in working order. We appreciated his time and consideration in trying to determine that we had the proper repair done. Recently moved into a house and out of no where had a back up in our bathroom. Then we found a leak in our crawl space! Just moving here we didn’t know who to call but I saw great things about flow right and had a feeling they’d be the right people for the job. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Isreal went above and beyond to help us. He got the bathroom up and running and the leak stopped within about an hour. He showed me any issues we had and even went into the crawl space to show me where our issues were there. Not to mention this was after regular business hours. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better company or person to work on any services they provide.

Eric was a top notch technician, he was early and very professional with my wife. Eric was able to get my back yard facet replaced and the line it connects to repaired quickly. Ralph was on time, professional and friendly. He communicated exactly what was needed and why, showing all the parts that were damaged. Both front and back faucets are now drip free. He was fast and we will use him again!

I contacted this company, And they sent a technician to my residence. To fix my tank-less water heater. Ralph was the technicians name he was extremely helpful and got my water heater fixed he also went above and beyond by explaining everything he was doing. The gentleman was awesome , and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. I was extremely happy with his professionalism.
